Is there any way to automatically add classes to rows? For example, if I create a custom bullet with CSS, is there any way to automatically include it in any row without having to manually having to assign a CSS class?
I could do this globally with the theme, but the theme has li / ul / ol in the menu and other themes. The bullet is just an example, thanks in advance.
Hello, Unfortunately, the rows does not have a method to automatically add a CSS class. It can be manually added by entering it via Extra CSS class field.

Hi,
I have making a wpbakery supported theme. All works good but when i make custom post types, make layout and some styling with wpbakery and then put my custom post type to page as static layout like: footer or header, then the only the styles are not showing, content is showing correctly. Only the styles in an element’s design option are not apllying.
Please suggest me something. Thanks

Introduced bug in 6.1 is Grid Builder – to reproduce go into a Post Grid element -> Item Display -> choose a template -> Modify template -> data missing?? also the grid type of Single or Double etc doen’t get selected. So on first load normal element is missing but hover has data if you choose double. When you save it doesn’t save. Vanilla WordPress with just the WP Bakery plugin installed can reproduce this bug.

I have v4.12.x that came with my theme. Can I install the latest version without conflict?
Hello, You can deactivate and delete the older version of the plugin from theme and then install the latest standalone version which is purchased by you. However, we would also suggest you to re-confirm the same with the theme author before proceeding, because if he has done any changes to the core plugin files, then they will be lost during this process, which in-turn can affect the content/layout at your end.

Hi there. I’ve found a compatibility issue between this plugin and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. I isolated the issue as your plugin. It not only makes the Stripe fields unfillable, but it also makes it so WooCommerce’s coupon code feature doesn’t work. The background errors I’m seeing are: Uncaught TypeError: $window.scrollBottom is not a function and Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘defaults’ of undefined. Any help would be appreciated.

I have several licenses of this product and it works well everywhere except for the Twenty-Twenty theme. When I add rows/columns/etc nothing shows up on the front end. Even with a basic install with no other plugins, the WPBakery works fine on the backend, but when I go to preview it all of the margins/padding/etc are gone and all the content is stuck to the left.
Is there a simple fix for this?

Hello, A given license can be used in one website. To use it in another, the license should be purchased again. The plugin license is valid for lifetime. Only it’s support tenure expires after six months. If you want any support from us beyond six months, then you can renew the support tenure.

Yes, in my case it will be just pure text. It’s a review of sorts, and instead of displaying the excerpt which is available in the grid builder i want to show the whole text which perhaps is a few extra lines. For now the template it uses it’s not what i want so i want to display the whole text without the visitor having to open the survey post itself. In the near future I will ask for assistance from my theme support in how to build a custom single post template for these surveys i willl get. Hello, The existing grid element can only display the excerpt. To display any other text apart from excerpt, it will require building a custom element to handle it’s output.

Hello, The license is automatically added once you purchase it via our website. If you have purchased it via codecanyon, then in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import.

Thank you! Two more WPBakery brand control questions pertaining to two low integrity companies we’ve come across just this week.
1. Themographics https://themeforest.net/item/listingo-business-listing-wordpress-directory-theme/20617051 - - They say they’ll provide Visual Composer Plugin which is a $45 bonus. They gave us WPBakery instead and wouldn’t provide a license code to actually call it a $45 addon. When we contacted them and asked for the VC plugin as they’re marketing, they told us VC and WPB were the same thing and that the free plugin is worth $45 and no need to have a code. That is wrong in so many ways because we have VC on one site and WPB on another. Completely different as you know… but they’re passing off VC as an addon and deliver WPB with no code… then lying even more by saying it’s the same. Incredible breach of your branding in my opinion. — 2. WpProPack https://wppropack.com/ — Right now they’re running a $30 special and The7 is within this pack with WPB and no code, plus many others I can share with you if you’d like. I personally bought this out of pure curiosity of something being too good to be true. 100% true, feels like a huge scam with your logo on it.Please forgive me for my blatant ignorance compared to all these other questions that are over my head, but, is this normal practice? To sell someone else’s work and then deliver something else,,, and then not provide the access as promised?
FYI – we just bought your plugin again the other day. Your plugin, company, support, and team are wonderful which is why I felt the need to write this… these are the two lowest integrity companies I’ve ever seen, and they’re using you to make money doing it.
