Presale question. Does UMP integrate with wordpress so that if I create some user levels these are also converted in WP user roles? Since on my site I’ll have some downloadable products and some events where the prices vary based on the User Role, I’ve also a plugin that let me assign differents prices based on User Role but I’d need that if I create a level in UMP, this one is assigned also a specific user role.

Also I’d need to know if UMP can send a sort of receipt to the user for the level the user has bought. This is mandatory.

Hi there, I have a pre-sales question. Have you progressed any further with plans to integrate CCbill as a payment processor? This is the payment processor most of my core customers use for reoccurring payments. I know you can link UMP by piggybacking off WooCommerce but that won’t work for monthly reoccurring payments from how I read your instructions on the knowledge base. Really this needs to be a payment module and linked with the CCbill API integration. I saw some comments that you were looking at this 3 years ago, but nothing seems to have come from it? The API has changed since then so it seems like it’s worth looking into again.

Hi, I need a Plugin where Viewers can fill out a form for a service they need. The filled out forms has to be send to different leveld registered members (payed membership) on this platform. It block my embed mp4 videos (wich are self hosted) and show the following message : “Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found”

If I delete this code, it will come again. How can I delete it definitively ?

I opened a ticket. The password reset link isn’t working and triggers a “site is experiencing technical difficulties” message. The core wordpress works, so my temporary workaround was to update the notification to point to the wordpress password reset page: https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
