Hello Support team,

1) I want to hide the Welcome message popup, Only want to display the chatbot icon. When customers click on the chat icon they should open chatbox.

Kindly help me how it hides the Welcome message load with the page the first time?

2) When the customer opens the chat window, the Then, Send button design is not displayed good, it’s messed up.

Kindly assist me on how to resolve this issue.

If you have the Envato Market plugin installed you will see update notice any time now. You can try going to WordPress Dashboard->Updates section and press the Check again button.

1. Yes, of course. The shopping cart is actually from the Woocommerce addon. If you do not purchase/install that it won’t show.

2. You can change the primary colors from the ChatBot settings. Theme fonts are used. But we can give you CSS overrides if needed.

3. We do not have admin demo yet. You can try the free version to get some ideas on how the ChatBot works.

I am not a technical person. Can i refer help documents, before purchase, to understand will it be easy or not. I read some comments about DialogFlow, but after I did google search regarding dialogflow, I thought that was too complicated for me. Is there any other way to use this without dialogflow?

Hi, I am a freelancer and setting the Chatbot on a website of my client. I am getting an error to connect with Dialogflow, that is – “Connectoin Failed. undefined” can you please tell me why this happening? I Enable Authentication for Webhook URL as well.

ALL files and folder have permission 755.

Before testing make sure that the Google Client is successfully installed. That is very important. The instructions are also on the DialogFlow settings page.

Make sure that you are the owner of the DialogFlow agent.

1. You need the Live Chat addon. Users will be able to initiate a Live chat session from Start menu but human take over is not possible.

2. There is no limit. Agents are WordPress users with Operator user role

I need automated chatbot for generating leads majorly. Bot should offer options and based on options it should gather name, email, mobile number and date and time to schedule an appointment with proper validations. In a word, a workflow which works in a way what i required.

In the plugin demo, we have enabled all the Retargeting options to showcase the features. You do not have to enable any retargeting feature and the ChatBot will not open automatically. You can also enable the option to enable any retargetiung feature only once per user session.

Hi dear A pre-sale question We have in our website a directory of companies and every company have its presentation page. We need to add a different chatbot in every page for each company (1 by page) Is that possible under the same wordpress website to add a different chatbots (One per page)?

It is not possible to have a different ChatBot for different company. You can load different intents (functions) on the ChatBot based on different pages. But not sure that will work for you.

3. Yes, both are possible. Workflow can be created with the form builder addon. Random questions can be answered with Simple Text Responses or DialogFlow

4. Yes, using Google’s DialogFlow

5. FB Messenger

6. You can create a mobile app using web view and chatbot on page feature. Not sure how you want the video interview to work. Likely not possible/

7. DialogFlow has a very generous free tier https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/pricing . Zapier integration is possible with an addon.

8. Human handover protocol is supported with the Messenger

9. Whatsapp or SMS integration is not available yet

10. Yes, we are available for customization and custom works.

Hi, After long interval using it again. so forgot the configuration procedure. While setting up the Dialogflow Project ID & Private key the link to the tutorial given there is “https://dialogflow.com/docs/reference/v2-auth-setup” which no more exists, so can you please give the updated proper link ? Also please add the updated tutorial link in the newer release (under Dialogflow settings menu).
