I would like to know if with the paid version of the extension I can translate my timeline into several languages? I use WPML and I’m looking to translate my timeline into the other languages I offer. With the free version I haven’t found a way to do it. Do I have to use the paid version to create timeline categories and display the timeline corresponding to the language on the dedicated language page? I use WPML for the translation of my pages.

Have you tried posting every timeline story into multiple languages? We checked free version also work for WPML.
Or you can manage multiple timelines via categories using pro version.

Thank you for your feedback, thanks to you I saw that at the bottom of the story in my timeline there was a button “make this element translatable”. Now the WPML Language tab is displayed on the right side of the screen.

Hi, I just upgraded from 3.0.2 to new 3.4.1. My timeline (https://www.sflgfb.org/about/history-and-timeline/) has shortcode that indicates layout=”compact”, but the timeline stories look more like vertical (both sides). I’ve tried playing around with this and other test compact layouts but can’t get “compact” to show up correctly.

hI CoolPlugins. Really like the plugin I have an update of the plugin. I am trying to update, but there is no update link within the WP Plugins page to select. I have downloaded the update how do I update manually. I have seen the manual but this assumes there is a link to use. I do not want to lose any settings. Any advice would be much appreciated. Please open wp-admin >> Plugins >> Installed Plugins – here you will find “Update Check” link inside Cool Timeline Pro column – just click on it and update.
It it didn’t work then uninstall and delete current plugin and install latest one, you will not loss any of your settings or stories.
