1. Your ticket system is not working. returns 404

2. I sent you email for support because I have purchased the script and I thought you received email but I got notification email was not delivered cargo@spotlayer.com

3. Please solve the bugs in the script.

4. So many things are not working and documentation is poor. The script is really expensive and should not have these kind of bugs.

5. Improve your support system. Nothing is working. if your own support website, demo website, emails are not working, I am optimistic about the system.

6. Can't even upload my logo.
