I dont know what happening but the template are not responsive on mobile , it display something else on preview mode and when I sent a test email to check the mobile view, it PC responsive even some padding did’nt working. Currently I am testing with free version.

This feature is currently unavailable in our plugin. However, we have integrated an option that helps to solve this problem.
It is “Apply to billing countries” in the rules section in the right side of email template. You can create muti templates then change email contents with these respective country languages, then apply to send to countries using that language.

Tracking info currently is not unavailable in WooCommerce default emails. However, the plugin integrated the Webhook feature that allows to display tracking info of 3rd plugin that has hooks with WooCommerce.

Sorry hearing that.. its not applicable spending extra money for extra plugin for just a singe dynamic text field attached to complete order email ex: your tracking number is {tracking_nr} with DHL. (for example) . Im really intrested in purchashing the plugin its unique and really customizable with the sortcodes you provide.Thank you for all your answers. and time spending explaining plugin features. 5 stars from us for fast support. ill discuss with client for manual sending tracking nr if no other solution will be found. Hope we buy your plugin for this or other projects.

There’s no Margin option. When I try to separate two sections with padding and save the template, the paddings just vanish and the template looks so ugly and condensed.
This is really not done, you have to fix this, else we can’t use it in our live websites,

Hi, we use the plugin WooCommerce Smart Reminder Emails from wpovernight and with the other email customizer plugin from cxThemes the emails from the Smart Reminder Plugin where automaticly with the design from the email customizer plugin, but with yours it sends the standard woocommerce email template.
How can we use your plugins template combined with the Smart Reminder Plugin?
Maybe by creating new email choosing the e-mail type for this kind of e-mail? But I can not choose the email type.

This is the problem of compatibility with a 3rd plugin.
In this case, you can use the default template type in our plugin, that is saved the header, footer, suggested products, social and load all contents of your 3rd plugin (Smart Reminder Plugin) in our email.

Currently, that can just be done by duplicating a designed template that you want, then change email type of each email: New account, order received, order completed…and redesign properly.

Your request can be done by 2 ways: create a BASE template design (with the brands colors, logo, menu header and footer)

Found quite a major issue! It doesn’t seem that this plugin is compatible with other WooCommerce plugin such as Subscription (standard from WC) and also I’m using SB WooCommerce Email Verification.

can you be more specific? I contacted the hosting company and there is not much we can do. I also installed the wp easy SMTP, but stil mail clieints are blocking images. For example Mozilla Thunderbird blocks pictures saying” to protect your privacy thunderbird has blocked remote content in this message”. Is it possible with this plugin to show pictures in any mail clients without allowing it first?
