Hi, does this works the same as Tracking Genius for Shopify? Im using Woocommerce and need something like that. Customers can only see the delivery date and when it has been send. So hide where the package original come from.

I have a few questions before I purchase this plugin:
1 Can this be used for multiple tracking number/ tracking number per item for multiple item within one order? it will also need the status to be updated when the order is partially fulfiled.
2. If there is an API or using 17track.net can the shipment/delivery status be automatically updated from the external tracking system? let say the status is in transit, or if the external tracking system can provide estimate delivery date, the date can also be updated in our system. Can we do that?
3. If a customer wants to track their order, do they have to login? can we just put a page or some kind of search box, where the customer can put their order id, without having to login to our store?

3. We have provided the Order tracking for both guests as well as registered users. You can simply add the Tracking page from Appearance -> Menus section and the user don’t need to log in again. They just need to enter Order ID and Order Email.

When customer has not purchased the product but admin creates an order for the product from the site, then the customer can track the order using the order number, which could be send to him through mail.

The order details page is visible only to the logged in user and not to the guest user.
Yes, it is possible to display the tracking information on the order details page for logged in user and for a guest user, we will create a page where the customer can see all his tracking details.
There would following steps in the tracking procedure:
1) you will have to create an order for the customer and fill in all his details in the order.
2)once the order is created an email would be sent to the customer along with the order id and tracking URL.
3)once he clicks the url the customer would be redirected to the tracking page, where the customer will enter his email in order to verify.
4)Then the tracking information would be available to the customer.

Is your plugin compatible with the official WooTheme Order Status Manager? We have all our custom order status configured there and we don’t want to re-configure them elsewhere.
If it’s compatible, can we configure expected turnaround for each status so that the plugin can tell the visitor how much time is expected until the order is updated?
We’d like to create a rich order-tracking page and your plugin seems to tick most of our requirements, but not all. Can we discuss via mail? There may be a few aspects we’d like to clear off and/or eventually see if we can request these features as custom development.

Can this plugin define which status will be used for orders after payment received automatically? Like when a paypal order comes it I do not want it to be set to processing I want it to be shown as PAID only and the non paid orders as NOT PAID. Is that possible?

The feature which you want currently not available in our plugin, you have to set the statuses in 3 different sections so that when order placed on your website with some status then the tracking template will show the information accordingly.
