Hi, I have a theme that has included your plugin. I all works well – except the media grid, which is not showing the images in the order that I want, but in some strange order. I tried everything to change this and it drives me nuts. I assume that in order to solve this, I need to buy a full licence of your plugin to get support. Question is: on your own website you offer a to return the purchase within 15 days. So in case that your support can’t solve my problem with media grid, I can return the licence?

Hi, You should not add the previously shared selector in extra CSS class name field. It should be only used in custom CSS. You can use a tool like chrome inspector to inspect the added code to check if it is overridden and if so, you can use a more precise selector.

Hello, The issue at your end is related to custom elements added by the theme or a third party add-on such as those with focus_ prefix, which are failing to render. These are not our standard plugin elements.

Hi there, I would like to use this to create ‘custom templates’ for different post types. So when I make a template for a post type this will work for every post (of that post type) future changes will be updated everywhere. Also I would want to let users fill in (dynamic) content (and I use where to display this with the template). Is this possible? Or should I use another plugin? Thanks!
Hello, You can create a template and set it for a post type under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Default template for post types. This automatically add a template to any new post that you create. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reflect changes made to original template onto the posts where it is added.

Hello, You can use an add-on such as templatera to reflect the template changes onto a page. However, in this case, the template cannot be automatically added and will have to be added manually to each of the posts using templatera element.

Hello, A possible work around can be to not use the text color in dashboard. Add the content with default color and add an extra CSS class to the text block element. You can then change it’s color using CSS code for the rendered page. This will ensure that the test will have default color in backend while it will display white on actual page.

Hi, When i use the old version Visual Composer. There is a “Design Options” tab next to General Setting, Role Manager,. I can change the breakpoint responsive value of mobile in it. Now the tab was gone and i can’t do this any more? Can i use some snipet or something to do the work?
Hello, Our standard plugin does not have a functionality to alter the break-points. It is most likely a custom functionality added at your end by the theme or a third party add-on.

My theme didn’t come with a licence? How can I proceed?
Just purchased and found that the icons don’t work because the version of WP Bakery that downloads when you install is the version you said didn’t work 3 months ago and you were fixing the problem. You should at least provide a version that works with your theme.

Hello. With the Slider Posts, there are only options to show the description (so the excerpt, then i can select to show the title as well), or no description at all. I need to only show the post title, without the excerpt. Since in the same page I have the Post Grid showing the excerpt. To avoid to have double excerpt. Is there a way or a function I can add to only have the post title showing with Slider Posts? But not via css, or I would still have double content in the source code. Thank you.
Hello, The slider posts is not a standard element of plugin. It is a custom element added by the theme or a third party add-on used at your end. Our standard plugin has an element called posts slider in which you can disable the excerpt using description option: https://prnt.sc/rjzh3y

Yes, it’s your plugin. I called it the way around because I have wordpress not in english, so the name appears kind of translated, but whatever, it’s your plugin and it looks like in your picture.
The problem I was talking about, there is no way to just have the post title showing with the Posts Slider, I mean the title alone without the excerpt.
For example from the picture you sent, it’s selected No Description (no title, no excerpt is shown). If I select Description (title and excerpt is shown).
How can I have just the post title showing?
Can you provide a function that I can add via functions.php to eliminate the excerpt just from Posts Slider? I don’t want to hide the excerpt of Posts Slider by CSS, because I use Post Grid in the same page with the same posts (and the same excerpts). Then if I hide Posts Slider excerpt by CSS and keep showing Post Grid excerpt, I will have duplicate content in the source code.
Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have a filter/hook to remove the excerpt via functions.php and it can only be disabled via CSS. However, we do have many third party add-ons which you can check under add-ons section on codecanyon and which might have such a functionality. Please make sure that you re-confirm the same with the respective add-on author, before making any purchase.

Thank you for your reply, please consider adding this option to the main plugin. I believe most sliders we see around the internet show the title only. In general before making the option to have the excerpt as well, I don’t see how you didn’t consider giving the option to select the title only. Anyway, please consider to add it as it would be very useful for everybody I guess. Thank you, I appreciated the response.

Hello, The issue is because you have purchased the plugin via codecanyon. In this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. Hello, Yes, you need to deactivate and delete the theme version of the plugin and then install the standalone version which is purchased by you. However, we would also suggest you to re-confirm the same with the theme author before proceeding, because if he has done any changes to the core plugin files, then they will be lost during this process which in-turn can affect the content/layout at your end.

It looks like P tags are being inserted when working with WPBakery (default WordPress theme and only plugins installed are WPBakery and Templatera). I made a couple videos so you can see:

This has been tested on various servers as well and localhosts. It has been reported to me by both customers but also people that aren’t our customers but our blog readers that we recommend your plugin to via comments on our blog.
