I have read through previous questions above and I saw people asking if this plugin maintained full functionality and worked when in conjuction with the woocommerce gravity forms plugin. One of the people that responded said that it does work and another operator said it didn’t work.
So I’m trying to find out before I buy whether I’d be able to utilize your features if I am adding forms to my woocommerce products via the WooCommerce Gravity Forms plugin. Thanks in advance for your help and info.
Also, I know it’s already been asked about iCal integration, but I was wondering if that is on your map for development or if you are not planning on adding that.
Hello, thank you for your query. As for iCal, we do offer appointment link generation for various calendars. As for woocommerce, we have yet to release a proper compatibility patch.

Hi there, Gravity forms with your plugin is a great solution for appointment bookings. I’ve worked with many other solutions, but GF is unbeatable because it’s very flexible. But I miss an indispensable function: group bookings. IS there a chance that this will be implemented in the future?

i sync Google calendar in 2 way mode.
The pugin import all event of my GC, form 2 year… more than 5000 event. So the form don’t load
But if i delete the events on wordpress, also in GC the events will be deleted. And i don wont it.
So i can create a new calendar on Google, but if i make many appointment with the sync, after some week the calendar will be full of events and don’t load… it’s possible?
I have to delete old event? I want to mantain old event in my calendar.
Haw i can resolve this situation?
Hummm, hte google Calendar Sync doesn’t work… the GC event are not used by plugin to change availability on calendar in the form…

A couple of presale questions.
1.Is the Google Calendar Sync a two way sync? So If block off time on my calendar will it automatically block it within Gappointments or will it only add appointments to my calendar.
2.If we set up a calendar that only has 2 days available in the next month. Will the front end load to the current month making it look like there are not avaialable appointments?
Example: We have an event October 11 and 12, these are the only 2 days we want to have appointments for. Will the calendar auto load to October, or will it stay in August since this is the current month.
3. Can we hide Service and Provider?
4. Is there a backend demo?

I use Gravity Perks GF Populate Anything to retrieve a list of my locations for other forms. Can this be used on the Services field in gappointments?
Basically, i have a wordpress database table that contains all the shop locations where I have my equipment installed. My equipment moves to different shops or I add extra equipment to the same shop. There is other equipment information i use this table to keep track of and I don’t want to have to update both the table and gappointments every time we move something.

Hello there. I’m looking to use your plugin for a client – a tour company. Bookings need to take the following into consideration.
- Book full days/date only – ie: the user just selects a date – not select a date then have to select a time period?
- They have two buses and two drivers and three tour options (you would call them services I suspect) Full day and half day (morning) and half day (afternoon) (half day tours have overlapping hours 9-2 and 1-5) so in effect a fully booked day would be: —two full day tours or —one full day tour and either half day tour or —two half days
- Is it possible to set up a calendar(s) to allow both busses to be booked on the same day and then and then block out the day to disallow further booking?
- Block out dates not available based on the driver (you would refer to them as providers I supect)?
Are you aware of any issues with your plugin running on the Avada Wordpress Theme?
Hello, unfortunately, the providers are only limited to one type of service, it is either full dates or time slots, we are working to improve this functionality.

I’m looking for a plugin to use as a functions booking form. I just have a few questions:
Where the form says choose service and choose provider, are these fields editable? I need it to say ‘function type’ and ‘room option’. I also need an option for half a day/full day or 30 minutes. Is this possible? Can you submit without paying? If the user doesn’t pay, how do they come back later and pay? Can you add multiple extras options? E.g. one for food options and another for additional equipment? When a user books and pays, is that time slot updated on the calendar as booked out?
Hello, thank you for your query, the labels for fields are editable you can have various time-slots lengths The payment logic is up to gravity forms plugin. You can add extra options to the form, when the appointment is booked, the slot is marked as taken and no one else can book it.

Step 2, Make a payment
Step 3, Fill the form with his/her info.
I would like to show user step 3 ONLY IF the payment is successful on step 2.

Hello, thank you for your query, this sort of logic is performed by gravity forms plugin, I would advise you contacting their support.
How to start calendar in next available date? Right now, it shows the current date, our next availiability is 2-3 weeks, and it would be awkward if client cant select a date right away… So how to make sure that when selected a service, it should directly show/select the next available date? This should have been addressed before as you have the “New appointement lead time” functionality for x days and x months.
Additional details Today is 23 My new appointemnt lead time is 14 days In the current calendar it shows current month, but people cant select any days hence my new appointment lead time is 14 days, so the next available date they can select is on september 6th
Now, I know I should just click the calendar next month, but other people dont know that they can do that.

When you allow wp debug true and on the form I saw that. Only when debug is set to true, but in my experience even when debug is on or off, no errors should display.

I have to set a booking system for boat rental.
As I see, it should be possible with this plugin but I want to be sure before the buy.
I have 3 boats, that I rent (each of them) for half day (9am – 1pm or/and 2pm – 6pm) or full day.
Would it be possible to configure your plugin to service such a business?
I guess – every boat would be two ‘services’ (half day and full day) and thanks to providers I could set the slots – one provider could service only one boat which would exclude half day and full day rental of the same boat by different clients?
Maybe you have a backend demo?

i can limit submission for a service for day? For example i offer time slot (of 1 hour) from 8 to 12 AM, but i want bookable only 2 slots, than after the first 2 booking the others slot will be not available. it’s possible?

- When in the list of services that appears in the form a service has been filled out that appears for example the message “complete service” or simply that that service disappears from the list of services in the combo box.
