Hello, I have a business listing wp + marketplace, I need the chatbot to respond to visitors, in the following example cases: 1. the visitor searches for a product with a name, or characteristic: the chatbot must show a response with the link of the product in the web store, + name of the seller with link. – 2. When the visitor searches for a service with a description, the chatbot must show the result with a list of possible sellers who provide that service, and a link to the profile of each seller. -3. The visitor asks questions related to the website’s topic, and the chatbot responds based on the website’s blogs. Is this possible with your Plugin?

Please download the plugin package again. Go to Plugins->Add new. Upload and Replace the old version.

Yes, you can trigger a conversational form from the STR. But you will need the STR Pro addon for this.

I noted on your homepage that the core is for sale at an annual fee of $45 or $48 which I cant remember at this moment. If I buy this plugin I do not want an annual fee creeping in as I thought this plugin and your core advertised on your homepage are identical or am I mistaken?

The Starter license you mention has additional modules included: Chat Sessions and Histories and Extended Search Modules. So these two are not exactly the same.

Technically you cannot create different chatbots on the same site. However, you can trigger different Intents or conversational forms on different pages.

So, if my website is about chess and somebody ask something for garden and outdoor niche it wont answer? How to limit the chatbot only to give answers about chess and not about other things? Thank you
You can define a set of Chess related keywords in the plugin’s OpenAI settings area. The ChatBot will not answer from OpenAI unless the user query includes or are related to those keywords.

How do we change the order of pages in a chatbot response? For instance wen I say “Tell me about CHROME Guidedsmile” on our website roedentallab.com I get returned a list of web pages with the words CHROME GuidedSMILE in them but they are not in the most useful order or contain pages that we would not want shown at all.
