1) Does this plugin allow me to upload more order tracking numbers at one time?

You can assign the tracking numbers from woocommerce order section but if you are looking for any export functionality like you just assign tracking numbers for orders and just import the CSV and it will assign the tracking number to the respective at orders at once. So for this, we can check the possibilities for you because we don’t have this feature currently.

2) is this plugin wpml compatible?

Yes, a plugin is compatible with WPML.

3) if there’s no my shipping company in the list can you implement it? Is this a free service? should i also have an API key of shipping company?

Yes, we can integrate with any third party shipping company the API keys of the shipping company is available.

This plugin does not do what i think if would do I thought I would be able to allow customers to track there product locations right inside my store page

Can a guest user track a shipment just by using a “tracking number”? Or do they need to login or use “Order ID and email” to check that?

The guest user needs to use “Order ID and email” to check the Order Status.

I have checked your plugin and i long time research like that plugin but i have few questions before purchase.

1- I have an agreement with a shipping company which has not listed your shipping companies, if i provide API documentation , could you please integrate with it?

2- I have a book store, and sometimes customers placed orders which has more than one book. So sometimes i supply a book immediately and sometimes i do not supply a book. So i want to make custom order status like that this book supplied and this book not supplied and i want to make partial refund if the book not supplied. Can this plugin do that?

Yes,we will integrate with your shipping company but it will take time and it will be chargeable.

When you choose any API integration then you are only able to show those status which are comes from the the API, we provide the tracking of the WooCommerce status which did not depends upon the API, but you can create your custom order status and do tracking accordingly.

But for now you can use 17Track tracking feature which is currently present in our plugin so that you can track the orders.

Hi, can one update/add tracking info into this plugin via the woocommerce rest api? Or, asked differently, are the meta fields used for storing the tracking info per order private or public meta ? (with underscore or not). I need to know this before purchasing so i know if i can integrate it into my shops workflow. Thank you.
