hi there, am i right that your bot using Dialogflow? in this case, is it possible for the bot to show 5 to 6 options like a box for users to one click reply? so that they dont have to type the questions

Can this chatbot know the url where the user is “chatting”? I mean, for example: “Chatbot: Are you interested in this product?” or something like this

Yes. All text responses can be changed from plugin settings and DialogFlow also supports Spanish in full.

Hello, would you have the version in html or php? I don’t want wordpress.

Currently, it requires to be installed as a Wordpress plugin. But it supports embedding to any HTML or PHP site. So you can just install the plugin in a default WordPress site and use the embedding option to run it on other websites. Some features like Site search will not work though.

Pre-sales question: Can I track leads from the chatbot with Google Analytics?

Total ChatBot Sessions and User Data Collected stats are available in the WPBot dashboard.

Forms require the conversational form addon (free or pro). They are not yet integrated with google analytics. We may add the feature soon.

Show Start Menu after (x) Times Attempt No Result Is there any way that when the person searches the site and no results appear, instead of the Home Menu appears the Custom Menu Button with Link?

I opened tickets already but this is a more pressing matter. I’m using full chat window for mobile phones, which works great. The issue I have is with the mobile phone’s keyboard. When the bot automatic chats begin like X enters the chat, greetings etc. The phone’s keyboard opens and moves the chat window above it. That causes the user not to see the bot’s messages unless he hides the keyboard (the user sees a white screen when the keyboard is shown on the screen). What needs to be done to fix it is instead of the keyboard pushing the chat window higher is to have the keyboard displayed on the chat window below the last message of the chatbot. I hope I was clear enough. Can you fix it? The above issue is with android phone (pie), dont know if it also occurs with iphones.

Regarding what 100review wrote, I am also using mailster. If there will be a future add-n for mailster that would be great

1. If you opened a ticket with the window issue, we will get back to you there. Technical issues are better handled in the ticket system.

2. As there are many mailing list services, we enabled zapier support with the Mailing list addon. Using zapier, you can integrate with almost any api.

1. It CAN work with DialogFlow. You can also use without or in conjunction with the DialogFlow and use the Form Builder addon to create forms

Not directly. There is a paid addon that supports integration with Zapier. You can use that. You can email quantumcloud @ gmail . com for more details.

I have 2 feature suggestions, in the description it says I should write them here. The first one is to enable custom images for desktops, tablets and smartphones, all separated. The second is to have custom payload templates. Me and I am assuming many others are new to dialogflow.

I recently purchased the plugin (Im still going through the settings). I run a page with the chat bot on gtmetrix, Some files can be minified. When I uploaded the plugin I only used the installlable files. Did I need to download all documentation and upload to get it all minified? If not, can you please address it?

We would recommend a free optimization plugin like Auto Optimize or Total cache for minifying CSS nad JS files.

You mean like click a button in the Start menu to show Latest news? Do you want to show feed results from the same site or other site?

I am working with the Dialogflow integration . The answers work well with the previously assigned intents but when I write something else not registered the chatbot gets stuck with the message “chatbot is writing“ and never returns an answer.
