No, that type of off-canvas menu is not something that UberMenu creates. The product we offer that is closest to that would be ShiftNav (though there are some custom features on time.com that it wouldn’t offer out of the box)

The easiest way to do that would be to use custom CSS, though you could also set up separate Configurations as you mentioned and assign them on different pages, just depends on exactly what you want to do.

Sounds like the Dynamic Terms feature would be useful for you, which can list all child terms of a category. Note that each Dynamic Terms item creates one level of terms, and you can nest them.

The setting you’re referencing actually controls the desktop submenu, so I don’t think that’s what you’re looking for. You could potentially open the current submenu by default only on mobile programmatically using Javascript, but there isn’t a built-in setting for this, sorry. I don’t think UberMenu is likely the right solution for you if you’re looking just for something mobile-specific.

Yes, UberMenu supports both standard Images and Submenu Background Images. The potential trick in your example is that they’ve made sure their content fits very nicely with the size of their images (that is, if they had more items, it would make the submenu taller and create a gap below the images at that size). So that is something to keep in mind as it’s controlled by your content choices.

Here are our guides for Divi as well as the Divi Builder (we recommend using the Builder for the easiest integration).

What you’re referring to is a secondary menu (meaning it’s separate, independent menu – not an actual dropdown from the primary menu). Basically, you want two menus, and to swap out the secondary menu based on the section of the site you’re on. UberMenu can generate two individual menus. To add them in your layout, you’d use Divi Builder (or customize the theme’s default header). To swap the secondary menu you could use a plugin like Conditional Menus

Yes, you can either use the Submenu Automatic Columns setting which divides the items equally into the number of columns you select from top to bottom, or you can use [Column] items to explicitly sort your items into columns if you prefer.

UberMenu is a plugin for building site navigation menus. What you’re looking for is more of a collapsible list for a restaurant food menu, not a navigation menu. So UberMenu won’t do what you want, sorry.
