Hi

I just bought the software and try to install on my server but facing this error. SQLSTATEHY000 Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (SQL: select * from `system_settings` where `item` = panakour_backup_settings limit 1)

Can you tell me whats wrong with this. Also i want to tell you i am given the different database user so why they try to accessing the data with root user ?

So far I like this application compared to others, I have some pre sale questions

1- Just say I was to do Cash On delivery, is it possible to track the COD settlements to the customer.

2- There is there already built in API feature so my customers can push from wocommerce directly rather than adding it manually ?

1- Yes. 2- There are APIs yes, but we don’t provide the documentation for them rightnow cause we are using them only for mobile applications integration.

Is anybody having error popup messages trying to create and edit a shipment after a fresh install?

Yes and a fresh install cannot add receiver address anytime i do i get that popup message.

in the demo i can’t seem to find user dashboard.. i tried creating an account and it took me to client dashboard i think … and i really want to see what the user dashboard looks like .. i think thats the most important thing

No your question is not clear at all : )

What do you need? Admin account: username: admin password: 123456

Client account: username: client password: 123456

You can see from the account client the shipments there is what the receiver see exactly if he logged in the system, if not then see the tracking page which is available for non logged in user.

hello, The information shown when a shipment is tracked is very small. It does not even show the status of the package or the current location. The tracking is very important to me. Is there a way to increase the details shown on the tracking page? I am about to request for a refund because i cannot do without a good tracking system

I think you already tested the demo and seen its capabilities, so please don’t say that you will make a refund cause the tracking does not look like what you want, cause u already has seen it before, there’s a policy for a refund on Envato please read it well.

About the tracking page, for now it’s only what you see, but if you have some suggestion you may right it with a full description so we can try to add it to our todo list

No the cargo pro is a separated system, until now we don’t have any kind of integration with Woocommerce .

Unfortunately no the homepage is not a customizable, it’s only a login page for the system.

So a homepage cannot be added for me?
