Can this be used on a temporary website then moved after to the final domain? or its just one time install only?

Hi,
you can activate the plugin in two distinct domains. For each of those domain, you can activate unlimited times for their subdomains and subfolder.

I case you need to activate in a third domain, you need to purchase a new license.

Hi, When attempting to configure this plugin I am given an error message and the page refreshes. So it’s impossible for me to actually use the plugin.

The error reads “some of your installed plugin are generating javascript errors that may prevent WCUF configurator to work properly

Error type uncaught reference error wp is not defined on script https://<mydomain>.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-file-upload line 1336”

Please advise how I can resolve this

excuse me, but it is a good habit to wait at least an answer by the support before leaving a bad rating.

It may happen that some poorly implemented plugin, are including their javascript libraries in all admin pages. They instead should include their scripts only in their admin pages. Those scripts may be generating interference and preventing the WooComemrce Upload Files configuration page javascript libraries to be properly executed by the browser.
In this case, with all due the respect, why actually the author should be blamed and punished with a 1 star rating due to 3rd party issues? You are punishing me due to 3rd party poor programming? Considering also that the rating was left without even waiting to have an answer by the support. I’m sorry to say, but this is very rude and unfair.

However, that for this particular cases, I’ve added an option that can be found int he Options page -> Force reloading 3rd party javscipt libraries: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8asedcpglj7ah7x/wcuf_js_force_reloading.png?dl=0

Could you please try enabling it and report me if you are still unable to use the configurator page?

I have the same problem as someone who you already responded to. Your response to them was a bit meh… As expected you gave me the same response. I had disabled all 3rd party plugins and still get the same error. I wasn’t trying to be rude, but I should have waited for you to respond to me directly. I’m sorry you took it personally. I have amended the rating This fix does actually work now, although i’m not 100% confident anymore that I can set it and forget it as I hoped…

I’m really sorry, but if I give you the same answer is just because the issue is the same nature as the others.

If you leave a bad rating discrediting my hard work due to 3rd party issue, I’m sorry, but it is personal and very frustrating. You are somehow “punishing” me for 3rd party issues. Without considering that the options fixed the 3rd party interference.
It would be fair to contact the 3rd party plugin support and eventually blame them.

Reporting in the rating that the plugin has some issues leaving as consequence a mediocre 3 rating, is misleading and not true. I would be very very grateful if you could review your rating.

However, if it is now is working, what do you mean that you are not confident? If you are experiencing any other issue, report me I’ll be glad to assist in the shortest time possible.

As listend in the supported browser list, the plugin supports the normal version of Chrome.

Make sure that it is not blocking cookie, background ajax request and any javascript library.

The plugin has been officially designed to work with the desktop versions of Chrome and Firefox. You find more details in the Compability paragraph in the description page. Make eventually sure you are running the latest version of Chrome and that there are no 3rd party plugins interfering.
In normal condition, as you can test in the demo site, the upload works as expected on Chrome mobile version:

The plugin has also demo site where the software can be fully tested before purchasing by configuring and accessing it accordingly to the scenario the user needs in order to be sure it actually works as he expects.

How to show multiple upload boxes if same product is added twice or thrice?

To do that, use the Productsa addable multiple times to cart menu, selecting all products or just the ones you need.

Once done, the plugin will show the upload field for each product instance added to cart.

It seems you are installing the package that contains bot the plugin zip file and the documentation. Unzip it, you will find a file called <stron g>woocommerce-upload-files.zip. That is the plugin zip file you can install!

unfortunately, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause.

Could you check the browser error console and see if any error is reported? Could you try disabling all your other 3rd party plugins and test if you still experiecing the issue? If so, try then enable one by one until you find the interfering one.

Hello, the file uploader is not showing on my product page, on every other page it works.

The console is showing me this message: “WCUF managed a unhandled/uncaught error by 3rd party plugin. This may cause the WCUF plugin to not properly work.”

Unfortunately, as you can imagine, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause. In the console, isn’t reported any other message regarding the script causing the issue?

Please try eventually to disable all your 3rd party plugins, and then re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one.

You can reactivate unlimited times for any subdomain and subfolder of already activated domains.

So if you wish to activate in the bbb.wpstage.net or ccc.wpstage.net or wpstage.net/aaa you can do without any limitation.

Ok, but the problem Is for different domain, not Is a sub domain.

The Envato usage license allows you only to use the product in one domain, not one domain at a time. It means that once you activated for a domain, you cannot use it in another domain.

The plugin, however, grants two domains (one for staging and one for productions) and for each domain, unlimited subdomains and subfolder activations.

Once you consumed both domains, to use the plugin in a new domain (so actually on a third domain), you need to purchase a new license.

Support service is meant to be used to report bugs or malfunctionings, it doesn’t include a customization service.

What I can say is to make sure that the CSS rules you are defining are properly overriding the original ones (by using the proper selectors). Try eventually using the !important attribute to force the override: https://css-tricks.com/when-using-important-is-the-right-choice/

we are using Elementor and our aim is to design product page with Elementor. Is it possible to take the upload field as a shortcode to custom design the product page with Elementor? If yes, then please tell me the shortcode only to upload files.

I’m sorry, but unfortunately the plug-in hasn’t any specific support for Elementor.

hello, is there a way to arrange (on server) uploaded files by product name and quantity? I would like to have path like OrderNumber/ProductName/QuantiyOfUploadedFile. Thanks

Yes it would require a modification of the core. I’m sorry, but I’m not able to suggest any developer :(

I’m sorry, but without any futher clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause. I’ve just performed some tests, and all seem to be working as expected.
It could be then that in your site, any 3rd party plugin is interfering.

Could you try giving a check to the browser error console and see if any message is reported? Could you try clearing your browser and server cache and report if you still experience the issue? At last, could you try disabling all your 3rd party plugins and see if the issue is still there?

I recently moved website hosts. But the end domain has stayed the same across the move. The plugin is saying my two uses are already used up though. But the end domain is exactly the same. The plugin is saying that the two domains it’s activated on are the hosts domains, not the domain of my actual website. I changed hosts from easywp.com to wpengine.com. Neither of which is my actual website domain. How can this be fixed?

Unfortuantely there isn’t an easy way to achieve that :(
it would require to redesign several subcomponents (plus several validation tests to make sure it actually works as expected).

hi! I found the problem. I couldn’t upload files from product page.

Taking a look to console, the plugin is trying to open a file called “cuf-image-size-checker.js:1 Failed”

Obviusly… that file do not exist, the correct name for that file is with a W no beginning. Wcuf-image-size-checker.js

I change the name of the file and now is working.

Please, try yo fix that in a future update.
