Hey. So … I never used the support when I had it because the plugin worked perfectly and I didn’t need it. Yet suddenly, very recently, i’ve gotten an endless spinning when I try to load up the map. Totally confused.
I’m asking for some assistance. While I realize i’m outside the timeframe, again I never used support because it was just working and i’d really appreciate some grace

Thats exactly how I did it, here https://akku-nachladen.de/test/ with the settings above an this shortcode [cspm_route_map post_ids=”434,380”]. Only the flags of the posts are visible, and there is no marker for its own position.

No, the red line should be the route which should come from google maps (route planner). In some earlier versions it worked in exactly that way: Click on that symbol for own position, than a detailed route was generated. I a customer finds a location of interest, he/sha wants to know how to go there … I cannot find further details to take some adjustments in the plugin, but as I told, some months ago it worked fine in that way.

ok, but also on the route map, there is not the won position – for example [cspm_route_map post_ids=”434”] does not display its own position, only the position of the post

Hello there, I have a problem with the progress map plugin and I wonder if you can help me. 1- In my site : ” https://www.panierdelaferme.com/le-panier-de-la-ferme/ ” the map keep having the circula motion and I don’t know how to solve it. 2- In the post edit page, the map can’t find the location when I write it on the field, it can’t also find the location when I put the latitude and longitude coordinates. 3- In the wp-admin progress map’s settings, I can’t navigate in the “default map settings”, “default map style settings”, “default infobox settings”, “troubleshooting & configs” and “Customize” sections. Adding icons from the plugin settings is not possible, however, you can build your custom content with icons and HTML and use it instead of the default content. mann – such a nice plugin, but so frustrating to set up, so many issues. 1. does not work with offload plugins 2. map styles wont save 3. custom map styles will disappear after save 4. wont show on mobile, but will show on desktop and desktop(mobile) 5. carousel will repeat items 6. location will disappear after save 7. once all the settings reset as if they just vanished by a magician.
either this plugin is just difficult to set up with no proper error reporting to guide you or there is a ghost floating around the settings and scattering things

The specific Business is gravestone building and I would like to show different types of gravestones in different cemeteries. I will most likely have a different map for each cemetery.
In regards to building my categories, I have different gravestone types which are located at certain locations. What would be a better way of structuring my categories?
Will it be better if I make it

The number of Items will most likely not change, but the list of locations will always increase.
Gents your plugin is not compatible with wordpress offload media plugins. I.e plugins that are used to host your images, video and content from other sites. if you serve your content from cdns you are likely to have problems with the plugin. so hopefully the authors can test this properl with offload media plugins

Just noticed the problem. Your plugin is not compatible with cdns. i.e if you want to offload your media and serve them from aws or cloudflare your plugin does not work.
Can you please test it with leopard offload media lite or any other offload plugin. This is a bug.
I have seen this before, many plugin authors forget that one of the key optimisation techniques is to get your media to be served from cdn providers. Most authors do not test for this and I think this is wrong as it means the plugin does not support optimisation.
Can you test with an offload plugin and you will see the issues?

Just checked your website. The map is working fine but the problem that there’s a conflict with another map plugin in your site or maybe your theme is loading a Google Maps API. If you’re using another map plugin, deactivate it and try again. If your theme is loading its GMaps API, check the settings if there’s any option to deactivate and try again.

All you need for this to work is to provide the name of the custom field you’re using the store the external link. The plugin will then use the that information when clicking on the infobox or the carousel items.

Unfortunately the plugin works only with Post Types and can’t in any way work with users. My suggestion to you is to find a plugin that can create a new custom post type (CPT) for your website users and synchronize the users data accordingly in a way that when you create a new user, the plugin will add a new post to the users CPT. You can then connect the map with the users CPT.

I recently updated this plugin and now the “Search” button near the “Enter a location & search or Geolocate your position” field is no longer working. I click it and there is no indication that it does anything. No pin is generated. No error message is shown.
I have checked the Google API key and confirmed that it is correct, and I confirmed that the Google API billing account is setup and seems to be happy. I can also see the API requests coming in on the Google API dashboard.
Is there anything that could have caused this to break in the recent update?
also, is it possible to downgrade to version 5.6? I can’t seem to find any archived versions available for download.
