I have just purchased this plugin but I am having difficulty in uploading to Wordpress.
When I try to upload the ‘zoomsounds-neat-html5-audio-player.zip’ I get the following message

today, the Browser Firefox was updated to v70.0. The player is not working anymore. @ envato: http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/zoomsounds-neat-html5-audio-player/full_screen_preview/4525354 and also in my site. - the playtime does not show up - waveprogress not shown anymore - fast forward when click i nthe wave not working anymore the only thing that work is: i hear music, wtf has mozilla done? what could be the problem now?

Thanks for the Informationen. It’s not only autoplay, it’ s the whole Player that is blocked or what ever it is 
Me again, i tested Mozilla v70.0 in Windows 10. no problems here all is working fine. only in Windows 7 as described above

today, a new update was rolled out by Mozilla up to: v70.0.1 it seems to fixed the issue. The Zoom Sound Player now works again as expected.
- - current playtime working
- - overlayed wave progress png showing correctly
- - click on random position playing correctly music and show correct time
- - music is playing

Please, I am requesting a REFUND for ZoomSounds product, item # 664da7e7-bb12-4425-9063-680eaa9c1427 – 4 May 2019 Audio player, and…I would like to purchase from you the ZoomSounds audio player that works with Wordpress. It was not clear in the explanation of ZoomSounds that you offer another version that works as a plug-in with Wordpress (others have made this same mistake, because the wording in not clear).

Hi. I’m a long time user of the player. It’s been very, very useful. I’ve just implemented a new installation of it that works very well on desktop and uses the spectrum visualizer. In iOS devices the 206/range request fails with the spectrum visualizer turned on. It just times out. If I turn the specturm visualizer off, it works on both desktop and iOS. I know our server responds to byte-range requests properly because I can see it working in the browser network panel on desktop just fine. So it must be the spectrum visualizer is the problem. Note that the mp3 files we’re playing are two hours long. Perhaps that’s just too much?

Hi, I Just added Amazon Cloudfront in front of my audio and I’m having an issue where I can’t play the audio in Safari. I get the following error:”Unhandled Promise Rejection: NotAllowedError: The request is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission.”
I’m using your api_change_media function to change the tracks and it’s all working fine within Chrome. I believe it has something to do with Safari not allowing autoplay. Is there another method I can use to get these tracks to play in Safari?

Sure… I’ll setup a staging link with an example. I currently reverted to it pointing it directly to s3 in production. The version I’m looking to have is to point to the cloudfront URL. The main issue is that the player isn’t working using Cloudfront in Safari because a user has to manually ‘allow’ the site to autoplay in their browser settings.
Can you give me an example of a link to an mp3 ?
