hi, can I set a different price not discount to show to the user example: user A product A price $5 user A product B price $8 user B product A price $10 user B product B price $13

Hi!

Yes, it’s quite possible. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

Kirill

Is it WP5.6 compatible?

Hi!

Yes, overall it’s compatible, but with small JS issue that can be easily resolved.

Kirill

Is there any workaround for the js mentioned?

Hi!

Yes, you can just install Enable jQuery migrate helper plugin for now.

Kirill

Hi may i know this plugin can do like this, if customer buy 3 or more quantity they will get discount and at the product page there will show the quantity amount and price for different quantity

Hi!

Yes, it’s possible with Bulk pricing rule and Volume Pricing Table promotional feature.

Kirill

Any demo ?

Hi!

Sure, you can check our demo site or send us a ticket so we could help you configure this.

HI there! I wold like to knoq is this iks possible: i need sell a product: CD with prices based on quantity and add the custom amount to selected quantity. Ej: user can buy CD (1-20 ud. will be one price and 21-50 another and so on) AND optional with print (+20e) on it AND optional can be urgent (+25e) and so on. Let say user selected 10 cd (2,35 ud.) with print and urgent (2,35*10 + 20 + 15 = 58,5) I hope i am clear anough.

Hi!

Yes, it is possible with Tiered pricing rule – just like you tried to setup. Though not sure what doesn’t fit in this case then?

As for the options – you can also connect Pricing & Discounts with our Custom Fields plugin, that allows to provide this functionality.

Kirill

I told you i CANT do the second part: Sum to total selected: print (+20e) AND optional urgent (+25e) and so on. Can you prepare demo or screen shot of this settings please? Shold i buy it first or you can do this for me, if this is possible i will buy 100%.

Here you can see whet i need to be done: http://www.new.ecodisseny.es/en/node/192

*Also i will use it with other pugin to upload images i hope it will compatible or at least can be configurable to allow work together…

Hi!

Yes, there’s only demos of each one plugin, not both combined. But if you check how the “your price” feature looks like in Pricing & Discounts, then you already saw it with the Custom Fields – it will show the price in the same way, but it will be bigger based on the selected options.

Kirill

Hi, in the description it says that the plugin is only compatible with woocommerce version 4.2 and not with 4.7 a +

Hi, I am testing the purchase option 2 and it has 3 in the demo, but when adding a 4th product to the cart of the same category, it also adds it to $ 0.00 and it should have the normal price.

Hi!

It’s compatible with all the latest WooCommerce and WordPress updates. Need to see how exactly you configured the rule and how you test this in cart – could you show us the screenshots?

Kirill

Hi, I’m testing the demo, and I want to do the promo:

- buy 2 itens and get 10% off - buy 3 itens and get 20% off - buy 4 itens and get 30% off.

But when I try to use the “cart discounts”, only works the minor (10% off). There are some way to do the progressive discount? Thank you

Hi!

Do you need the discount applied to the whole cart or specific items? Either way, feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.

Hi there,

I just updated to last version and now I have a issue when trying to select values from Dropdown in a Rule Condition. Please take a look a this video to see what I mean. At first I am able to select but then the click does not expand the parent value to view its children: https://youtu.be/u2RHKP-4rbw

There is no errors in Chrome/Console.

Hi!

Please submit a support ticket to us, so we could look into your setup.

Kirill

Sent! I attached Admin credentials to make this easier for you.

Ok, thank you!

How to disable WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts when used default Woocommerce Coupon? If customer used coupon -5% then don’t apply sale price -3%. Now it -8% (total). Thanks.

Hi!

You will just need to add the condition “coupons applied” to your rule and that way the rule won’t apply if there was certain (or any) coupons used in the cart.

Kirill

Guys, i can`t understand the differents between the licenses.. we are digital company that developed a Ecommerce website for a client. The client wants to add your plugin for that website only (1 domain) What license do we need?

Hi!

You just need a regular license in this case.

Kirill

Hello,

I would like to know if we can do that :

Get 5 to get 1 but with only a specific mode of delivery.

Is it possible ? I tried the demo but I have the feeling that it is not possible.

Thanks

Hi!

Do you mean shipping method? If so, then I’m afraid it’s not currently possible – such conditions are not available for BXGY rule type.

Kirill

Pre-sale question: I would like to ask if this condition is possible.

Let’s say there are two customers, customer 1 is located in Metro Manila, Philippines and the other customer is from Cavite, Philippines. Is there a condition where we can set the price based on customer’s location? For example, Product 1 price is 1,000 when they are located in Metro Manila, but when their location is set to Cavite it will change to 950.

Thank you,

Hi!

Yes, there are a few “shipping address” conditions, but those are only available in Cart Discounts, but not Product Pricing.

Kirill

I want to ask something before sales, we tested this on demo site but couldn’t find a way to do this.

Let’s say we have added a BOGO rule as “Buy 2 to get 1 Free” The problem is it only adds the free product if we choose “2” items on the product page.

If I initially add 1 product to my cart and then decide to add another product it doesn’t add free product automatically even if I have 2 items listed In my cart.

also is there way for customers to choose what product they want for free just like in “WooCommerce buy one get one free” plugin?

Hi!

Unfortunately, there are limitations to auto-adding feature – that’s correct, it’s working only if you add the GET product in one action (as in “2 items” at once per your example), also there’s no selection for user. But it is possible with manually-added products to have multiple possible products listed for the discount.

Kirill

Hello. Does this plugin have the ability to define the law of giving a discount to the customer’s first purchase?

Hi!

Yes, it is quite easy to configure with purchase history conditions applied to any rule type.

Kirill

ok tnx. in youre demo plugin, customer value rule does it do that?

Hi!

Sure, this condition is one of the ways to implement such soution.

Kirill

I have a question. We are using woocommerce incl. membership.

is the following possible with your plugin?

create discount code XYZ for “Product A”. If a discount code is entered, product B should be automatically added for free and membership activated – after one year, it should charge normal price € 390, – for membership automatically!

Customer puts product A in the shopping cart for € 990, enters the discount code XYZ and then gets the annual membership (Membership Produkt B) for free! Attention – after one year automatic renewal and € 390 debit!

Is that something which is possible with your plugin or do you know how to do that?

Hi!

Unfortunately, there’s currently no such option available, and also no integration for any Membership plugins at the moment (we do plan the integration with our own plugin in the future).

Kirill

is it possible that there is a Discount of 390€ if Product A AND B is in the cart?

i think this would have the same impact.

Hi!

Yes, it is possible – you could use Group rule for such case.

Kirill

Hi, Is this plugin compatible with any woocommerce theme and latest wordpress version? Thank you.

Hi!

Yes, it’s compatible with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress updates, and also should be compatible with WooCommerce’s default Storefront theme.

Kirill

Hi when I access to mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rp_wcdpd_settings and it prompt with “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” even I am administrator.

I did try on various solution like file permission 755, deactivated all plugin left woocommerce and this plugin is activated and theme and use wordpress default twenty twenty, wp debug with no issue on log, php updated to latest 7.4, reinstall wordpress core, etc

Can you help me to solve this? I had request support on your website.

Hi!

Some other plugin may have removed the native capability set by our plugin. Let’s proceed in the ticket for possible ways to fix this.

Kirill

compatible with Dokan ?

Hi!

No compatibility was implemented for this yet, unfortunately.

Kirill

Is this plugin possible to make it like bundle promotion? Product category – Xmas Bundle first item is normal price $150 second item with first item under same product category and get $100 fixed price for both item third item added, it will become normal price $150 and fourth item added will become $100 fixed priced.

Hi!

Yes, it’s possible with either repeating BXGY, or Bulk pricing rule. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

Kirill

Hello, I would like to know if the following scenario can be done with the plugin: Apply a discount by checking a customer meta field and verifyng if the customer value is on a list of values. So that I don’t have to manually add every single value of my customers.

And if the user is logged in, it will show the disccount price?

Hi!

Yes, it’s possiblee to use the meta field as condition – feel free to test this on our demo site.

Also, it is possible to add the condition to apply the discount only for logged in users.

Kirill

Hello, what I need is to import some kind of list of values as conditions, like a csv file. And if any of this values from the list match apply the disccount.

Hi!

Unfortunately, there’s no such complex opion to check the meta values available yet.
