INTERESTED BUT THIS IS SUSPECT
I was looking to buy this app but what i see here is NOT GOOD. The attitude and responses to clients are concerning. Please note these concerns

• 3..38 rating is very bad and worrisome
• You seem to only respond to positive comments but you are NOT addressing issues from clients who have purchased YOUR product!
• You’re deflecting and hiding behind an Envato technicality and not helping clients
• No code is perfect so why would you not at least offer Support or even an installations service especially with the number complaints and rating
• The video link is also unavailable

I really wanted to buy it i have used MasterStudy on WP but this is very concerning. Even the positive comments now seem suspicious. Please help properly address these concerns.

Hello! Before purchase I got a few questions: 1. Is this product still maintained? 2. Any scheduled update for this year? 3. I plan to install the theme masterstudy in a wordpress multisite environment under a sub-domain. Can I still implement the mobile app and link it to the sub-site where I run masterstudy considering that I manage the user accounts via a bridge solution between all of my sub-sites? Thank you!

UPDATE: Attempted to get the app to work with the latest updates of their core software and as usual the mobile app appears quite broken. Will be attempting fixing and updating ourselves internally.

MasterStudy LMS API plugin is not in this download package. In a few places in your article you have written that it is in the package, but there is no how can we access this plugin.

Exactly the same thing happens to me as to other users, the application was not updated, and the last updates from a year ago did not work in stable mode. So they develop and then leave them disabled or for nothing. But they keep the money, what a deal. I request the same as many other buyers who feel disappointed, for going a year without updates and the update they did did nothing.

I purchased the Masterstudy app through Envato Market, expecting it to be a reliable product for current devices. However, the app has never been updated and is not functional on the latest Android and iOS systems. This is extremely disappointing, as the app is completely unusable. I request immediate attention to this issue and a refund for a product that fails to deliver on its promise and is not fit for use.

Do I have to buy the other components that it works with or are they included in the code?
