Sending messages to the buyer by Email does not work. Messages with confirmation of registration for new sellers by Email are not sent. Messages are sent to the mail only to the administrator with a purchase receipt. What’s the matter?

Updated to latest version 3.4, yes two add-ons are integrated OTP and refund systems. Sir I am planning to buy extended license just waiting for funds.
