I have a problem with “file upload” system. Some files are working, and some are “processing” forever without happy end. Both files are jpg and meeting all conditions.

Some files (pictures) are uploading correctly and some are just “processing” without end. There is no rule about it. I’ve tried different files and photos (jpg, jpeg, png) with different sizes and names and some are working and some just don’t. I’ve tried differnet devices, photos from camera etc. I’ve tried all the settings and combinations and I think this is just bug. And this functionallity is really important to me.

It depends on the elements used in the form. eForm has some JS dependency which needs to be loaded in the page. Right now the plugin is super optimized to load minified versions of all JS and only when necessary.

You need to check if there isn’t any speed related issue from your hosting server. Also you can optimize your website using W3 Total Cache plugin.

I am using a simple website with a form only, it used to work properly without any much trouble, but recently after form submission it takes a several mins to send form details and twice we get form submissions.
I am using Autoptimize to minify js scripts, site speed is on average good, other than the form there is nothing on the website.

Server and Internet speed both are good to handle form request, keeps on showing processing your request for a very long time. I am using a very simple three step form, there ain’t many files which are getting uploaded

I need two payment options with my form – PayPal and Bank Transfer.
If costumer selects Bank Transfer, he gets e-mail with instructions and if he selects PayPal, then he’s redirected to PayPal.

Yes, this is possible. For bank transfer option, user will get instruction in the form itself and for Paypal, user will be redirected to Paypal payment gateway with the redirection instructions.

It needs to work properly on localhost without SSL for testing. Please confirm if you have added proper payment element in the form and enabled stripe payment gateway in the form settings. Please review following tutorial for payment flow -

2 & 3. You would need to purchase individual licenses for eForm plugin and Exporter Addon separately for each site.
Thanks for your reply. You mentioned Mailchimp List, I was asking about integration with Mailchimp Groups or Tags. They are useful to setup automations depending on the form that is being filled (even better would be to assign respondents to groups depending on their response to a question, a conditional rule).

eForm doesn’t have built-in functionality for password reset and registration. You can use some other plugin like Theme My Login for that.

We have reCaptcha V2 and you need to add reCaptcha element in each eForm separately. Please make sure both libraries are not loading on same page wherever you have eForm embedded for avoiding any conflict.

Hi i am trying to upload the plugin but it keeps saying The link you followed has expired. Normally it says this when the file is too big, i have done the usual to allow large files to be uploaded by editing the functions file or by editing the ht access file to allow larger files and the time to upload but this still isnt working, can someone help fix this issue?
