I'm having trouble registering the theme. Even with the code, it keeps deactivating. After receiving support, it worked temporarily, but then it crashed. Reinstalling the theme leads to the same issue: I can't activate it again. I really need support, as this situation is becoming very frustrating.

Good plugin
Purchasing the plugin from here will not allow you to train the AI on your website. Only general ChatGPT conversations. The developer will ask for an additional $99/y to use the functionality advertised.

You are referring to the wrong product. The OpenAI advanced addon is 25$ and NOT 99$. The 99$ one you are referring to is a different product and package with 6 additional modules.
Feel free to submit a refund request if the product is not suitable for you.

When you install the plugin on the site ceased to work scripts appealed to support gave access to the admin panel of the site and the guys themselves went and sorted out the problem with my site.
Just an excellent attitude to the users of the product. Thanks a lot guys!

Great software but with steep learning curve and a bit of bugs, the vendor corrected it though. But finger crossed

I wish there were options to choose more than one reason in "Main reason for your rating" drop-down box, cause the design, how the plugin works & more importantly the fast support response are what you'll like most :)
I was looking for a solution (some sort of chat agent actually) to handle customer's query automatically. I didn't know such things exists in WordPress, then while randomly browsing one day with particular keyword, this plugin took my attention. I promptly checked the demo site & the way the chat-bot interacted me - I instantly added this beast in my cart :) then asked for some clarification regarding dialogflow (as i knew how it works) & wow so fast the dev replied.
Happily I purchased the plugin.
The documentation is fair enough to understand for an average technical person, implementation was easy too, just you have to work smart to make the bot smart :)
Just go for it . . Grab this piece of awesomeness , you'll love it.
Looking forward for more improvement & feature addition in the upcoming updates.
