It was nice, if you repair very fast your Support Login, it says all the time, it dont know my Logindatas and says all the time Oops – there something Wrong, if i need to change my Password. I have three licenses and cant edit the Licenses to my new site ! So i have 2 closed sites and need to reset my license – and i cant login under info@service61.de – whats wrong here!???
Hello, It looks like there is an issue with email server which is not accepting the password reset email at your end. Please register an account here: https://support.wpbakery.com/signup with an alternate email id from gmail, yahoo, etc. and share it with us, so that we can transfer your licenses into it and you can then login into the account.

We have found a bug on woocommerce, vc_basic_grid, in addition to Aelia plugin “Prices By Country”. Inside grid-item-attributes.php, function vc_gitem_template_attribute_woocommerce_product(), the variable $product is set with this: “new WC_Product( $post );” which actually returns an empty string price when a product has “Stock Management” on one or more of its variations. The problem is fixes changing that instance with this: ”$product = wc_get_product( $post );”. Do you plan to publish a bugfix for that? Thank you.

Hello, The issue is because the license not correctly activated on the domain. When we check our portal there is no license activated on: dev.craftedlegal.com which in-turn is causing an issue while downloading the templates at your end.

Is it possible yet to link directly to a POST GRID filter? I have a grid with a dozen categories in the filter, but would like to be able to add them to the menu so that when the page is loaded, the specific category is selected.

So there isn’t a way to set up a trigger to “click” one of the filters after they are loaded? Seems like jQuery ought to be able to do this.
Hello, As the filter does not add an id to the url, it cannot be directly linked. It might be possible with some js code customisation to select a filter.

Dear Rohan_WPBakery-Team,
my name is Francesco. I am using the WPBakery plugin along with: -ACF Pro -Wp-ACFVC.
I am able to create an ACF field of type “Visual Composer”. I am able to add elements to the “Visual Composer” field.
The problem is that the layout of the columns (e.g. 2/4+2/4 etc..) are not rendered as they should. To be more precise, if I create 1 row with 2 columns to be shown side by side, the 2 columns are shown one under the other instead of side by side. I am getting crazy.

WP and ALL the plugins are up to date. I have disabled any unnecessary plugin.

Purchased a licence to update an existing theme, however I don’t show a licence in WP bakery site. How can I obtain an account with this purchase made from envato?
Hello, As the license is purchased via envato, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/
