Add new order does not work

Please. Since last friday I’m wainting to get support with the ticket id=636737 In that ticket the day 24 of april (the last month) I commented some questions that are not answered. I think there is a problem about stripe comunication and the plugin. In Stripe I have since the first time I create the webhooks configuration to send and receive all types of events but in transation panel in ultimate admin panel I see completed some subscriptions but the price of the plan say 0 For example…

I can see the payments

but in the tab – transactions = admin.php?page=ihc_manage&tab=payments

I do not see the price in a lot of suscriptions. The Price is 0 but I do not have any suscription with 0 price. I receive the Money in Stripe and stripe say to me that the payment is ok. All is ok. But in a lot of suscriptions in this tab the Price is 0.

Also in that ticket id=636737 in your support system I have 3 more questions not answered since 24 april.

I think all the plugin is very good and I would recommend this but I think perhaps something is working bad with comunication with stripe and I do not know if I can get help from you with the 6 month support that we got when we bought the plugin. we bought 40 days ago.

Another Thing I found should be really improved are the basic checkout form designs. There should be much nicer things going on, like gradient and Box shadow on Hover wich is the 2020+ Style. No one wants boring forms anymore Please improve the basic price-forms/checkout designs or maybe even add a nice little editor yourself, also with gradient-generator etc. This would probably double the sales, when you also show, how nice it looks in the promo description. Else we all value and enjoy your work! Thanks alot and wish you all the best! Please listen to the customers and just DO it.

I have two questions:

1) Is there a way to REMOVE the “LOGIN” button on the REGISTRATION page?

2) Is there a way to REMOVE the “cancel button” on the Account Details page?

try to login several time with no success now it says: You have made too many failed login attempts. Login Form will be locked for 24 hours.

the registration process/password reset is working fine but the user can’t login with the login credentials. System display user name but login error says email and/or password not valid. This after the admin approve the new user account. not sure what the issue is.
