1. Currently there is no offline course mode, we will integrate it in the future updates
2. App works with the MasterStudy theme by default. We recommend you to you hosting with the following minimum requirments -> max_execution_time 600, memory_limit 128M, post_max_size 32M,upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well

i mean my videos is not hosted in youtube. i upload to publit.io. and linked to my course. Videos in the android demo app are not play full screen when i linked video from publit.io. But videos from youtube played fullscreen mode On Iphone too fullscreen worked.

Hi team, the new update does not support in app purchases. We have woocomerce enabled purchase on the website and the app does not respond on get it now button in live environment
In app purchase works perfectly for non woocomerce checkout only
If you can help integrate a new payment gateway to your lms at additional cost it would be really great.

Hi, I have some pre-sale questions: I see that the product does not have your support, what happens if something goes wrong? do I lose the payment? On the other hand, I do not see that future updates are included in the license, what happens with future updates? Will I have to pay them again in order to have those updates? I ask all this because I am not convinced by this type of licensing and that is the reason why I have not yet purchased.

I have purchased the app and I have spent a lot of hours trying to setting up in 2 PC´s and on my Mac. Finally, I compiled the apk, but it doen´st work; it doesn´t throw any errors when debugging, but when trying to install it in my phones it says “App stops working” and it doesn´t render.
At the moment, I have installed MasterStudy Theme in subsirectory.
My questions are:
1. Does the app support subdirectories? i.e. https://mydomain.com/mymasterstudytheme
2. Do I need to install Masterstudy Theme in a subdomain?
3. Does the app support ALL the Masterstudy Theme Demos you offer? I know we can install only one demo theme per site.

1. Yes, the app tested with the subdomains as well. With correct settings there should not be any restrictions
2. Yes, you need to install the MasterStudy theme on the sub-domain as well
3. The App has only a static design by default. Please note the App doesn’t use the design from the Main web site

There is a bug in the App
1. When you click on showmore link in curriculam section it crashes and closed automatically whereas show more in announcement section work fine,
2. It shows blank when you click on start course if you are going to enroll or continue course tab if you are enrolled. Everything is blank there. Rest of the things are fine.

In addition, I read the other comments and realized that you don’t solve anyone’s problem, and still respond with standard text.
I don’t want you to build my App, and I don’t want a customized service, I just want my app to work as standard. Only that.
What is happening is the following:
-> The app is published on the Play Store and public: OK
-> Connection to my website: OK
-> User registration and login system: OK
-> Loading of courses and category of courses: OK
So…
-> User accesses a course and Overview, Curriculum and FAQ does not load. A networking error appears. It only loads the course title and the featured image.
There is no any issue from the our end as we have mentioned previosly. The issue comes only on your personally created APP. With correct App building preocess there won’t be such kind of issue with the curriculum and FAQ section. Also, make sure that you have created course properly. The App support default STM LMS lesson types by default

@jw2017 yes I have the same problem, yet when I logged a ticket, I was informed that they do not support apps!!!!!!! I think we must all publish broken mobile apps here, and when people log a ticket we can claim the envanto policy of no mobile app support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You claim that the app can take payment, and it does not. Everyone needs to be aware of this, and future customers need to know that if some of the features you claim it has, does not work, that this is how you respond and treat us.
Also, on the ios version of the app, you do not have a dropdown function on the price to see the membership plan, the way it does on android.
And why is the app so slooooow compared to the website where everything is super fast? Tested with 3 ios and 3 android devices, its always the same slow speed….
