I added the line in functions.php but I think the problem is that I can’t choose this option on the admin panel visual composer > roles (option is hidden or deleted). There is a way to force it by default ?
i’m using AOKI premium theme from theme forest. I will contact their support if we can’t force it.
Hello, The code should not be added at your end. As suggested earlier, this code is already present in your theme which is disabling the frontend editor. This code should be removed from the theme to get it back along with the frontend editor option in the role manager.

You can try the free version of the website builder and compare the two. You can then purchase the one which you like or render the functionality which is required at your end.

I bought your component a few months ago, but didn’t have the time to really use it and my support already expired. I have actived your extension a few days ago, you can see and never ask for support. I work currently with a website under Joomla, so I just start to learn about wordpress and alls the extensions. I’m on localhost at present I encounter some problem with your extension on IE11

Hi, I have a little issue, I think is easy to fix but couldnt find a solution here because when search it shows a lot of different topics.
I want to move the message/alert box that appear when succesfully send a message through contact form, because with my actual theme, the alert is displayed below the menu and can’t be seen complete until I scroll up.

I am having an issue with your product and I need clarification if this can be fixed, because if it cant as has be alluded to then your product is faulty and I would like a refund.
I have just started using it on a new theme (Genesis).
In my header (hero) images, the background loads up normal width then stretches the rows background to full width, which you can see when you load the screen up.
It starts the page load with a setting of `data-vc-full-width-init=”false”`, then after javascript loads, it sets it to “true” and makes it full width.
How can I make this load up full width true first time for these backgrounds as this should not be happening.
Hello, The delay is due to the time required to load the js and the calculation made by the js to stretch it to the full width. However, our standard full width feature has a minimum delay in stretching to full width. Hello, The problem is that Envato API sometimes struggles to provide new licenses on time, we are communicating with Envato to resolve it. What you need to do right now is to log out from support.wpbakery.com and Envato. Then log in once again and you will see your license listed and will be able to activate your copy.

Hi. I purchased my theme which had VC version 4.12 built into it. I bought it 1.5 yrs ago. Recently i noticed that the drop down menus for Paragraph and Text Color do not open within Text Block Settings. How can this be fixed? Must I upgrade to fix?
Also, If i purchase the license will I be able to update despite it being built into my theme or will there be conflicts because it is already built in? Thank you.
Hello, The issue is most likely due to an older plugin version being used at your end. You can either obtain the latest version from the theme author or purchase it directly through us, to update the plugin at your end. If you purchase a direct license, then there will not be any issue as long as the original version which came with the theme was not modified by the theme author via the core plugin files.

Hello, You can use our page builder for landing page. In most cases, the shop page layout is controlled by woo-commerce of the theme. If the theme at your end supports an output from default WP editor on the shop page, then the page builder will work fine with it. If it does not support such output, then you can check our third party add-on: https://wpbakery.com/addons/ in-case any of them has such a feature to still modify the shop page.
