Im trying to make contact in the third time im willing to get refund i didn’t used the plugin and its making my web crush
pleas apply refund to me. thank you.
I’m sorry, but have you read the answer to your other comment of yours?
I’ll report it here:
could you provide a more detailed description of the issue you are getting? I’ll be glad to assist.
Note also that refunds have to be eventually asked through the special CodeCanyon form, not through comments.
In addition: the Authors cannot directly emit a refund, you have to use the proper CodeCayon refund form.
Note that the Envato refund policy doesn’t grant a refund just for claiming an issue. It has to be verified if the issue is caused by the plugin or by a 3rd party plugin interference. The plugin, as can be tested in its demo site, properly works without any issue.
Make also sure you are running the latest plugin version.
Hi
for this kind of purpose you should use this other plugin of mine: WooCommerce Attach Me!
Hi,
Your plugin creates error with BackupBuddy:
Error: The expected BackupBuddy defined schedule intervals are not present in the list provided by WordPress. This is indicative of another plugin having a bug that causes schedule intervals defined by other plugin(s) to be handled incorrectly and discarded. The developers of the problem plugin can be contacted to fix the issue.
Can you please fix this.
Thanks
Hi,
as you can imagine, without any further clue or details about the error message, it is quite hard to determine the cause or the script that is actually causing it.
- How exactly the “another plugin having a bug” as been identified as the WooCommerce Upload Files plugin?
- Could you report a more detailed description of the “bug” that is causing the issue and which are the script that are raising it?
Thank you.
BackupBuddy suggested that WooCommerce Upload Files was causing the error. After deactivating your plugin the error is gone.
Yes, but I eventually need to know the exact error messages and stack trace you (or the BackupBuddy ) are getting in order to fix any script.
Otherwise, I have no clue about the possible cause and so fix it. Thank you.
Hello,
First of all, wow what a plugin! So many features for the price.
I’ve got a question about the visual side of the upload field. Can I change the size? at the moment the size is very big for my product page. Or is it possible to have a button? (ex. upload your files here) and once you click it a popup would open where you can upload your files. This would be my perfect solution!
I’ve got oceanWP as a theme and using Elementor as a page builder.
( I know i can make a popup with elementor and the shortcode. But the problem is the products need to be added to cart. And I would like to have the option to upload files before adding to cart (to avoid confusion))
Thnx!
I’m sorry i’m a bit further now. I see you have the shortcode [wcuf_product_page_upload_form]
But if I use this shortcode nothing appears. Just blank, ive tried making a popup within elementor and using the shortcode there, but once the popup opens I see only a blank space.
Hi,
unfortunately, the plugin hasn’t any solution for showing the upload field via popup. Note that using the [wcuf_product_page_upload_form] required to disable the standard managment for product page. You find the option in the Options menu.
Note also that if the popup is loaded via ajax, make sure that all the WooCommerce Upload Files CSS and Javscript file have been properly loaded (most likely they are not, this is why you are experiecing this issue).
For what concerns the upload button, you could use the special “drag&drop” disable option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vp37tv8wymgvplq/wcuf_drag_and_drop_option.jpg?dl=0
This will render a button instead of the drag & drop area.
Hello Vanquish,
Thank you so much, this helped me a lot! One last thing, what is the css code to resize the field? If I just leave the field as is. But only want to make it smaller…
You’re weclome
The css area is defined by the .wcuf_upload_drag_and_drop_area class: https://www.dropbox.com/s/47hzwica1dbrxc6/wcuf_css_drag_and_drop_area.jpg?dl=0
by default it takes the 100% of its container. You can have more info by using the browser inspector tool.
Thank you, i’ve customized some parts of it. The only thing I cant get rid of is the left and right border… In the custom css I can change bg color and the rest but for the border nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
.wcuf_single_upload_field_container { border-top: 1px; border-bottom: 1px; }
border: none;
I know but it’s about the button version (i’ve changed it to a button instead of field) And I want to make some changes to the padding and colors. This is what I have now: .wcuf_max_size_notice { visibility: hidden; }
.wcuf_single_upload_field_container{ border: none; }
.wcuf_upload_button_container{ margin-bottom:-70px; }
.wcuf_just_selected_multiple_files_delete_button{ background-color: blue; }
But the problem is, only the max-size notice works and the upload button margin works. The border en background color of the delete button don’t work….
I’ve figured it out, i had the selector wrong. Thnx for the help!
Glad to hear that!

Hi,
please consider leaving the 5 stars! I would really appreciate!
Have a great day!
I have purchased your product “Woocommerce Uploads” to use with WCMp for Vendors. I have noticed that the uploaded files are not present for my Vendors. It is only present in my Admin Area. Are there settings that I need to make this appear in my Vendor’s Dashboard?
I’m sorry, but the plugin hasn’t any support for the “WCMp for Vendors” plugin.
Hello, is it possible to notice that the dpi is not right, but after the notice de file wil be uploaded
I’m sorry, the plugin hasn’t such a feature
Hello. It is nice plugin. I want to create a ecommerce website and sell slides, albums, intros, logos… Will customers be able to add their own images and videos with this plugin? And uploading files is unlimited? Thanks.
Hi,
yes the plugin could suit your needs. Yes, you’re correct you can eventually upload unlimited files of any size.
The plugin has a demo site where you can fully test the software before purchasing in order to be sure it actually fits your needs and expectations. If you need further info, feel free to ask!
Thanks for quick response. Could you please advise the most compatible ecommerce themes with your plugin? I want to use Avada or Flatsome.
Any fully compliant WooCommerce theme is ok. Avada and Flatsome are two of the most used themes, they both are ok.
Thank you so much.
Hi, I have a problem with the plugin … as soon as I activate it I no longer upload product images …
https://www.loom.com/share/15d346b79ad143a190180e02e7e37c90Hi,
unfortunately, as you can imagine, without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause.
Make sure you are using the latest plugin version. Give a check to the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported. Try also disabling all the 3rd party plugins to see if you still experience the issue. If no, re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one.
Hi, I had already tried to disable all the plugins one by one and reactivate them. The problem is only when I activate this plugin, without it working perfectly. The errors I see are the following:

The test you have to perform is to leave the WooCommerce Upload Files, then disable all the others 3rd party plugin and reactivate one by one until you find the interfering one
As you can test in the demo site, in a full working environment, the plugin works without any issue.
From the messages, you reported it seems that in your installation there are several javascript libraries that are raising errors.
All of them are contained in a folder called content/cache/busting/.
From these clues, I can say that it seems that you are using a caching plugin that is raising some interferences trying to cache javascript libraries.
What I can suggest is to try disabling it to see if you are still experiencing the issue, if not report the issue to its developer in order to make it properly caching javascript libraries or just configure in order to avoid caching for products pages.
ok, I disabled everything, even the cache storage plugin. Reactivate a plugin one by one and the one that generates the error is this plugin …
I’m still a bit confused on how you are performing this operation.
What you have to do is to just leave only the WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Upload Files plugins enable and then enable one by one the other plugins.
Otherwise, if you enable before the other plugins and then the WooCommerce Upload Files plugin, you won’t be able to find the interfering one.
It sounds strange that you are getting javscript errors from the content/cache/busting/ folder if you are just leaving WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Upload Files plugins enabled.
When you performed this latest tests, which error are you getting in the error console?
If you are experiecing the issue just leaving the WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Upload Files plugin enabled (is this your case?) it means then that something is wrong with your theme.
In this latter case, you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:
- you email address
- full admin access to the wp-admin area
- a FTP access
- link to a page where I can experience the issue
Hi as far i can say it is because iv havent add the code transaction to the plugin and now it is almost running.
All works but the file upload box doesnt appear on the product Can u please help mail@carimbos.net Thanks EdumultiPlease, do not open different threads regarding the same issue. Otherwise, it is very hard to keep track of your assistance request.
What do you mean that you havent add the code transaction to the plugin and now it is almost running? Could you please be more detailed?
Could you link the product page? Please eventually try also disabling the other 3rd party plugins, it could be that the field is not displayed due to a 3rd party plugin interference.
Thank you.
hi code transtion the number that activates de plugin There is no 3rd party plugins related
Ther are another way as we can comunicate

hi again
,,,What do you mean that you havent add the code transaction to the plugin and now it is almost running? Could you please be more detailed?...
The plugin is working with all features i can select anything i want, but doesnt come to the front end EDuardo
Usually, this kind of issue is related or on a field misconfiguration (have you activated any option to restrict visibility per payment gateway, user role or similar?) or due to a 3rd party plugin interference.
If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:- you email address
- full admin access to the wp-admin area

I can give try performing some further tests too see if it possible to determine the cause.
Thank you.
hi iv send u to your personal email a question please reply as i can send u the details that u ask above
EDuardo
We are trying to change the folder where we store files for the dropbox, I read in the comments that it is done like this:
“If you want to customize the site folder name, edit the WCUF_DropBox.php file you find inisde the classes\com folder. on line 29, sent the $blog_name variable with the name you wish.”
That sounds great, I’ll do that, however if I update the plugin, will it overwrite that file?
yes, you’re correct. That file will be overwritten. In case of update, you need then to restore the modification in the new file.
Can I add some snippet to my website so that I don’t have to keep on updating that one line of code every time i update the plugin?
I’m sorry, unfotunately it cannot be done
it is me again from mail@carimbos.net to send this code

Hi,
I’m sorry, but if you are running an old and unsupported version of WooCommerce, you need to update.
The plugin utilizes some WooCommerce API and functions that are not available in the older versions, so there is no chance to implement backward compatibility.
purchased this and put a ticket in for support, but got no response. how do I get a refund?
Hello,
what do you mean with “put a ticket in for support, but got no repsonse”? Could you provide a more detailed description of the issue?
For what concerns refund, you have to ask using the special CodeCanyon refund request form. Envato team will investigate further if you are elegible or not.
I used the support option above, and clicked contact Author, and received no response, I am getting the error about Java script conflict, which seems common looking through the comments page. It won’t let me copy and paste, so I will type the error. “Some of your installed plugin are generating a javascript errors that MAY prevent WCUF configurator to work properly. Fix or Disable them. Error type Uncaught Reference Error:_is not defined on script: https://www.gameongrafix.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce-files-upload Line:2668”
I’ve just checked and you received an answer more than 20days ago: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fdoktup7yx7vyd2/wcuf_answer.png?dl=0
I’ll report here that answer:
yes, try enabling the Force reloading 3rd party javascript libraries option (https://www.dropbox.com/s/cc3pv7fbib8kcbs/wcuf_js_option.jpg?dl=0 ). If you still get the error, it means that a 3rd party plugin is including its javascript code in all admin pages (instead of in just in its pages). That code generates that error.
In that case, you need to disable all your 3rd party plugins and then enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, report to its developer in order to fix it
Hmmm, not sure if it went to spam, or what, but either way, that seemed to fix the issue. Thank you for the support. Now I just need to figure out how to only show the upload option in certain categories, instead on every product. I will read the manual.
Glad to hear that! you’re welcome!
To bound the upload field to specific products or category just use the special option: https://www.dropbox.com/s/g8q6u6a8lczj46v/wcuf_visibility_10.jpg?dl=0

Please do not open different topics regarding the same issue, otherwise, it is hard to keep track of your requests.
Thank you for sharing the screen, however, translations are loaded by WordPress core, not by the plugin.
It seems that your core has some issue on loading them, I’m sorry but the support service can only help to issues related to the plugin. As you can see from the screen I shared from in the other message of yours, translation loading properly work in a full work environment.
What I can suggest is to make sure that no 3rd party plugins are interfering (like performance or caching related plugins). Make also sure you are running the latest plugin version and that you have also properly purged your browser cache.
It could be that for some reasons Loco Trasnslate is preventing the proper loading of the translation.
Could you eventually use a classic po editor (like https://poeditor.com/ ) to create the mo files?
If you instead wish to manually modify the text, edit the checkout_cart_product_page_template.php file you find inside the template directory.
why is it partially translated after the change of names. I reset the cache, but it only works partially. http://prntscr.com/psmz30
Hi,
without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause. I’ve just performed a test, and translation seems to be properly loaded by WordPress in a full working environment: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tcrk6oqpc2ocnc6/wcuf_translation.jpg?dl=0
Please make sure you have properly purged your server and browser cache and that you are running the latest 52.2 plugin version. Make also sure that those missing strings have actually been translated in the po file (try rechecking and to recreate the mo file).
Hello It´s a pre-sale question Is this plugin compatible with Woocommerce Composite products plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products)?
Hello,
the plugin hasn’t any specific support for that plugin and its feature. If you already own it and you can send me a copy, I can setup a private demo site where you can test together.
Send me a private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) reporting your email address. I’ll reply with mine where you can send the plugin. I’ll set up the demo site and give you the access.
I’m unable to upload more than one file. The uploader box disappears after one file is uploaded, and you are not able to select more than one file in file explorer when uploading. Also when I try to configure the upload field or add, duplicate anything. The page does not upload. There is a blue box that says connecting at the bottom of the pageit is a bit confusing, could you provide a more detailed description? what “page” is not uploading? To which blue box are you referring?
It does not seem to be communicating for me to try to view the field options and edit them.who exactly is not communicating? please, if you can attach some screenshots.
please, make also sure that no 3rd party plugin are interfering. For this, just disable the other 3rd party plugin and see if you still experiencing the issue. Let me know.
Please see link to screenshot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/2q8m59zut07seuy/Connecting.JPG?dl=0 The page I need to make the changes will not load fully. I do not see the same options as given in your screenshot. notice at the bottom of screen there is a blue icon that says “connecting”
That “connecting” element is not part of the plugin.
Try disabling all your 3rd party plugins and see if you are still experiencing that issue. If not, enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, you should report that issue to its developer.
Hello,
I have just purchased the plugin, it works well but I noticed an issue when applying the disclaimer as a condition for the upload:
If I click on the box to choose a file to upload and the disclaimer is not checked the script will prompt a warning about it, after checking the disclaimer by attempting to upload the same file, the uploader will not work. Nothing is displayed and it seems there is no activity: nor in console, neither in the network tab (of Google Chrome DevTools).
It works fine if I drop the same file into the box, rather than clicking to browse. Or if I select/drop another file.
If I try to drop a file without checking the disclaimer it will prompt the warning, after checking the disclaimer I can browse/drop the same file, it will work fine without issues.
So the problem raises when browsing before checking the disclaimer. The bug is reproducible also in your demo.
For the log: I’m testing only with JPEGs, but allowing JPEGs and TIFFs. And the upload is marked as required.
SPECS: Google Chrome 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Thank you, GM
Hi,
yes, the plugin is designed to work in this way. Once you accepted the disclaimer, it won’t automatically perform the upload. You need to select the files again.
Thank you however to suggest this enhancement! I’ll try to include in a future plugin version!
Hi, thank your for your reply. Actually I was not referring to an automatic upload after accepting the disclaimer, my point is that:
- if I try to upload the file kiwi.jpg before accepting the disclaimer it will show the warning, and that’s okay;
- after accepting the disclaimer, if I click on the box to browse and pick the same file, so kiwi.jpg, the upload event will not fire;
- if instead, without reloading the page, I choose another file, e.g. apple.jpg, the upload event will fire.
This behaviour happens only when the first attempt is made by clicking on the box. By dropping the file it will work.
Here’s a screen record to show what I mean: https://we.tl/t-0Q23SrtPP6
The issue is that there is no warning and a client will just think that the form does not work. Hope is helpful.
Regards, GM
Ok, clear. Thank you for sharing the video!
Actually it seems to be a bug related just for Chrome. On my test on FireFox, it is not rising.
I’ve just released the new 52.5 that implements a workaround that prevent that issue on Chrome.
You can manually download the new version via CodeCanyon or receive as an automatic update by installing and configuring the Envato updater plugin: https://goo.gl/pkJS33 (here the guide that explains how to configure: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ ). To manually update just deactivate and delete the old plugin version and then install the new one. Don’t worry you won’t lose any data
Purge your browser and server cache, give a try and let me know!
Perfect, now it works fine! Thank you
Veeeeery glad to hear that!
At last but not least, I’d like you to support me: If you enjoyed my efforts to assist you and/or my plugin please consider leaving the 5 stars, I would really reeeeeeeeally appreciate!

I made the translation in the program Poedit and downloaded it to the languages folder, but the system does not see them and nothing works. How to make the system see translations?
Translation loading are managed by WordPress, not by the plugin. Unfortuantely I give assistace if your core installation is not working
What I can say is to make sure that caching plugin are not interfering (try eventually purge browser and server cache). Make also sure that the po and mo file have been properly named, if you language is Russian, they should be named woocommerce-files-upload-ru_RU.po and woocommerce-files-upload-ru_RU.mo
please note that some strings must be customized/translated through the Text menu.
