Hello, A given license can be used in one website. To use it in another, the license should be purchased again. The plugin license is valid for lifetime. Only it’s support tenure expires after six months. If you want any support from us beyond six months, then you can renew the support tenure.

I am using the grid builder to display some testimonials that have been submitted to my page. In the grid builder there is the excerpt, but what if I wanna display the whole post content?

Yes, in my case it will be just pure text. It’s a review of sorts, and instead of displaying the excerpt which is available in the grid builder i want to show the whole text which perhaps is a few extra lines. For now the template it uses it’s not what i want so i want to display the whole text without the visitor having to open the survey post itself. In the near future I will ask for assistance from my theme support in how to build a custom single post template for these surveys i willl get. Hello, The existing grid element can only display the excerpt. To display any other text apart from excerpt, it will require building a custom element to handle it’s output.

Hello, The license is automatically added once you purchase it via our website. If you have purchased it via codecanyon, then in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import.

How can I target the toggle icon color via css. It looks to be set by js and I’m having trouble being able to set a new color via css.

Hello, Unfortunately, the toggle icon color cannot be set via CSS. It will require some custom js code to target and change it’s color.

Why does it cost $64 here and $45 on your website? If we purchase here, does that allow us to use on unlimited websites? No where does it say on this site how many times we can use it. Hello, The difference in price is due to envato platform fees which is not applicable when the plugin is purchased directly via our own website. A given license can be used on one website. To use it on another, the single license needs to be purchased again.

Thank you! Two more WPBakery brand control questions pertaining to two low integrity companies we’ve come across just this week.
1. Themographics https://themeforest.net/item/listingo-business-listing-wordpress-directory-theme/20617051 - - They say they’ll provide Visual Composer Plugin which is a $45 bonus. They gave us WPBakery instead and wouldn’t provide a license code to actually call it a $45 addon. When we contacted them and asked for the VC plugin as they’re marketing, they told us VC and WPB were the same thing and that the free plugin is worth $45 and no need to have a code. That is wrong in so many ways because we have VC on one site and WPB on another. Completely different as you know… but they’re passing off VC as an addon and deliver WPB with no code… then lying even more by saying it’s the same. Incredible breach of your branding in my opinion. — 2. WpProPack https://wppropack.com/ — Right now they’re running a $30 special and The7 is within this pack with WPB and no code, plus many others I can share with you if you’d like. I personally bought this out of pure curiosity of something being too good to be true. 100% true, feels like a huge scam with your logo on it.Please forgive me for my blatant ignorance compared to all these other questions that are over my head, but, is this normal practice? To sell someone else’s work and then deliver something else,,, and then not provide the access as promised?
FYI – we just bought your plugin again the other day. Your plugin, company, support, and team are wonderful which is why I felt the need to write this… these are the two lowest integrity companies I’ve ever seen, and they’re using you to make money doing it.

Hello, The category grid is not a standard feature of our plugin. The WPBakery Page Builder has a feature to display products using it’s available grids such as post grid and post masonry grid.

Hello, please for help. I purchased a license and need to update WPBakery Visual Composer 4.2.3 to version 5.0.1 when updating the plugin: Downloading package from envato market … Error! Envato API error. Please advise how to proceed and update, thank you for your reply. After the wordpess has been updated to the latest version, WPBakery Visual Composer 4.2.3 is still just loading and cannot be used.

Hello, This can occur if the frontend editor is disabled by the theme using vc_disable_frontend. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back.

Please give us the ability to have a copy and paste function. Copy an element, a row or the entire page without using the classic editor that have some problems with your plugin.
Hello, For an element, you can save it’s preset as per:https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/learning-more/element-presets-my-elements/ and then use it on required page. You can save an entire row as a template to re-use it.

Hi, I purchased a theme on Envato market a month ago and it came with WP Bakery plug-in, it worked just fine for couple of weeks then yesterday I try to save changes then click “Preview” for any page, I get this ” Error 503. Service Unavailable” . I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them one by one to figure out whether any of them was the culprit. The only time I got the error was when WP Bakery Page Builder was activated. When I turn it off, everything works just fine meaning WP Bakery is causing this error. Any ideas how to fix this? I have built almost all pages with WP Baker and they’re messed up when the plugin is deactivated.

Hi,
I have updated to the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder version 6.1. The page builder is part of theme that we have purchased. When clicking on “You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” I am directed to page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I do have administrator rights.
Please could you assist with a fix, possibly via phpMyAdmin, if necessary.

Hello, The issue is because the design options are disabled at your end as the theme is using integration code. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the integration code used in the theme to get them back.
