Hello, I was curious would it be possible to add product_variation to the post type queries? I wanted to use a plugin to display variants on my shop pages and the plugin author said thats what they would need. Own WPBakery as part of my license to UnCode theme. Hello, The page builder only maps the woo-commerce shortcodes into the interface. While the output of products and variations is controlled by the woo-commerce and theme.

Hi, We had investigated this issue further and it occurs due to the way default WordPress editor handles the content when switched from visual to text mode and vice versa.

Hi, I purchased the Aviana wordpress theme, installed it but had to take down the site and re install wordpress and the theme however when I enter my purchase code I get the error message ‘Code is already registered for other domain’. I don’t want to have to repurchase the theme?

Feature enhancement proposal : ability to multiple dependencies (display a param if more than one condition is supplied). It’s already an array and it could be a multi-array.

hello, is there away to display custom meta data on the front end…...I want to make a template for posts then have the template pull from the custom fields to display everything they had put in the custom fields. It looks like this is a 7 year old question just need to know how to do it with your plugin or if there is another plugin that can do it.

Hi WPbakery-Team, I’m trying to set up an autostart background motion video within a fullscreen row. I activated the settings loop and muted and everything looked good on every desktop browser until I noticed that the video is not showing on iOS mobile and tablets. After googling for a solution I found that using <playsonline> should do the trick. Can you please tell me, where to put this script/code so that I can fix it? I found the problem, is not compatible with the plugin : https://fr-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/, I deactived and it’s fix
I’m playing around with WPBakery Page Builder and its ability to be enhanced. In order to achieve that, we can use an API function called vc_map (https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/inner-api/vc_map/). What I’m trying to achieve is populating values of “posttypes” param to a “dropdown” field. But I don’t figure out how to do that. There might be a callback through param dependencies but it has to be written in JS and the API is in PHP. So I will be glad if someone could show me the way

No I can’t open a ticket, for 2 reasons : First, by my side it’s not a support question, I don’t have a problem, everything works fine, I just want to know if my case exists and someone done it before, and if it’s possible to achieve. And it could be an enhancement for the product. And the community is not very active… Then, I didn’t renew support because I don’t have the ability to do it and it’s expensive to ask a question and not to be sure to have an answer, moreover a snippet of code.
And by the way, this is your “posttypes” param, I didn’t create one.
And for everyone reading this, what I’m trying to achieve is a very simple thing (in my mind) : I’d like to have a dropdown with list of posts (from a post type) updated by the param “posttypes” (inluded with WPBakery). And I’d like to have it dynamically. And I think the callback of dependencies param should be a way but I don’t figure out how to mix JS and PHP…

Hi there! Please note that AdBlocker and similar are removing all of the “vc_empy_space” elements. So, if you’re visiting a website with adblocker enabled, you’ll never see the empty space blocks, so the page is totally confusing.

Could you please tell me what is the purpose of having ‘locked’ our previous support tickets when support is expired? There are cases that a developer simply needs access to a previous reply, and not submit new support request. Could you explain the policy behind this? Ticket #64744 (which was never solved by your support team BTW)
Hello, The ticket #64744 was opened on 26 May 2018 (2 years back). The last reply from support team was on 28 May 2018 where it was requested to share php.ini file. Since there was no reply back from your end after it, for a week, the ticket was closed. The support access is available for six months after the license is purchased. Once the support tenure has expired, you can renew it under your account to access it gain. We can forward a ticket reply again upon a request from developer by mentioning the ticket id.
