One feed supports one page at a time. However, the Envato user license allows to create as many feeds as you need for one website, so you should be good.

The reason the new posts don’t make it to the feed on your website right away is the cache. Our widget uses cache to make it load faster and to reduce the server load, so it doesn’t request Facebook each time someone browses your feed. Instead, it requests Facebook once in every 3 hours, pulls in the images by the specified criteria, stores them in the cache, and displays them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget requests Facebook for the posts again, and that’s when the new ones make it to your feed.

How do i change this? I am using this for NEWS, so it is useless to hvae a 3hrs delay…. I already place it on the option but is not working… i have a-b-c-d post on the website, an on Facebook i am on r-s-t-u.. posts.. Thanks.

Looks like the plugin is not working at the moment, I opened a ticket but no response yet, the plugin shows it is connected to my page but the little wheel spins and the feed does not load. Console show a bunch of errors with the plugin:

Does this plugin not allow greek characters in URL? I’m trying to connect a FB page that has Greek characters and it fails. My support has expired, but this is not support about my own issue but rather an incompatibility with the particular encoding. Are you aware of this issue?

Well it was not working a few days ago. For some reason it works now.
To be honest I’m actively looking for alternatives to your plugins. Both this and the instagram one are VERY problematic and just stop working every once in a while. I won’t open a support ticket, since I’m not really interested anymore, I can see others posting comments about this but unfortunately this situation goes on and on and on forever.
I understand FB and Insta change APIs or whatever, but you should be one step ahead, otherwise what’s the point of using a plugin if we’re left with problematic ones. You should actually push the update BEFORE our page breaks otherwise whats the point of a paid plugin?

I did create a ticket but Alexandra replied because originally I signed up for the free Cloud service. Just want to be sure my ticket didn’t find it’s way into the bit bucket.
Using the MyListing theme with this shortcode

Which works fine for “public” pages. Tried using for friends, etc, but get:

Hello,
I´ve installed Plugin version 1.12.0 and connected to Facebook. I want to show a managed page.
Unfortunatelly the feed seems not to update anymore, because the last posts aren´t shown. The posts are older than 24 hours, Cache Time (sec) is set to 3600. Also 600 does not work.
I disconnected Facebook and connected again. Feed is not updated.
Do you have any idea, what could be the problem?

There might be several reasons why some posts might not display. For instance, the plugin doesn’t work with restricted access pages, so if you repost something from a private page, this post won’t make it to your feed. Also, events are not supported at the moment, so events won’t be displayed in the feed.
