hello dear authors, please add payment systems for the CIS countries such as (Qiwi) (Yandex Money) or Webmoney I can’t buy your product right now due to the absence of these payment systems

Hi, i found in the demo, when i order product and goes to payment method, i select method except for the COD, in the admin panel its already saying sales(unpaid), even though its error, it must not show right in the dashboard of admin

For demo purposes we are disabled some featured. On the demo there has no real payment gateway account and this is not practical too. So while you will use with the real account this will not make this one.

Can each store have their different subdomain, something they can provide at the point of registration?

For this kind of feature it will need to have the server control from client side which is not available for us. So if you will need this it will need to custom the script and need to config your server.

Yes offcourse while we have a more customer background we will release forum for this item surely. But why this is shame feel for you while you informed for support renewing?

we don’t have to renew the support, create a forum for users who have already bought the script we don’t need to renew the support just for the same problems, maybe your system is made like its to rip off customers who have already purchased

we do not have any cheap mentality to make our item such way to make bound for renewing the item.If you don’t want then off-course we are not pushing you for item support renewing. and also this support system is not making by the author this is making by the envato itself.

Sending messages to the buyer by Email does not work. Messages with confirmation of registration for new sellers by Email are not sent. Messages are sent to the mail only to the administrator with a purchase receipt. What’s the matter?

For messaging sendin option it must be the issue from SMTP setup. Did you configure your smtp setup properly? Please renew your support pack for getting continuous support from us.

Mail sending failure issue happens for SMTP miss configuration. Envato make the policy for item support with a fixed timeline not with the getting support weight. So if you have any complain about this policy you can send support ticket to envato support http://help.market.envato.com/
