Hi I Just bought this plugin and run campaigns but Its just not fetching data automatically from amazon even after 60 minutes(still have same products on my website), It works only if I run my campaign manually. How to sort it out ?

This issue happens when posting from FB groups due to security checks done by FB. that does not happen when posting from FB pages. We will be looking for a workaround to this issue

About last year I ordered my first license of this plugin for reddit and I was intending to use it with deepL translator. I have a weird problem that only the first is getting translated and the replies are posted in the original language. I contacted the developer here and he mentioned that I should create a new ticket and explain my problem… I did it and he mentioned that he will do it in upcoming versions. after 6 months I contacted again … and I heard the same thing.
Now it is more than a year and it has not been changed. This is totally not acceptable.. I even ordered more licenses to support the developer and of course I have more projects..
This lack of support is completely not acceptable as I spent money for a new website hoping that this plugin works as advertised … but it is not woeking even after ONE YEAR…
I am not going to create a new ticket hence, please answer me here…

I already updated to last version. But, my facebook account still show security issue and I have to change the password. Then the fb app cookies changed and plugin is not working.
This issue happens when posting from FB groups due to security checks done by FB. that does not happen when posting from FB pages. We will be looking for a workaround to this issue

Personally, I don’t know. Generally, popular sites will not complaint, small sites may be or may not so you can get in touch with them or use an excerpt and a link to the full article instead

Purchased the plugin and very happy. Question and need. With the sources that I have put in for a campaign, is there, or can there be the ability for someone visiting the site to search a different parameter, from those same sources? For example, if I have a campaign from feeds x, y and z searching chardonnay and merlot, can someone, somehow visiting the site search Riesling from those same feeds? If this could be done it would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
Searching posts on your site is not one of the function that the plugin intervenes with while if you want to make the campaign post to a specific category, you have to select the category or you can set the campaign to add a specific tag to the posts if needed

I guess what I am asking is there a way for a user coming to the site to search by keyword the the outlets that I am using for feeds? For example, if I am searxching Merlot and Chardonnay from ABC News and NBC News, is there a way for someone visiting the site to, lets say use the term Reisling and the plugin on the site would search ABC News and NBC News for the keyword of Reisling? Obviously there would need to be some sort of box or place for a visitor to write their keyword. Thanks.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The plugin imports the posts from the campaign setup by the admin only. You can also as an admin set specific keywords that must contain on the post to get imported.

Translation Exception: A translated article is very long, exceeding the limit of 13000 characters It really bothers me to work. Is there an alternative solution? There are a lot of articles like this, I work on these articles to put them in and it takes me a while, and if they are not translated I have to delete them (I post all the posts anyway). I do not mind putting my private API key in the settings if necessary. Thanks in advance
Google translate method currently is limited to 13k chars due to that we need to generate a parameter that decodes the content and tests showed that increasing the limit will result in request delay and timeout
a workaround to this right now is to truncate the content to below this limit so you can make sure that the final content will not bypass it
You can also set the plugin to set posts that fails translation to pending so you can remove it later if needed
Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase this limit right now due to technical limitations

This is an API quote limit message. we have up to 100 daily search requests allowed to the API, once they run out, the plugin will wait till midnight so the quote limit get lifted
You can also use multiple API keys from different Google accounts on the plugin settings page for the plugin to use them

Draft posts are not usually visible for the plugin to import while you can make them visible and protect them somehow so they only appear if you are logged in then make use of the cookie option for the plugin to read and import from them

The plugin already has the option to grab the original author
the returned name of the author will be set as the display name. the unique value that you report is for the user ID so if your theme displays it, change it to display the display name instead
