you can activate the license in two distinct domains and reactivate in already activated domains unlimited times.
You can also activate unlimited times on subdomains and subfolders.
If the activator detects you are trying to activate on a third domain, it just reports that the activation cannot be performed. In that case, you need to purchase another license.

it seems that a 3rd party plugin is including some javascript code on all admin pages (including the upload files configurator page). that raises that error.

If that doesn’t help, you have to disable all the 3rd party plugins, then enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, you have to report to its developer in order to fix it.
Download all as zip seems to only include a single file now. It no longer zips and downloads every image uploaded to the order.

The issue you experiecing then may be related to server issue. Make sure that your PHP is properly configured and the ZipArchive class is properly working. Try eventually giving a look to the server error log to see if any further details is reported about the server issue.

the plugin hasn’t any specific support for that plugin and its features, however, they can be used together.
For example, I know that the plugin allows to edit the product options once it has been added to the cart through a special page. The WooCommerce Upload Files, however, won’t allow you to edit the uploaded files through that page. Files have to be edited eventually through the cart, checkout or order details page.
If you are planning to use both together, you have also to enable the Products addable multiple tomes to cart feature for all those products for which you are planning to add custom options (this is to avoid an issue related to id used to manage cart items performed by that plugin).
As far as I know, there shouldn’t be other problems. However, I cannot hold responsible for any other interference that that plugin may be generating preventing the WooCommerce Upload Files plugin to properly work. So eventually, proceed at your risk purchasing that plugin.
I tried to use it together with Product Options and Price Calculation Formulas for WooCommerce – Uni CPO, but it seems like they don’t work together.

It sounds very strange and without any further clue it is quite hard to determine the cause.
Are you sure you have properly cleared both browser and server cache? Please make also sure that the backend language used to set the texts is the same of the one used in the frontend.

It seems you have enabled the option to set product cart quantity to be automatically set as the number of uploaded files.

Ok, but I have a problem with custom texts. I’m trying to change this text: “Please upload the requited file(s). Once done, you will be able to add the product to cart” for a custom one (a text in Spanish), but it doesn’t work. I was trying to find a solution using Loco Translate plugin, but I think this is not a translate option, of course.
This also happens with “Save in progress, please wait…” and “Loading, please wait…”

To achieve that, just inspect the page with the browser inspector tool and find the CSS rules associated with the html elements you need. Once done, just redefine them in your theme CSS files or using any 3rd party plugin that allows you to add custom CSS to pages.
It’s a small thing that can be help by a plugin author in general because it doesnt involve complicated code. I buy many themes and plugins From Envato and when I ask those supports about css code, they never deny. You are the plugin author, you know well what that css element is. In this case I cannot insprct it because it loads so fast. If It’s not on load like this, no problem, I can inspect and apply css by myself.
I’m sorry, but CSS code editing could require a very complicated code and several tests before finding the solution you need. If you wish to customize any CSS code, it is a task that has to be performed by you. I cannot provide any customized working code.
The fact that an author helps you in customizing products of his, it doesn’t mean that the service is by default included in the Envato support license. I’m sorry, but support service is meant to provide help with bugs or malfunctionings.

Do you have a submit button which users can press to upload a file? By default, when users drag and drop a file or select a file, it will upload automatically. There’s no any button to submit. I prefer a submit button as a common practice.

Hi Vanquish. I think I got a new issue. I added a photo product to my shopping cart. I complete the purchase and go to the third party checkout page. Trouble happens here: If I want to give up the payment and go back to the shopping cart, for example, to add another product, the photo product that was already in the shopping cart looses its picture file and a message appears that the picture file was not uploaded, not allowing me to close the purchase.
To avoid that, go to the Options menu and under the Checkout – Files to order association method check the When the payment is completed option.
In this way, the files will be associated with the order only when you land into the Thank you page (make, however, sure that you are not using any custom thank you page).
If you use the When the order is created, files are associated with the just created order by WooCommerce when you hit the place order button on the checkout page.
When you cancel the payment, WooCommerce just marks that order as failed, but files have been associated anyway to it. So coming back to the store after canceling the order, forces you to re-upload the files.

How to translate to Lao? I use Local Translate. I click on “New language” and choose my language. But there’re only 3 strings to translate.
Unfortunately, the plugin hasn’t any support for “Local Translate”.
To customize/translate dynamic strings, use the Text menu. For static strings instead, use the .pot translation file (located in the language folder inside the plugin). Just use a po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), create a .po file for your language, translate the strings you need and save. It will create a .mo file that you have to save back with the .mo file into the language folder. The mo file format has to be woocommerce-files-upload-en_EN.mo (replace the en_EN with your language code).

As reported in the previous comment, you have to create the language file using the .pot file (woocommerce-files-upload.pot).
Using that file, create a language file for your language. The name of the file should have the following format woocommerce-files-upload-en_EN.po (where en_EN will be the language code for your language. en_EN is for English).
Use then that just create .po file to translate the strings. The program will create a .mo file.

Please try eventually updating to the latest 51.9 version I’ve just released. It contains a minor improvement that may help to forge cache purging after the Texts has been saved. Install it, go to the Text menu and just hit the update button and then retry performing a test.

Hello, I just want to allow customers to upload proof of bank transfer screenshot in the thankyou page. If I have a custom thankyou page (I redirect to this one). In the custom thankyou page, if I add your upload form by using shortcode to this custom thankyou page, does the uploaded image still go to the correct order? Does the redirect affect the function?

the plugin hasn’t been designed to work with custom thankyou pages. the plugin doesn’t offer any specific shortcode to be used for custom thank you page (which are you actually using?) so there is a good chance that uploaded files won’t be properly associated to order.
If you, however, make sure that the custom thankyou page you are using is both triggering the native WooCommerce woocommerce_thankyou and woocommerce_order_details_after_order_table actions triggered by the default thankyou page template, the plugin should work as expected.

I’m sorry that shortcode will render an upload form with all the upload fields that match the products currently added to the cart (this is also reported in the plugin description page).
It won’t render the upload fields associated to the order to which refers the thank you page.
You can, however, try the [wcuf_upload_form_last_order] this will render the upload field related to the last placed order. This, however, is a workaround because it refers to the last-placed order, not to the order to which refers the thank you page. But I think that it is not a big deal because the Thank you page is always visited by the user only after placing an order.

If dismissing the notice, you are not able to create the field, try enabling the Force reloading 3rd party javascript libraries option.
If even enabling the Force reloading option you are not able to create a field, you have to find the 3rd party plugin that is including the interfering javascript code in the field configuration page. To do that, disable all the 3rd party plugin and then enable one by one until you find the interfering one.
Once done, you should report to its developer in order to avoid it to include its javascript files even on the Upload field configuration page.

It seems that some 3rd party plugins are interfering causing that issue. In a fully working environment (as, for example, you can see from the demo site), once you saved the modification, that dialog do not appear.
Without any further clue, I cannot say which of your plugin is causing that issue. If the save process works, just ignore that dialog. Otherwise, try disabling all your 3rd party plugins until you find the interfering one and then report to its developer in order to fix it.
The “Cleaner” option, does that just remove local files from the server? Or if I have files saving to dropbox, will it remove those as well?
