In relation to payment, does this plugin allow the opportunity for me to provide individual payment details for every vendor/dropshipper so that for example if Product A is sold, the money goes to A’s bank and if Product B is sold, the money goes to B’s bank account?
Further to my last question, is it possible to split the payment, for example, I receive 5% of the payment and the rest is sent to the vendor?
Furthermore, I want to know, is it possible by anychance to integrate / allow this type of payment system with the same ability of taking out a particular percentage of a payment before sending the rest to the particular vendors bank?
Hello johnwillz94,
the plugin doesn’t directly support payments. On the products, the parameter called “Dropshipper price” corresponds to the amount the administrator owe to the dropshippers for each product sold and the total amount due is showed on the Dropshippers List page.
WooCommerce Dropshippers comes with a built-in payment system to pay the single dropshippers via PayPal, but it doesn’t directly split the amounts to the bank accounts when the customers pay.
Thanks!

hello mss2018,
We recommend you to immediately change your password and contact us privately from our profile page if you need to send us sensitive information.
Regarding your issue, did the orders go to ”Processing” status? Did you check the spam folder?
Thanks!
Hello, I hope you are well and fine, I have a few pre-sales question.
- Is it possible to export orders with the dropshipper details for each product in an order?
- Will WC’s normal import/export features be affected?
- Is it possible to import products of a supplier by automatically applying the dropshipper from a colum data in the feed file?
Thank you!
Hello nathaniel7sg,
it is not possible to export orders. WooCommerce’s import/export feature is not affected in any way. It is possible vby adding the “_woo_dropshipper” field to the imported meta fields of the CSV file
Thanks!
Okay, great!
Can this plugin be added to the product URL of dropshippers?
Hi,
I has installed the plugin and works ok, except that if you login with dropshiper account, they don’t see their orders and they can post in. Looks like they get a editor profile. I has checked in users and they has the dropshiper profie there.
Thanks,
Hello Artrivity,
That issue is probably caused by a plugin or theme installed. Please try disabling anything that might interfere with WordPress user roles.
Thanks!
Hello, for some reason the addon stopped assigning the dropshipper to an order automaticly and we cant add the dropshipper later to the order because it said “This order is not editable anymore” only if we manually add a new order to a customer, we are able to select a dropshipper, but if only one dropshipper is available, it should be added automaticly if the dropshipper is assigned to the product right?
I have got an error during plugin activation
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Cannot redeclare dropshipper_order_list() (previously declared in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-dropshipping/woocommerce-dropshipping-functions.php:133) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-dropshippers/woocommerce-dropshippers.php on line 150
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Hello aamircode,
have you installed any other plugins that might interfere with WooCommerce Dropshipper?
Thanks!
Hello,
I tried to copy some template files to my child theme to make some adjustments to how the emails look like (so that changes aren’t deleted when updating the plugin), but those files in my child theme don’t overwrite the base files located in wp-content/plugins. I don’t have that problem with the woocommerce plugin for example. Is there a way to get your template files working in a child theme?
Kind Regards,
Niels
Hello elegantwonen,
unfortunately there is no way to overwrite plugin files from a child theme at the moment.
Thanks!
Where do I find instructions/manual about how to set up your plugin? How do I add dropshippers – when I go to “Dropshipers List” I cant find out how to add them.
Hello Carstenminsk,
The guide is inside the full zip that you can download from CodeCanyon.
Thanks!
Im guessing there are no instructions included with how to set up dropshippers and add products? I thought there would something to help guide the set up. I have no idea how to do that.
Hello cwhet10,
The guide is inside the full zip that you can download from CodeCanyon.
Thanks!
Where does the dropshipper display products assigned to him/her?
Can dropshippers open stores and display their Dropshipping products on it?? Can I make turnkey stores, where I can create ready-made stores and dropshippers can just buy the stores?? And Dropship the products ??
Hello lectureiq1,
Dropshippers can’t manage the WooCommerce shop or their products. They are only in charge of shipments, which they can manage from their personal panel. On this panel is also available a list of all the products assigned by the administrator to a single dropshipper.
Thanks!
Best regards Nicolas
Hello 4dvisionmarketing,
Unfortunately we do not advertise compatibility with third party plugins.
Thanks!
Hi, the earnings of the dropshipper do not appear in the dropshippers / dropshippers list see image:http://www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/06.jpg so I can’t sende the money to dropshipper. Thank you
Hi, I just purchased and installed. Everything seems to be working except for the dropshippers view in Wordpress. I do not see the Dropshipper Menu Item in the Admin panel, no widget in the dashboard. Instead I see a few other things in the menu that should not be there, like access to Posts and Testimonials. Something must be wrong with the roles and permissions. What could be wrong?
I just installed the User Role Editor plugin but do not see any capabilities for this plugin. The Dropshipper role is there but there is nothing assigned to this role except for Read and Edit Posts. What are the specific things that should be here?
Nevermind. I figured it out. I had been trying other plugins, deactivated them but one of them had created a dropshipper role and apparently even though I deactivated it did not put things back the way they were before, so I think that role was conflicting with the role in this plugin. I restored a backup of my site from before I started trying out these other plugins, then installed this one and everything was normal. Working good so far. Thank you.
Hi I am getting this: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 5
During final payment.
I have default theme and these 3 plugins. WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Woocommerce and your dropshipping plugin.
Hello paintedfox,
We couldn’t reproduce the issue on a clean installation with default theme. Are you using the latest version of WooCommerce Dropshippers? (v 3.0.12)
Thanks!
Hi, I ask you if these options are possible, example: The producer loads a product for € 10 and I want to sell it for € 12. Is it possible to automatically send € 10 to the manufacturer and € 2 to me and how? Is it possible that the manufacturer sends the product directly to the buyer? Thank you
Hello savinus,
unfortunately that is not done automatically by our plugin. WooCommerce Dropshippers has a built in PayPal payment, but it has to be done manually by the administrator.
Thanks!
ok in the dropshipper built in payement there’s a Paypal email, I ask 1. what money goes to this email? 2. In the section Bulk price there’s a dropshipper price with + or % can you explain how it works? I mean you said I have to send the money manually to the dropshipper , please explain Thank you
One more question sorry, I Try to import a csv with products, price, link to images etc…that a client give to me , but nothing happens, it doesn’t import.
there’s another problem: I can’t see the dropshipper name in the woocommerce/order page, see image http://www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/01.jpg
Hello, sorry delete all the previous questions, my problem is that I don’t see dropshippers names in the woocommerce/orders see image http://www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/01.jpg so when a user buy a products it doesn’t add the dropshipper price in the dropshippers list and I can’t send money to paypal. Where I did wrong? Thank you and sorry for all this questions
Hello , sorry delete all my previous questions and read this: I set up a dropshipper but when I buy a product in the woocommerce/orders I don’t see the dropshipper in the dropshipper column, see image: http://www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/02.jpg I set up a dropshipper price, see image: www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/03.jpg and if I buy the product it doesn’t insert the dropshipper price in the dropshipper/dropshipper list and I can’t send the money to the dropshipper, se image: www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/04.jpg What I didi wrong? Thank you and sorry for previous questions now solved
Hello savinus,
Dropshippers become visible only when the order goes to Processing status.
Thanks!
Hi, I completed many orders with bank transfer ( fake just to see if works ) but no dropshippers and money appear, see image:www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/05.jpg What I did wrong? Sorry for all this problems
hello I understand my mistake, only when the dropshippper confirms the shipment this appears in the list. But there is another thing that I do not understand, the earnings of the dropshipper do not appear in the dropshippers / dropshippers list see image:www.amoreitaliano.eu/download/06.jpg thank you for the good assistance!
Hello savinus,
We couldn’t reproduce the issue using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Please send us your WordPress admin and FTP credentials from the contact form our profile page and we will take a look.
Thanks
Hi Articnet I had an instance today – where my dropshipper clicked on their ‘dispatch link’ on two orders they got from me, one after the other. They say that to them, both appeared to work OK i.e. the link took them to my site reporting that the order had been marked as shipped. However, I didn’t get an email from my site for one of them saying that the dropshipper had shipped the item. I checked with them – and they had clicked the link, and they had shipped the item. I checked the order within woocommerce, and it said pending. So I marked it as complete manually. The email then fired off to the customer saying it was winging its way to them.
This evening I logged in as the dropshipper – and took a look at their OrderList page – the order in question was marked as ‘Complete’ but not shipped. I then manually marked it as shipped from within their login. Which in turn fired off the email to me saying they had shipped it. (As you’d expect).
So I suppose my question is, what could had possibly gone wrong when they clicked the link, and it telling them the usual ‘marked as shipped’ message – but it NOT actually doing so. AND how can I try and prevent this from happening again?
Hello coffeedante,
we are currently investigating what could have happened, but after many tests we couldn’t reproduce this issue.
Is there any particular information regarding the order you can share? For example, different products type than usual, special properties, or plugins involved.
Thanks
Hi, Is there an option to make the drop shipper email and packing slip PDF show product variations? The variation options show up in Woocommerce orders but do not display on emails and PDF’s generation by this plugin.
Hello jordandraganoff,
the email and both the packing slip (html and pdf) always show the variation’s name under the product name.
Thanks!
Hi, thanks for your reply. My drop shippers are still occasionally receiving notifications missing the size and colour options in the email and packing slip. Example: https://imgur.com/a/zuenhVK Woocommerce version: 4.1.0 Dropshippers version: 3.0.12 To be clear, most notifications are showing the size and colour as intended.
Hello jordandraganoff,
since we couldn’t reproduce the issue, can you tell us anything about your installation? Like what plugins you are using, or what kind of products you have (if simple or variable products)
Thanks!
Hi!
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-dropshippers-multidrop-addon/13957704/supportThis is REALLLLLY close to what I am looking for and I’m wondering if you can do custom development.
I have 1 product that I want to be able to sell in MULTIPLE countries. Each country – dropshipper has it’s own CURRENCY. I would like the order to automatically be assigned to a dropshipper based on on the country of the order (to be selected at checkout by the user so no geo detection required).
I would be happy to pay $200-300 for this functionality and you I don’t mind if you add it as a feature to your existing plugin.
Hello rodcul,
please contact us from our profile page.
Thanks!
Will do, I see there is another request above for this: https://codecanyon.net/comments/24546835
Hi there, we bought the plugin and within the description it said it is possible to setup more than one dropshipper per product, but within the admin area it is only possible to add one. did we miss a setting? this setting is quite essential if we want to use this plugin
Hello bettinabuschmeyer,
The description says “More than one Dropshipper can take part in a single order”, meaning that multiple items from different suppliers can be shipped in the same order, and the shop admins can easily see each dropshipper involved in that order and their progress.
If you need to assign multiple Dropshippers to a single product, we recommend this addon https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-dropshippers-multidrop-addon/13957704
Thanks!
