presale question woocommerce checkout working ???

The WooCommerce Checkout feature isn’t available in the MasterStudy App for now. It will be available in the coming updates of our product.

There are some conflicts with the WooCommerce Checkout only. The built-in checkout of the LMS is working properly.

We expecting to release new version within 10 days. However, Woocommerce checkout feature will not be included in this update, it takes more time than it was expected to include it in the app.

After so much of struggle and follow up with support team, Finally I have decided to scrap the entire project, Since purchase code has lots of error and bugs and Stylemix not willing to support without additional money. It was big mistake and loss of money being selecting Stylemix.

I know your sample app is working and I am a flutter developer so I know how to build that. This issue is more technical which I assume only some technical/developer can answer. I guess the bundle you have shared with me is not the latest code. Could you please check that for me? Because it has some missing code.

Can I setup MasterStudy App for iOS on Windows?

MasterStudy App was developed with the Flutter framework. Based on the website you have, you can build our own app for both Android and iOS devices. The APP for the MasterStudy theme and it is connected with the MasterStudy theme by default. So, the backend of the site is on the WordPress platform. Can I create the iOS application from a Windows PC? In the tutorial videos, it shows only on MAC.

in order to build iOS App you need XCode, this application is only for the Mac operation system in general

Guys, I need help urgently, please, i’ve created like 6 tickets in the help desk but you doesn’t response the the tickets, you are killing me man, the documentation is not clear and even skipping the firebase configuration (what is very important to me) the app marks network errors.

I chose you because it was supposed to be quicker to finish the job, but you’re only putting me further behind.

I bought both the theme and the app for the same reason, to speed up the process, I consider it fair that you give me support.

But even in your help desk you don’t have an specific area to request support.

Please answer the tickets.

From what I see you put my comment in review, when I am not saying anything that is not true according to my experience with you and the app that I bought from you, so I find myself in the need to publish the comment every time you delete it until get an answer from you, so here is the comment again.

Please change the speech, I already saw that answer in several previous comments, I suppose you are only from customer service, but show a little empathy and approach the development team, show them the comments and they tell you a possible solution, because I suppose that your idea is to charge for the support, but you do not see that when we implement the application it is presenting problems to us as buyers.

It is not possible that I as a user who buy your “solutions” (theme and app) to speed up the work, I have to be doing trial and error to make the “solution” work.

And of course, users can come to seem idiots for asking some such basic questions for you, but you must understand that some of your buyers may not even be from the IT area (not my case).

You must also understand that by providing “solutions” that work together, you must provide technical support for both when it is the case that the customer bought the solutions that work in this way, because on your support page you only put a support section for the theme, but there is no section to request support for the app, in fact that is why I am writing you in the comments section, so that potential buyers realize what they are going to face, and I write you in the comments of the app because that is where you are failing regarding the support, because in regards to the technical support of the theme I have no complaint, ask once and in less than 24 hours you answered me, but I cannot say the same about the support of the app.

And of course, I accept that you think we are idiots because we cannot follow the instructions in the documentation delivered with the app, but if you had adequate internal communication, the development team would tell the team responsible for making the documentation to update it accordingly the software versions used in the development, but as can be seen in the documentation, this is not the case.

Because I don’t know what version of android studio you have used to do the documentation, but let me tell you that it is different from the current version, for example, in the documentation you say that the flutter packages are installed by clicking on “Packages Get”, but currently the option is shown as “Pub Get”, I know that in that case it is something very obvious, but in other cases it is not, for the same reason I am having problems implementing the app because I have to be guessing where is what you shown in the documentation.

Anyway, after being with trial and error, at this moment all I want is to update at least this section of the documentation: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-app-documentatioin/android-app-build-on-windows-os/change-package-name I have already tried, yes I can rebuild the package, but when opening the application on a smartphone it shows errors, and I am sure it is because the documentation does not match what is currently displayed on the screen, both in android studio and with the project file structure.

Note that I am not asking you for support, I simply ask you to update a part of the documentation that you provide, if you could update all the documentation it would be great, but for now I am satisfied with that section.

It is worth commenting that the video tutorials do not show how to do what I require (change the name of the package).

PS: The app does not work well when the distance learning demo is imported, that is why the app did not show me the contents correctly, I solved it by importing the dark and / or light demo.

I suppose you have not noticed this error because surely the development team is not receiving the comments of users with problems (most call it feedback).

If I were like you, I would charge you for telling you that, but I do not do it because I am in favor of open source, and although you may not have realized it, you will benefit a lot from it, because if it were not for open source (wp, flutter , android studio, etc) your developments would not be sold in the same way.

Just as advice, in this type of situation you as a community manager should try to solve the problem and write the solution to it in response, that way potential customers will see that there is a will on your part to resolve conflicts, that generates trust in potential customers and therefore encourage them to make the purchase.

The”Support Repository” in SDK tools were removed in the new versions of the Android Studio. However, the MasterStudy App works without that repository. Also, the errors that you mentioned in your previous tickets don’t relate to the MasterStudy App at all. All those errors come from the Android Studio itself. Please make sure that you updated the Gradle in the Android Studio

The API plugin of the App is working properly on our live testing environemnt. Please make sure that you server includes the minimum required limits. Here are the minimum required limits -> max_execution_time 600, memory_limit 128M, post_max_size 32M, upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 5.7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well. You can increase them via contacting directly your hosting provider team. Also, we recommend you to deactivate all the other extra and caching plugins and reinstall the API plugin as well

2. The MasterStudy app uses the built-in registration feature and it doesn’t work with the third-party plugins.

when we try apk, we have show more button for each course under overview. When we click on it, the whole app crashed and mobile gets switch off.

Next, if we click play on any video, again it crashes and mobile gets switch off. Please advice what makes app crash?
