Block animations clash with all lazy load plugins. They’ll make a block not animate in at all, or only do so after reaching the TOP of portal.
Hello, As the lazy load plugins directly control the element output, they can affect the animation added to the element. It will require further debugging to identify the conflict.

What’s your advice? It’s affecting all lazy load, but your animation isn’t considered a lazy load so google complains. But also without your animation any ‘break width’ blocks will glitch as it loads for first time. Is there an animation that wouldn’t be affected by lazy load?
I’ve tried many lazy load, but with it built into litespeed cache there was no reason not to use it. Except that it broke all pages

Hi,
We have a license that has somehow found it’s way onto another website which we have not control of. When trying to deactivate, we get “License can’t be deactivated while still in use.” – We can’t manually remove this because we do not have access to the website.
I have come onto here for support as apparently we need to pay $50 for support to rectify this issue to actually use the product we have paid for, which I am not prepared to do.

Hi please i need your help. I have a problem when I try to update the latest version of the active theme on my WordPress site (AutoDoc 1.2.2). The problem is that this current version of WPBakery loses all the structure of the pages created with the previous version and cannot be used. I should first recreate all the pages created with the previous version of the visual composer. It is a serious problem of time and money. WPBakery Visual Composer currently active and WPBakery Page Builder which is the new version installed through the procedure provided by the developers. Please can i solve it? Many thanks

Hello, why aren’t you selling the original and extended version of the plugin https://visualcomposer.com/visual-composer-birthday-sale/ here? it allows more, and I think it’s worthy to compete with elementor since almost all of them are using elementor at the moment. Visual composer is better in design and offers a header editor for what elementor already has and what WPBakery Page Builder does not have. Most third-party add-ons are not updated at all. And you already have everything in the box, although it will not be much more expensive, but all in one bundle.

After update to Versión 6.2 my server apache server had a hight memory usage, Also I have wp-rocket activated with bunny cdn and the images was not loaded.
After I down to backery 6.1 all was ok. Not hight memory and the images loading correctly another time.
I have the plugin classic editor also activated. I see that in 6.2 version you made some changes in Update: “Classic and Gutenberg editor toggle updated” I do not not if it’s for thats changes but for me is better 6.1
So you know some other users with errors in 6.2?

Can vc hide theme elements like the slider it came with if the theme is not built for vc?

Hello, I bought a template called “Bridge – Creative Multipurpose WordPress Theme”, that came with this builder, 2 years ago. Always used without any problems. Today I was going to edit one of the pages and it just shows html code. I can’t edit what I have. It also says the licence expired. But isn’t the license only for updates and support? It just stopped working in the editor. It shows as it’s supposed to show on the live site. Do I have to renew the license for it to work again? Please tell me what to do here.
Hello, The issue at your end might be due to an older version of the plugin. The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. In this case, you can either contact the theme developer to obtain the latest version or can purchase a direct license from us to update the plugin at your end. The purchased plugin is valid for lifetime and does not have an expiry date.

Actually, when I try to uptade to 6.2 version, it gives an error:
“An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”
I’ve already contacted the Bridge Theme support. I believe that I shouldn’t have to pay a licence just because the Theme Brigde that I’ve bought included a old version of the plugin, so I’m waiting the solution to have the latest version.

Regarding the Pop-Up: Is it possible to prevent closing of the popup via click on the overlay? In most cases I like this feature, but now I have a “longer” form in this popup and people seem to accidentally close the popup while editing the form.

Hello, The popup is not a standard element our page builder. It is most likely a custom element added by the theme or a third party add-on used at your end.
