on a membership My Account this code is displayed: [woocommerce_my_account]. I remove WC from the site because I am using the site for sth else for now. I remove order under my account tab but the code is still showing up. Under my account actual page, i looked and the WC shortcode is not there. not sure how to remove

If someone pays for an auto-renewing membership at $35, and then the membership price is changed to $50 a few weeks later, will the membership be auto-renewed at $35 or the new price of $50? We would like for members to always be renewed at the current membership rate if possible.
Members will be charged with the price that they agreed to pay, is not legal to charge someone automatically with higher fee than initial agreement and there is no payment platform to accept that.
I understand, but is it possible to do it in your membership system somehow? If the company needs to raise rates for existing members, what would be the best way to handle that? I’m guessing that creating a non-renewing membership and assigning the member to that (with the same expiration date) – and then removing them from the auto-renewing membership level. This way, after expiration, they would need to re-start their membership, and it would then be at the new price. Can you recommend a better or easier way to handle a rate increase for existing auto-renewing memberships?

You may stop charging an user from payment platform interface, so they will need to sign for a new charging plan but once the agreement have been for a specific price for a specific time it may not be ethical to stop that agreement from your side.

Restriction/Access is based on Subscription. As long user’s subscription is active will have access to it.

Extra custom payment services can not be integrated into the system, this is a complex development process.
Still, UMP come with 11 different payment gateways.integrated, you may use those.

Is there a way to redirect from login page to account page if user is already logged in? when someone is already logged in and they go to the login page (which is my home/landing page) a message is displayed saying “Admin Info: Login Form is not showing up when you’re logged.” I went to the general settings and made the default redirect page the account page but then it redirects to something called Default Redirect Page which only says redirected.

Yes, this is the default setup when plugin is installed. Still, you should be logged as a regular user, not Admin in order to see how the workflow is.
As the message says, that it shows only for Admin, as an warning if he expect to see the login form displayed.
Since a while, Default Settings and redirects do not seem to work properly. I have re-saved permalinks, no change. Deactivated all other plugins, no change. Pages always redirect to whatever link is saved in “Subscription Plan Page” option. Did you change the way it worked? At the moment, user profiles cannot be accessed.

This is a bug report, not support request. It’s not fair I should pay you to report a bug with your software. This issue happens on a fresh WordPress install, so not something I have done. Feel free to allow me to submit a bug report somewhere and I will.
First you must be sure that is actually a “bug” and not wrong workflow setup. Usually a bug it becomes public very fast when more than 20k users have the system installed. But by now no ones had a such problem.

We’d love to purchase your plugin but you have an extreme amount of horrible reviews on here and numerous other websites, and completely ignore people on your own social platforms for years. Can you please explain why so many people say your support team is horrible and that your plugins contain a lot of glitches and errors which you do not help to fix?
It is not clear how is conclusion have been made but many, most of customers are more than happy with the product. Those “horrible reviews” that you may refer are mostly coming for users who support period actually expired without being renewed. and they had not access to support services anymore.
It doesn’t seem like they don’t have support anymore so that comes off as a Fake News lie. Read their comments before lying to me. We went with another company who doesn’t bluntly lie.
How do I cut off the fake registration? My email is being spammed by fake emails.
First of all be sure that those are actually registered via UMP form and not any other scripts, there is about WP users after all and can be managed by any script. Inside UMP you have multiple options to avoid spamming registrations, from reCaptcha, unique questions, different required fields.
