Hi, pre-sale questions: 1) Is it possible with your menu to place logo+menu at one line (on block, inline, etc) and align them together as a one block to a center of site header? 2) Does your menu support an Elementor templates as Mega blocks? Which widgets your menu adds to a Elementor editor? 3) Does your menu have a user profile/login/register, woo cart, woo compare/wishlist, etc special buttons? 4) Does your menu support a Woo Shop Catalog mode which on click(!) keeps(!) woo products categories opened? Like this: https://theplusaddons.com/elementor/widgets/mega-menu/vertical-toggle/ Is it possible to use your menu at page 2 times – one for a main top site menu and second at left side for a shop catalog menu? 5) Does your menu have a some on mouse rollover effects like underline etc? 6) Does your menu use jQuery, bootstrap, etc? Or a clear simple JS? Does it have possibility to turn off for loading unused JS/CSS? 7) Seems your menu does not updates from Sept-2019, why? will you continue to update it?

Hi there,

Certainly I paid attention to all of your questions, and I don’t think there is any need to be rude and insulting. Many of your questions were unclear, so I did my best to interpret them and respond as best I could.

Again, as I’ve already requested of you, please go ahead and submit your pre-purchase questions at this link: https://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase so that we can reply in greater detail and we’ll be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have, if you’d like to have a respectful conversation. Please note that all support is provided via the support center, not item comments. If that’s not possible, or if you believe the other negative insinuations made in your comments to be true, then I think it’s clear UberMenu isn’t a good match for you and I’d advise looking at a different plugin that better suits your project :)

See you in the support center if you have any further questions! :)

The plugins is working in 5.1 OK, I just can´t get the sub menu to stay visible, here is the site …http://realcebrindes.com.br/ , sc https://prnt.sc/sg13my , show only on houver!!! sc. https://prnt.sc/sg14bn can you give some insight?

Looks like you have interference from the theme. If you need assistance, please Submit a Ticket with a current license so we can help you out. All support is provided via the support center, not item comments – thanks

Hi! Thanks for the plugin, it’s great. If possible, I need your help on this. I would like my menu to have a more pronounced shadow that encloses the menu in a kind of lightbox. But when selecting the shadow for the submenu, it does not unfold upwards, only towards the sides and downwards.

I am modifying the shadow size using box shadow: .ubermenu-main .ubermenu-item-level-0> .ubermenu-submenu-drop { box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px 1080px rgba (0,0,0,0.8)! important; }   Will there be any option in the plugin or some way to do it?

Hi Simon,

Glad you’re enjoying the plugin :)

I don’t think the box shadow is going to be the solution you’re looking for. It’s cut off because of a clipping mask, but even if you were to remove that, I think you’d find it ends up covering the top level items which wouldn’t be desirable. More likely you’d want to custom-code a shade instead.

Hope that helps – if you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket with a currently supported license – all support is provided via the support center, not item comments – thanks!

Hi,

1) On mobile we can’t seem to zoom into the menu on your demo. Is this locked or not possible? (Menu text can look small on some mobile devices)

2) Is the ability to add custom icons available in this version?

3) No updates for 8 months, are you still supporting this plugin?

Thanks.

Hi Spagrand,

1. UberMenu does not control this. The ability to zoom the site would generally be controlled by the theme (or whatever is controlling your site’s viewport meta tag). So it just depends on the theme you’re using. If you can zoom your site currently, adding UberMenu won’t change that.

2. Depends what kind of custom icons you mean. You can add any Images you like as icons. For font icons, UberMenu includes 50 basic icons from Font Awesome, and the Icons Extension provides extended icon functionality ( https://sevenspark.com/goods/ubermenu-icons-extension ). If you want to add your own font icons via the Icons Extension, see Icon Custom Classes / Custom Icons, Adding Custom Icons

3. Yes, the plugin is definitely still supported :) It’s a very mature and feature-rich plugin, so the updates are infrequent at this point.

Hope that helps – if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can help you out – thanks!

Does it work with Avada?

Yes, in the primary theme location

Hi, Ive purchased your plugin to try and achieve a side menu like this… https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pck3-MjtyK2eIykt6pka4H-WwWJOMMai

There will be a standard horizontal menu on every page but Im trying to create a vertical menu for some pages that will only have a few items (top menu level) displayed until you select one item at which point it displays more items (its dropdown items).

How do I do this?

Thanks (excited about using this plugin)

Ali

Hi Ali,

We’ve replied to your ticket that was submitted overnight, you can reply to that email if you have any further questions :)

Pre-sale:

I use Flatsome theme. I read in the documentation that the Ubermenu Menu is shown below the Logo of the site.

Question: is there a way to show the Ubermenu Menu just at the right of the Logo?

Hi chefnelone,

Yes, you can either manually integrate or drop the menu into the theme’s header builder to the right of the logo as described in the guide I sent you previously: Flatsome (UX Themes) (please see the non-full-width position section for full details)

Again, if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase – thanks!

Great plugin with a lot of functions, but I have spent waaaay to much time trying to configure a very simple menu. I am trying to create a tab menu, like your Tabs menu in your demo, but using text links instead of photos. I can’t get the links to display vertically(stacked). They keep displaying horizontally(inline). What am I missing?! The only thing I am able to do to “force” it vertically is by creating a column. But then I will also need to change the CSS since the column links appear differently. I shouldn’t need to do all that. Can you please advise? Thank you!

Nevermind I just figured it out.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out, mamajoy. I’m guessing that using the Automatic Submenu Columns setting is the simplest option in your case if you only have one level of items in the tab content panel.

If you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket – all support is provided via the support center, not item comments – thanks and have a good one! :)

Hi there! Awesome products dudes! I have a 3rd level sub-menu that I have added a description to and I want to change the font in terms of size and colour for this description. It is a portfolio category page, how do I go about this?

Hi Tayls13,

Thanks, glad you’re enjoying the plugin! You can change the font size and color in the Customizer in the UberMenu > Descriptions section.

Hope that helps! If you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket so we can help you out – all support is provided via the support center, not item comments – thanks! :)

Thanks so much!!

You’re welcome :)

Great Work, Congratulations

Hi, is it possible to make the ubermenu dissapear completely on Divi theme during scroll down and then reappear if the user starts to scroll back up? Similar to shiftnav setting where the menu goes aways while user scrolls down. But then comes back into view when a user starts to scroll back up towards top.

Hi Sooners2000,

That’s something you’d likely control via Divi – that is, you’d make the header container do that, rather than just the menu. (There isn’t functionality built into UberMenu to do this since it’d normally be a theme function).

Hope that helps – if you have any further questions, please Submit a Ticket – all support is provided via the support center. Or if this is a pre-purchase question for a new license, you can submit it here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase – thanks!

Hello. Please help me with something, I am going crazy trying to do something!

I have the Ubermenu 3 submenu set to 5 columns on desktop, but on mobile it turns to 2 columns and I don’t understand why. It’s killing me.

Is there a way to set the number of columns for mobile devices SEPARATELY from desktop? I want 3 columns on mobile.

Thank you.

Hi alexpinkish,

Here is the guide on how the various Responsive Breakpoints work. There isn’t a separate mobile setting.

Did you offer Genesis theme with this mega menu?

Hi eddriskhan,

UberMenu does not include any themes with it. Genesis and UberMenu are sold separately.

If you purchase both, you can use them together – you can find the integration guide here: Genesis (StudioPress)

Hope that helps – if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can discuss further – thanks!

Can we achieve layout like this screenshot? https://bit.ly/3atp7ne. To check on live website.. visit https://www.somfy.de/produkte/fenster and then click on “Prodktwelt”

Hi athommen,

You could create that basic layout using UberMenu. But the images with changing backgrounds and revealing the third level items on hover would definitely require some customizations to achieve. Since it’s really the images and hover functionality that make this example menu what it is, I’d say no, you can’t create something like this out of the box. UberMenu may be a good base for you to customize off of, however.

Hope that helps – if you have any further questions, please be sure to Submit a Ticket. Or, if this is a pre-purchase question for a new license, please submit any further questions here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can discuss further. Thanks! :)

Pre-sale question:

Can show Woocommerce PRODUCT IMAGES with its Link to its Product Page in a submenu? Just like this: https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1KrtbcKkSXbwvayjKouNCi3u4TTXwocsBiPUnDFzyO28/edit

Other question: 2) is compatible with Flatsome theme?

Hi chefnelone,

1. You can add WooCommerce product items to your menu, and set any image you like for those items, including dynamically inheriting the product’s featured image.

Please see WooCommerce and Images

2. Yes, Flatsome even includes a special integration option for UberMenu in the Full Width position. Please see Flatsome (UX Themes) for the full integration instructions.

Hope that helps – if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please be sure to submit them at this link: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase so we can help you out – thanks!

  • I Want 4-Step Category Menu For ECommerce Website

  • I Use Flatsome Theme, I Like Its Default Menu, But It Doesn’t Support 4-Step Category

  • I Want Good Mobile & Desktop Menu Plugin Which Supports Flatsome Theme

  • Reading Comments I Found Out, Do I Need To Use Two Menus One For Desktop Uber Menu & For Mobile ShiftNav Menu

  • Why Is That So ?

Hi lassopic19,

I’m not sure I’m understanding what you are trying to ask here, sorry. I’m not sure what a “4 step category menu” means exactly.

If you mean you want 4 levels of menu items, you can do that with UberMenu. Though I don’t know what formatting you are envisioning for the submenus.

You can use UberMenu on both desktop and mobile with Flatsome. You can find the Flatsome integration guide here: Flatsome (UX Themes). If you use their “Full Width UberMenu” option then it’s quite easy to set up.

You do not need to use ShiftNav on mobile, that’s just an alternative option.

If you have any further pre-purchase questions, please be sure to submit them at this link: https://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can assist you further – thanks!

Hi Sevenspark

  • I Want To Implement 4 Step Category, For Example I Need

  • I want To Use Slide In Off Canvas Or On Canvas Mobile Menu Not Drop Down, So Should I Go For ShiftNav

Hi lassopic19,

You can have 4 levels like I mentioned. I think maybe you want some nested Tabs. Neither your text list above nor the screenshot really provide enough information to be sure of what you want.

If you want an off-canvas mobile menu, then yes, ShiftNav provides that. UberMenu does not provide an off-canvas mobile menu.

Again, if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them using the form found at this link: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase as I requested previously so we can discuss further and make sure that UberMenu will meet the needs for your project.

I have received your email for guideline of designing of main UberMenu. I am not a IT person and I don’t have idea to use PHP language coding which you used for UberMenu integration of menu in the video. Is this easy for non IT peoples who don’t know about coding? I am very interested to buy this menu but I am confused because of less knowledge about language coding which required for designing of this menu? As perviously I am using standard setting menu which no need any langue coding etc.

If coding is not necessary for designing of UberMenu I will buy. If PHP coding required then your support department will help me I need?

Hi mazhhar,

For the majority of themes, there is no coding required. Adding the menu via PHP is only necessary if your theme is not coded properly and interferes with the menu. If your theme interferes and you need help you can Submit a Ticket and we can assist you to make sure it gets integrated properly.

Again, if you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them at the following link: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase so that we can better assist you. I’d recommend sending us some details on your project so we can discuss and determine if UberMenu is the right solution for you.

Have a good one

Hello Support.

As on behalf of your recent reply to my questions. I bought UberMenu but unfortunately this menu doesn’t support automatic integration with my existing menu and ultimate way is menual integration which I don’t know.

As I told you before that I am not related to IT sector where I can understand PHP language and to add Manual PHP code in the header.php as I have seen in the instructions in your tutorial video but the instruction in this tutorial is little complicated for me because I don’t know about this language and place where I have to add in Wordpress. However I don’t have idea how to open header.php in Sublime Text. What is Sublime Text?? Totally confused. I am using MacBook.

I like UberMenu as 80k+ users download and I really impressed with design etc its awesome no doubt.

The dream of using of UberMenu for my website is near to finish :)) and it is only alive with your help and support. Please guide me what I do in this case. The person who design my previous website. He is demanding more money just to add PHP coding and I am not interested to any more. Please help me.

regards,

Hi Mazhhar,

Sorry, I’m really not sure why you’re posting here? Today at 4pm, you submitted a ticket asking for help with where to integrate. An hour later we sent you a response (via email) explaining where to add the code in the theme, and if you had any trouble, no problem, to simply let us know and we would take care of it for you if you can provide access or the theme code.

Then about an hour and a half later (after business hours Friday night) you posted this comment, rather than replying to the email we sent you. Then an hour and a half after that you submitted another ticket asking the same.

So again, if you need help, just reply to the email response we sent you to your ticket. We’ll make sure we get it sorted out and get you up and running, as we’ve already offered. No worries there. But we can’t help you via these item comments (we need to share credentials, files, etc). Please use our support ticketing system if you have any further questions (again, you can just reply directly to our emails). There is no need to comment back here, it only serves to slow down response times and makes it more difficult to assist you. Thanks.

We’ve replied to all 3 of your tickets from this afternoon/evening now. If for some reason you haven’t seen them, please check your spam folder. Please keep in mind that support hours are 9am-5pm ET Monday – Friday, and your last 2 tickets and comment were submitted well after hours. We’ll be back on Monday and happy to assist you with any help you need then. Have a great weekend

I have seen comments on UberMenu and I would like to buy this menu for my website. I have some questions that if I will buy this UberMenu.

Did you will provide UberMenu guide line? how to setup desired menu? I am using Wordpress 5.4 version? Did this compatible for UberMenu?

HI mazhhar,

Thanks for your interest in UberMenu! We have an extensive Knowledgebase you can find here: UberMenu 3 Knowledgebase, with many Video Tutorials, and a full series on Recreating the demo which walks you through step by step building the menu on the demo site.

If you have any questions, you can Submit a Ticket and we can provide guidance within the scope of support. UberMenu is compatible with WordPress 5.4.

If you have any further pre-purchase questions, please submit them here: http://sevenspark.com/pre-purchase and we can discuss further. If you have an example/mockup of what you want to create, you can send it to us via that form and we can let you know about feasibility before you purchase :)

Hope that helps!
