Hello, I would like to know if the following scenario can be done with the plugin: Apply a discount by checking a customer meta field and verifyng if the customer value is on a list of values. So that I don’t have to manually add every single value of my customers.
And if the user is logged in, it will show the disccount price?
Hi!
Yes, it’s possiblee to use the meta field as condition – feel free to test this on our demo site.
Also, it is possible to add the condition to apply the discount only for logged in users.

Hello, what I need is to import some kind of list of values as conditions, like a csv file. And if any of this values from the list match apply the disccount.
Hi!
Unfortunately, there’s no such complex opion to check the meta values available yet.

Will your plugin allow a “pay what you can” type scenario where the customer sets their own price for an item?
Hi!
No, unfortunately, there’s currently no such option available

Hi There,
I have problem with rounding price, I use checkout fee 3% so total price Rp432.530 Question is how to round down so the final price become Rp432.500
Hi!
Unfortunately, there’s no such rounding option present in our plugin just yet.

I’m trying your plugin on with your demo login.
But dont quite understand how the settings. Even the knowledgebase did not fully explain each of the options available to set the dynamic pricing. For example,
1) On the Quantities Based on option, whats the meaning of each individual cart line item, quantity add up by category?
2) On the quantity range column, whats the different between fixed discount vs percentage discount, fixed price vs fixed price per range?
3) For the global option rules, your knowledgebase did not clearly explain what is each of the option…
Is there an article that clearly describe those so that i can try it out further?
Hi!
1. Depends on the rule, but it indicates how exactly the applicable amount of products is combined – either one cart item, or multiple products per category, or other options.
2. Fixed discount means that it removes some specific amount, fixed price just sets the price, and percentage removes the discount in percentage, calculated on each product.
3. What exactly isn’t clear here?

Can I apply bulk discount based on sku’s?
And discount for variations as bulk
Hi!
At the moment there’s no SKU within the default conditions. Could you describe what you’d like to achieve in more details, please?

Hey, so I have a pre-sale question. Does the plugin support dynamic decrease? Means the first 50 orders are 30% off the next 50 are 20% off?
Hi!
You can set this up with “order count” condition within multiple rules – feel free to test this on our demo site.
Kirill
Can you confirm that the plugin will support the following scenario:
Our products are all one price (£3), we want to have 4 products = £10, but then 5, 6 and 7 would be the 4 for £10 + 3 at £3, then if 8 products in cart total £20 and so on up through multiples of 4.
Hi!
You can set this up either with BXGY – repeating, or with Tiered pricing rules.
Kirill
Hi, Can we change the prices variations all of them one time?
thanks
Hi!
You can apply one discount to all the products, either fixed or in percentage. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

is there a black friday or cyber monday promo?
Hi!
We don’t have any promotions running at the moment.
Kirill
Hello. Can the plugin do this? One item USD50, if buy 3 items then USD100 (can mix items)
Hi!
Sure, you can try multiple discount types to achieve this. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

Can I offer different discounts to annual and monthly members for my WooCommerce products? I’ve a separate membership plugin though..
Hi!
It depends on how exactly those memberships are set for the users.
Kirill
hello, do you implement discount rule as custom post types ? Do you have /know any tools that can be use to bulk manage these discount rules ?
Hi!
Those are not posts – at the moment rules are just saved in WordPress options, and currently there’s no tool to manage those in bulk.
Kirill
Is it possible to show a message on the product page under the discounted price? I like that you can see the discount name in the cart when you hover. Is this possible on a product page?
Hi!
Unfortunately, there’s currently no such option available, but we have plans to introduce this in the future update.

I have a VIP memberships that’s 10% off. When I check to show product discounted prices as well as old price on shop page, it shows every single product in the store as “On Sale” This is NOT practical as now I can’t have any SALES. Anyone else have this issue? I contacted support and they just blamed my theme (Astra)
Hi!
It’s actually not an issue in itself. As I explained you already, this happens because WooCommerce adds the data of the old and new price, and then by default marks it as “sale” CSS class (because old and new price by default means sale), and then your theme just displays the styling it has for such class.
We’re researching the possible ways for the workaround, but currently it’s the default WooCommerce behavoir.

Don’t tell me your WooCommerce plugin doesn’t work with WooCommerce. It’s been over a week now and you refuse to help. All I want to do is show a simple user based discount of 10%, but your plugin is showing every single product as on sale. It also replaces the standard price on the single product page and bugs out again by shrinking the font size and moving the price to the bottom.
Hi!
As I told you already, our plugin doesn’t put everything on sale, but it does provide the discount. Regaring the other issues – let’s continue in the ticket. We did not refuse to help with those and would be glad to help as much as we can.

UPDATE: Support has contacted me. EMBARRASSING UPDATE: I tried several other plugins and they all caused the same “Sale Sticker” issue. The secondary issues I faced were created by me, not knowing the settings. They have pointed me in the right direction and problems solved. Still need to find a solution for this default WooComm behaviour, but it’s not this plugins error. I apologise for my impatience and stress.
PS: this plugin does what another developers made me buy 2 different versions of their plugin did.
Hi!
Thank you for the update, glad that we were able to resolve those issues.
Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, can I list and display the discount within invoice? I use Germanized for invoices, it is required for German law.
Hi!
The discounts are added to the order similar to how WooCommerce does this by default – if just the price was changed in specific product, then it’s saved without the old price (just like “sale” price functionality), but if cart discounts applied (as coupons), this will be saved in “discounts” section of the order.
Kirill
Thanks a lot, that works fine!
Sure, no problem. Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,
I don’t understand why the system won’t allow you to apply a free product based on basket subtotal? Surely this is a very common request?
Why will this not work? Thanks
Hi!
At the moment it’s not possible, because free product option is part of the pricing rules, which uses the product context, not the cart context. We’ll try to find a workaround for this in the future.
Kirill
Hi. I would like to set up 40% discount for all products. How can I set up this discount? Thanks!
Hi!
The easiest would be to create Product Pricing – Simple rule type, and set the 40% discount there.
Kirill
Is your plugin compatible with WooCommerce 4.7? You only list compatibility up to 4.2.
Hi!
Yes, it is compatible. It’s just the information is outdated – we’ll update it on the next version’s release.
Kirill
Hi,
pre-sale question, the conditions created return a message on the front end?
If it doesn’t? is there a plugin that you recommend so that it does this?
Thank you
Hi!
Conditions either match or not, and it control whether or not the rules will be applied – no need in any messages in this case.
Kirill
Hi guys, Is there a function in your developer documentation to output price per product in an offer? Let’s say for BOGO offers for example.
Hi!
Could you describe what you’d like to achieve in more details, please? I’m afraid I don’t fully understand what you mean.
Kirill
I am working with my dev to display 3 options for the customers to choose on the product page:
a.) 1x product ….11€/product b.) 3+1 gratis ...9€/product c.) 5+2 gratis …7€/product
The frontend part is custom made, now we need to pull the price per product for each of the rules. The YITH Discount plugin developers made this available to us, but we would rather use your plugin for handling the discounts on the backend because of it’s flexibility and feature set.
