hey im using the license on the developer site, when moving to another site how can i reuse the license? whats gonna happen when i enter the same license on the new site?

Hi,
you can activate the license in two distinct domains and reactivate in already activated domains unlimited times.

You can also activate unlimited times on subdomains and subfolders.

If the activator detects you are trying to activate on a third domain, it just reports that the activation cannot be performed. In that case, you need to purchase another license.

it seems that a 3rd party plugin is including some javascript code on all admin pages (including the upload files configurator page). that raises that error.

If that doesn’t help, you have to disable all the 3rd party plugins, then enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, you have to report to its developer in order to fix it.

Download all as zip seems to only include a single file now. It no longer zips and downloads every image uploaded to the order.

The issue you experiecing then may be related to server issue. Make sure that your PHP is properly configured and the ZipArchive class is properly working. Try eventually giving a look to the server error log to see if any further details is reported about the server issue.

the plugin hasn’t any specific support for that plugin and its features, however, they can be used together.

For example, I know that the plugin allows to edit the product options once it has been added to the cart through a special page. The WooCommerce Upload Files, however, won’t allow you to edit the uploaded files through that page. Files have to be edited eventually through the cart, checkout or order details page.

If you are planning to use both together, you have also to enable the Products addable multiple tomes to cart feature for all those products for which you are planning to add custom options (this is to avoid an issue related to id used to manage cart items performed by that plugin).

As far as I know, there shouldn’t be other problems. However, I cannot hold responsible for any other interference that that plugin may be generating preventing the WooCommerce Upload Files plugin to properly work. So eventually, proceed at your risk purchasing that plugin.

I tried to use it together with Product Options and Price Calculation Formulas for WooCommerce – Uni CPO, but it seems like they don’t work together. :(

Hi, We have updated to version 51.9, but unfortunately some text translatıons made ın Text page are still showing the old placeholder text. We have cleaned cache, but still problem remains. We need urgent help.

It sounds very strange and without any further clue it is quite hard to determine the cause.

Are you sure you have properly cleared both browser and server cache? Please make also sure that the backend language used to set the texts is the same of the one used in the frontend.

If the issue still persists, If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:
  1. you email address
  2. full admin access to the wp-admin area
  3. a FTP access
  4. link to a page where I can test the issue

It seems you have enabled the option to set product cart quantity to be automatically set as the number of uploaded files.

Have you altered in any way the product page tempalte and/or the plugin code? If so restore to the original.

First of all, this is a great plugin. It’s quite better than others, with more options. Congratulations.

Ok, but I have a problem with custom texts. I’m trying to change this text: “Please upload the requited file(s). Once done, you will be able to add the product to cart” for a custom one (a text in Spanish), but it doesn’t work. I was trying to find a solution using Loco Translate plugin, but I think this is not a translate option, of course.

This also happens with “Save in progress, please wait…” and “Loading, please wait…”

Do you have a submit button which users can press to upload a file? By default, when users drag and drop a file or select a file, it will upload automatically. There’s no any button to submit. I prefer a submit button as a common practice.

It’s the same manner. The different is just the square dot border. But that’s ok. I can go with the drag and drop, never mind.

Hi Vanquish. I think I got a new issue. I added a photo product to my shopping cart. I complete the purchase and go to the third party checkout page. Trouble happens here: If I want to give up the payment and go back to the shopping cart, for example, to add another product, the photo product that was already in the shopping cart looses its picture file and a message appears that the picture file was not uploaded, not allowing me to close the purchase.

To avoid that, go to the Options menu and under the Checkout – Files to order association method check the When the payment is completed option.

In this way, the files will be associated with the order only when you land into the Thank you page (make, however, sure that you are not using any custom thank you page).

If you use the When the order is created, files are associated with the just created order by WooCommerce when you hit the place order button on the checkout page.
When you cancel the payment, WooCommerce just marks that order as failed, but files have been associated anyway to it. So coming back to the store after canceling the order, forces you to re-upload the files.

Hello, I just want to allow customers to upload proof of bank transfer screenshot in the thankyou page. If I have a custom thankyou page (I redirect to this one). In the custom thankyou page, if I add your upload form by using shortcode to this custom thankyou page, does the uploaded image still go to the correct order? Does the redirect affect the function?

It seems that some 3rd party plugins are interfering causing that issue. In a fully working environment (as, for example, you can see from the demo site), once you saved the modification, that dialog do not appear.

Without any further clue, I cannot say which of your plugin is causing that issue. If the save process works, just ignore that dialog. Otherwise, try disabling all your 3rd party plugins until you find the interfering one and then report to its developer in order to fix it.

The “Cleaner” option, does that just remove local files from the server? Or if I have files saving to dropbox, will it remove those as well?

It will remove dropbox files as well.
