Hi there,
I have a weird problem. Whenever I set a custom color or background image on a row it is showing fine in the front editor but not on the live site after saving. TwentyTwenty theme and no other plugins installed.
It’s like the custom page builder styling is not carried on the live site upon saving.
Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Any permission settings I might need to check on the hosting settings?

What is the latest version of the builder? Release Notes say v6.2.0 was released on 20 April, but the Codecanyon page says Last updated: 2 June. So which is it?

Hello, The latest version is 6.2.0 which was released on 20th April 2020. We had made a minor change and re-uploaded it on codecanyon on 2nd June 2020.

Hi there, is it possible to change the animation of the Pageable Container from ‘bottom to top’ to ‘left to right’ or ‘fade in and out’?
Hello, Unfortunately, the standard pageable container does not have an option or hook/filter to change the animation. It will require some customisation to change the element output. Alternatively, we do have many third party add-on which you can check under add-ons section of codecayon which have their own pageable elements and might have such a functionality.

Obg, your plugin is amazing!
I just missed an addon to help edit an element that is repeated many times on the site.
For example:
a row with information that is updated every month, is spread over dozens of pages, there could be a way to create elements that could be edited separately and changed throughout the site.
is this possible in any way?
I’ve already used the Shortcoder plugin, but it doesn’t work so well and it’s not intuitive with your plugin.
Hello, We have an add-on called templatera which allows you to save the content as template which can then be added via templatera element onto required pages. Any change that you do in template is reflected onto the page where it is added.

Hello! My WPBakery plugin came with the Shopkeeper theme for Woocommerce. I was thinking of activating the license but there is literally nowhere in the plugin to do so. I would ask Support at WPBakery directly, but they want me to purchase a license before providing support, and I’d appreciate the answer first.
I have WPBakery 5.6. What would be the steps to activate it? There isn’t an option, and the Activate License button in the plugin itself sends me to an internal page that does not exist.
What are the steps here?

Why do i have to buy a full license on wpbakery.com (in my theme) when I have a purchase code here
Hello, Purchasing the plugin on codecanyon is same as purchasing it via our own website. If you have purchased it via codecanyon, then you can import the purchased license into your wpbakery.com account by following these steps: Login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import.

Hello, when using on a site with jquery-migrate uncompressed the following warning occurs in the console:
“Use of jQuery.fn.data(‘events’) is deprecated”
Replacing:$targetContent.data('events')
In: wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/vc_accordion/vc-accordion.min.js
With:
$._data($targetContent[0]).events
Appears to resolve this warning.

You say that wpbakery is gutenberg compatible, does it work with all blocks or only specific blocks? I ask this because It doesn’t seem to work with JetPack form blocks

OK good to know, only standard Gutenberg Blocks will work
BACK END TEXT EDITOR SLOWING DOWN
Noticed recently that any element that has a text editor is extremely slow to write or edit. Example the Text Editor itself or Price Box elements. Once I click to edit them, it takes about 10-20 seconds before it will accept the cursor for writing.
What could be the problem?
