When you install the plugin on the site ceased to work scripts appealed to support gave access to the admin panel of the site and the guys themselves went and sorted out the problem with my site.
Just an excellent attitude to the users of the product. Thanks a lot guys!

Good, i hope the plugin continues to improve.
Great software but with steep learning curve and a bit of bugs, the vendor corrected it though. But finger crossed

It doesnt work as prommise, the cool things are add ons but the main plug is not working either

Well,
I wish there were options to choose more than one reason in "Main reason for your rating" drop-down box, cause the design, how the plugin works & more importantly the fast support response are what you'll like most :)
I was looking for a solution (some sort of chat agent actually) to handle customer's query automatically. I didn't know such things exists in WordPress, then while randomly browsing one day with particular keyword, this plugin took my attention. I promptly checked the demo site & the way the chat-bot interacted me - I instantly added this beast in my cart :) then asked for some clarification regarding dialogflow (as i knew how it works) & wow so fast the dev replied.
Happily I purchased the plugin.
The documentation is fair enough to understand for an average technical person, implementation was easy too, just you have to work smart to make the bot smart :)
Just go for it . . Grab this piece of awesomeness , you'll love it.
Looking forward for more improvement & feature addition in the upcoming updates.

I could have easily selected the bot for this 5 star review - it's worth it in my opinion. But, what I really like in a product is the eco-system around it and when support it responsive I feel reassured that what I'm getting will work well.
I am delighted with the response to my recent request which promptly manifested in a very prompt new release - now you guys can benefit from that feature addition to.
If you have this already, give the dev guys some feedback so we can all benefit, If you're thinking about getting a wordpress chatobot, this is awesome, in fact , I am now learning more about chat bots because chatbot for wordpress has made it more accessible to me. Thank you for a great plugin and your support.
