I disabled the chatbot for testing a few things and I notice font-awesome is still loaded by the plugin even though it is deactivated! Can you fix this? /wp-content/plugins/wpbot-pro/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0

The error was on my end. I preloaded the font and did not remove it when I deactivated the plugin. I assumed that it will stop loading but it didnt. I removed the preload I manually added to fontawesome and it got fixed. No problem with the plugin

There is no feature so that when the user replies the system can assign a tag to the action to identify what the user chose. You can create conversational forms that will be emailed to you like any standard forms or saved in the database (pro feature).
There is also a Chat Session addon available that records all the conversations and you can view them from the WP backend.

You can use the ChatBot without any 3rd party service. Utilize many of its built-in features, simple text responses and conversational form builder addon.
You can use DialogFlow for NLP, if you like. I am not sure if DialogFlow is blocked in China. It probably is not because it seems DialogFlow has extensive support for Chinese languages: https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/reference/language

- In start menu, i changed the Predefined Intents from English to Arabic but it did not change in the chat.
- In simple text response i added some query and 1-2 keywords for each, but 95% of the keywords are not working and the bot reply with no results were found.
Please test the ChatBot in browser incognito mode to avoid cache and cookies.

Hi there,
Before buying I’d like to know whether this is a feature: I have a survey containing of 6 questions with for each question fixed answers my client is allowed to give. Each answer represents a number. The sum of the numbers should give a specific text back to the customer. So when your sum is 0-6 the bot give Text A; sum of 7-12: Text B, etc. Is that possible? Thanks!
