Hlo i want to buy this awesome plugin but before buy i want to know about some options so plz tell me about my some query In Show Print Submission section when i on this then show full submission with print option but i don’t want print button ….i try your live demo but i don’t find how to off this option …so plz tell me about this

Hi there,
I have this form https://prnt.sc/sew27b as for now it uses the 1 row order with 1,2,3,4,5,6 field and after second row with 7,8,9,10,11,12 field Is it possible to scroll to the fields as left to right ?
for example first 1 field and when you hit tab goes to 7 field , you hit tab and you go to 2 field, you hit tab and goes to 8 field ?

Left to right as for now it scrolls from 1-6 fields in the first row , and after it goes to second row . Thank you very much

Normaly the scrool to the next field using TAB button is from up to down in the first column and after passing to second column from up to down


I used the red arrow to illustrate it.

Basically i want that the user can scroll hitting the TAB button from left to right and not from up down 1st column and after passing to 2nd column.

Any idea ?

Sorry, it’s not possible to set a separate tab index for individual element. One possible option is to add separate half design container in each row for each element. Let me know if it works for you.

I replied earlier while logged in to the wrong account.

Thanks for the plugin. Its been great so far and allows us to code a bit forward on it. We use it for lead generation and got more then 30k submissions without too much hassle. The plugin is reliable and steady. Thanks for that.

However, I am missing (or cant find) 2 things at this time, which I think will add great value:

1. Some kind of abandon cart flow. Can the email be stored after it is submitted? Even without them finishing the flow. It’s pretty standard in ecom. Hope you got a solution.

2. We would love to do one-click upsells. Basically after the form is submitted, we want to ask them if they are also interested in receiving information about (free) product X . To not lower the conversion we would like this to be asked after a submit. How can we best implement this? Is it possible to give a redirect to a new form, with passing along the data?

1. Sorry, this is not available at this moment but we are working on server-side save feature for incompleted forms and it may fulfill your requirement.

2. Yes, this can be possible through custom redirection along with the parameter in the redirect URL and grab sent URL data in the next form using prefill type data. Please check following URL for both the features -

Hi, presale questions, 1. Is it possible to submit the questionary without clicking submit button, just when answer final question? 2. Depending on the last answer, can the admin receive an email, with a fixed message, but depending on the last answer remember that, instead of the defautl email with all the answers.

Hello there I need some support but I keep getting caught in this loop where I can log in, but it keeps asking me for the purchase code and when I copy and paste it, it says “not valid”. Hi there, eForm is really nice. BUT why there is no options for smtp like on user mails? That is realy importand, dont want to mess up admin mails with wordpress promotions. thats unproffesional. can u plz update that and give US customers chance to choose what we want as sender on admin mails ??

Hello friends, first of all, great plugin. Now, I have a problem with my site where I receive payments using this plugin, I have enabled PayPal Payments with PayPal RESTful APIs all Ok, Trackback page and user portal all ok too. I was receiving payments without any issue for a long time, but last night I’ve migrated to another server and then now my clients get a page error: Payment Processing Error, Your payment could not be processed at this time. Try again. If any amount was deducted, it will be automatically returned. I’ve cleaned caché, I checked detailed the form and everything seems to be fine, do you have some idea what it could be and how I could solve this issue?, I would be very grateful for any help from you.

In page where I get the Payment Processing Error I get through Browser console:

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-fsqm-pro/bower_components/Waves/dist/waves.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

You can ignore the warning on dev console, it is related to a source map which we strip from production code.

About your payment error, since it was working before, I would suggest to check you have latest version of OpenSSL installed on your server. Kindly enable WordPress error logging and check the files wp-content/debug.log and wp-content/eForm-PayPal-{Live/Sandbox}.log after trying to make a payment through PayPal. This would give you suggestion as to what is happening.

Also kindly note, we provide support only to active customers. Your support period has expired.

Is it possibel to resolve the issues in your support platform privately ? Sometime you ask for Credentials and it’d not advisable asking customers to share its credentials in public forum. Can you please check if the private reply is working or not?
