Hi, i;m building up a survey form for a staff.. there are 500 people. the form will be publish publicly. I want to have a auto populate field / auto fill data when user key in they their ID card / Staff ID all details like joining date, address, etc are auto populated. hi how can we style user notification email when viewed on a mobile device? when user notification email is opened on a desktop it has a nice white background, but when viewed on mobile it is dark grey?

Also, when we set the form to do a redirect to a thank you page, it shows an empty success message, followed by being sent to the thank you page. how do we stop the success message box from appearing? as it’s not a smooth transition at all.

For the second issue, you need to decrease the Redirection Delay time for redirection.
The text is unreadable on mobile devices? its a dark grey background with grey text? we also have the redirection time to 0 and it still fetches an empty success message before redirecting?

I need to generate and send a pdf certificate to visitor, who succesfully took a quiz. The certificat has to have picture as background (scanned certificate form) and placed a name of the visitor in the right place so everyone who take the test gets the his/her own certificate.
How can I do it? I purchased the add-on but still it looks like I can tailor only header and footer of the pdf nothing else.

I want to ask you if it’s possible to add a logic for the Form Submission – Success Message/Title and the User Notification Message/Subject, so that we can show and send a different message after submission based on a logic. I know that it’s possible to redirect the user to a different page with the logic, but we cannot show a notification or send a different message based on what they have chose in the form they submitted. If that’s already possible, please advise.

Sorry, this is not possible at this moment. One possible way is to use separate element for the text and keep it under the checkbox. Enable “Center Content” in the single checkbox settings.
