I am importing products from woocommerce site to my woocommerce site. I am using the multi-page scraper. I am using visual selector to extract products info (title, pricek description) but it is importing everything as description. Do I use the “Specific extraction to a custom field, excerpt, tags or custom taxonomy” map every imported information to its equivalent in my site? and is there any explanation or tutorial for this? thanks
For each rule, there will be a tag available that you can use on the post template or on the custom fields section
for example, if you picked price as the first rule, you can then create a custom field named _price with the value [rule_1_plain]
and if you picked the description as the second rule you can then use [rule_2] on the post template

- The plugin can import from Amazon/eBay as posts/products on your WordPress site. It also generate the affiliate link from both sources
- The item get imported once so it does not import the same exact item twice
- Imported posts are like normal posts that you create manually so You can then change or delete them as you wish
- The plugin can trash or redirect the visitor to any page of your choice if the product already ended on eBay or you can leave eBay to suggest the most similar item for the visitor instead

- The plugin posts one post each update interval and you can set the update interval from one minute to days

Reasons include but not limited to,
- SEO purpose as it is not natural that a blog posts lot’s of posts at the same exact time which will lead to a search engine blacklist
- Keep being light on servers and take as low resources as possible. Adding a single post induce running multiple database queries for the post, comments, metadata and more especially that other plugins may work on publish that modify things for SEO and Social Network Posters that add additional load to the script
- Dribbling posts one by one give the user the chance to publish posts to social networks (if needed) other than posting multiple posts at the exact same time

About last year I ordered my first license of this plugin for reddit and I was intending to use it with deepL translator. I have a weird problem that only the first is getting translated and the replies are posted in the original language. I contacted the developer here and he mentioned that I should create a new ticket and explain my problem… I did it and he mentioned that he will do it in upcoming versions. after 6 months I contacted again … and I heard the same thing.
Now it is more than a year and it has not been changed. This is totally not acceptable.. I even ordered more licenses to support the developer and of course I have more projects..
This lack of support is completely not acceptable as I spent money for a new website hoping that this plugin works as advertised … but it is not woeking even after ONE YEAR…
I am not going to create a new ticket hence, please answer me here…

I already updated to last version. But, my facebook account still show security issue and I have to change the password. Then the fb app cookies changed and plugin is not working.
This issue happens when posting from FB groups due to security checks done by FB. that does not happen when posting from FB pages. We will be looking for a workaround to this issue

Personally, I don’t know. Generally, popular sites will not complaint, small sites may be or may not so you can get in touch with them or use an excerpt and a link to the full article instead

Purchased the plugin and very happy. Question and need. With the sources that I have put in for a campaign, is there, or can there be the ability for someone visiting the site to search a different parameter, from those same sources? For example, if I have a campaign from feeds x, y and z searching chardonnay and merlot, can someone, somehow visiting the site search Riesling from those same feeds? If this could be done it would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
Searching posts on your site is not one of the function that the plugin intervenes with while if you want to make the campaign post to a specific category, you have to select the category or you can set the campaign to add a specific tag to the posts if needed

I guess what I am asking is there a way for a user coming to the site to search by keyword the the outlets that I am using for feeds? For example, if I am searxching Merlot and Chardonnay from ABC News and NBC News, is there a way for someone visiting the site to, lets say use the term Reisling and the plugin on the site would search ABC News and NBC News for the keyword of Reisling? Obviously there would need to be some sort of box or place for a visitor to write their keyword. Thanks.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The plugin imports the posts from the campaign setup by the admin only. You can also as an admin set specific keywords that must contain on the post to get imported.
