I’ve just performed several tests and the plugin can be installed without any issue.
It seems that in your installation the acf_register_store function is not properly defined, but in the error log, it is not reported any further clue on why. That function is defined by the ACF Core library embedded inside the plugin.
Please make sure you have properly installed the plugin. Try eventually to completely uninstall it and reinstall. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any setting.
If you have altered the plugin activation process by using any 3rd party plugin, like “Plugin Organizer”, restore the normal behavior.
Try eventually also disabling all the 3rd party plugins to see if you still experience the issue.
Don’t know why it was happening but I have fixed it after a few hours.

- actually, to reduce increase the space between feedback area and description, you could use the special option you find in the Options menu -> Feedback text area margint top: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tsqljno0l5m22if/wcuf_options_feedback.jpg?dl=0 it allows to increase/decrease (insert negative value) space between elements. However it sounds strange that that space is so big. You can eventually redefine the sytle rule for the .wcuf_feedback_textarea class. If you link the page where you are experiecing the issue, I can analyze with my tools and give you more info on how to redefine the CSS in order to fix that

- I’m sorry, the plugin is not designed to allow one text for each uploaded file. You can only associate a text to the upload field

Are you displaying it in that way? do you still want to reduce the space?
The wcuf_feedback_textarea has to be redefined in your theme CSS files (like the style.css or custom.css that usually are defined in the root of the theme) or use a plugin like Custom JavaScript & CSS in Pages! that allows to custom redefine CSS for a specific page without altering any plugin or theme file!

I’ve just tested both with Chrome and FireFox, and space seems to be ok in any case.
As last thing I would suggest to try eventually to clear browser cache and cookies. Try eventually ask your users if they are properly display the area.
In this way you can avoid to implement a customization that may be properly display only in you browser, but brakes the display in any other one.

Thanks for adding the dialog box for when people don’t click “upload files.”
However, I have two upload fields, and when you enter files into both of them but don’t hit upload…if you then upload one of them, the (non-uploaded) files in the other one disappear.
I don’t know that there is a way to correct this. Alternately, is it possible to just automatically start uploading without the user having to hit “upoload” ?

Hi,
this is because when an upload is performed, the upload area is refreshed by reloading it via ajax. This will remove all the not-uploaded data.

yes, try installing the following addon: http://www.codecanyon.eu/add-ons/wcuf-product-folder-name.zip
It retrieves the product name, removes from it special characters that cannot be used for forlder names and the result is used to create the folder name.
You can eventually modify its code according to your needs. Note that it is not an official addon, so it may not properly work for certain product names.

I do have one suggestion for a feature (not even sure if this is possible.) It would be nice to be able to select directly uploading to cloud (dropbox, etc) without having to store files temporarily on my host server. My host has a 128 meg limit for uploads unless I upgrade my service, and I use very large files (CD and DVD replication service)

However, once purchased, I can suggest where you can implement that function in order to avoid field to be rendered in product page.

Actually the draft status shouldn’t be a problem. Note that if the product is a variable product, you have select a variation and then the upload field will be dynamically loaded (you can however disable this behaviour).
Make also sure you have not enable any visibility restriction by order status or user role or payment gateway.

Hi,
the Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in just one end product (website), not one end product at a time. This means that the license cannot be migrated to a product to another.
Websites are uniquely identified by the associated domain. Once you register a domain that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.
The plugin activation system, however, allows you to activate the license in two domains (the second one is for testing purpose). In each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you consumed all these options, you need then to buy another license in order to be compliant with Envato usage policy.
That’s a really big problem for me and totally unfair. I didn’t use the pluguin just to show it to the client and it will supposed a really big cost for us to asume this. You have to change that because it’s impossible to buy the plugin knowing that all will be ok, and without the possibility to show to our clients the result. Let’s pay you some more money for nothing. Thank you.

Usually, demos are runned in a subdomains (or subfolders) of the final domain. In that condition, you can reactivate the plugin unlimited times. However, despite that, an additional second domain has been granted for further testing.
Due to unsustainable illegal distribution of my software in order to continue the development I had to implement the activation system that makes sure that actually the plugin is used in just only one end product (granting however a second, with unlimited activations for any subfolder or subdomain, for additional testing purpose).
Using more than two domains is not allowed.
It’s ok. I have bought a new license, so problem solved. I understand the limits for the purchase code, but it would be great if we can deactivate the code if it’s not gonna be used.
Probably it’s my fault to not read the terms, but if it’s just the same website, and the same projects but for circumstances it has to be in some domains, having a possibility to deactivate the code it would be a good upgrade. Thank you for your attention.

because that is a cache file that is regurarly recreated. If you want to implement that modification in a permanent way, modify the wcuf-frontend-cart-checkout-product-page.js.php you find in the same folder

for now, is not possible to set the cropped image background. For that try editing the cropbox.js file located in the js\vendor inside the plugin. Uncomment line 65 and 66 and set the context.fillStyle with the hex color you wish. It should work, however, I’ve tested it. I’ll see it will be possible to add that option in a future release!

yes, by default no charge is applied for uploads. Extra costs are just an option.

NOTE the plugin is not designed to work with altered/customized WooCommerce workflows. Have you altered the normal WooCommerce checkout behavior manually or via 3rd party plugins?

that is the normal plugin behaviour. Temporarly uplaoded files after 20 minutes are removed in order to keep the server clean from unused files.

Right, I changed the setting but there was no change, it’s still the same. Another thing, I used an old purchase code from another site and bought the product again, uninstalled the plugin and installed it again to put the new purchase code, since I thought the problem would be conflicts, but when I reinstalled the plugin to put the new purchase code, it did not appear to put the code, has already been activated. I want to change the buy code and increase the time the image is in the cart / time of temporary files. Help me, please, I have received a lot of complaints from customers.
Once you activate the plugin using a purchase code, activation is saved on the local database and in the remote activation system. Uninstalling it, won’t allow changing the purchase code associated to the domain.
To update the plugin or change any of its settings, there is no need to change the purchase code associated with it or purchase a new copy.
For what concerns the delete time. What do you mean that there was no change?
Have you tried setting a higher value like 1440 (it is 24 hours)? Could you provide a more detailed explanation? Please make sure you are running the latest 50.9 plugin version.
Make also sure that no PHP caching system is interfering.

I put 4320 minutes in the special settings, about 72 hours, which is what I really need, but it’s like there’s no change, the cart images keep disappearing after 1 hour. How do I check if there is any conflict with the PHP cache?
You should contact your web hosting maintainer to see if any PHP caching system has been enabled.
Make also sure that the PHP session management is properly managed by your server and that no 3rd party plugin is interfering with it (like resetting every hour).
I uninstalled all the plugins, did all the necessary tests and ended up not changing anything, continues the files coming out of the products in the cart shortly after, about 30 minutes or less. I noticed a new problem too, often the uploaded photos are duplicated, photos that were uploaded in another product end up entering other products as well. Wouldn’t it be possible to reset my plugin database to completely reset it? I want to solve the problem with the plugin, but it’s pretty complicated.
Are you sure that there isn’t installed any plugin that is altering users session management, product (like ones that add custom attributes and so on) and cart management?
The product issue most likely is related to the fact that the upload files plugin is not able to recognize items on the cart due to the usage of custom ids (this usually is done by 3rd party plugins that alter product and cart management).
To avoid this, you can try enabling the Products addable multiple times in cart option (it is a submenu) for all products or just the ones for which you wish to upload files. In this way, the plugin will add a custom id that will avoid 3rd party plugin interference. This may help.
In your tests, did you also checked the server error log and WordPress debug log? Did you also check all the PHP user session settings in your PHP.ini?
For what concerns the 3rd party plugins, have you tried to leave them disabled during the tests? Or you did just uninstalled and then reinstalled? In the latter case, it won’t avoid interferences.
From my tests data is not deleted before the configured time span. Furthermore, no other user never reported such an issue, so most likely it depends on a 3rd party interference or a server misconfiguration. However without any further clue, it hard to tell you more.
For what concerns the plugin database reset, the plugin hasn’t such an option.
It just saves product field data on the main WordPress options table. Just manually delete the upload fields and you will get the plugin as it ships.
Same things for the Options menu. Just select the default options (the first option) for all the settings you need.
Sure I am not, but I did the test with all plugins disabled and really made no changes.

Are you really sure that you left all the plugin disabled, waited more than 30 minutes and experienced the issue?
If so, the issue may be related just to the php session management configuration of your server. For this, however, you should check your PHP.ini and increase all the wait time for the session settings (like session.gc_maxlifetime that may be set to 30 minutes).
This issue is not my plugin setting related, so there isn’t much I can do further.
For what concerns the WooCommerce Extra Product Option, uses it alters both product and cart management. If even enabling the “Products addable multiple times” you still experience the issue, there isn’t much I can do. That is a 3rd party interference that should be fixed by the 3rd party.

I have done all the tests in every way possible and errors are still appearing.
Besides being erased over time that should not, now the images are repeating, going into products that should not be, as if it had gone crazy, I do not know what to do. Instead of making my life easier, it’s making it harder.

As you can see from the demo site and any clean WooCommerce instalaltion, uploaded files association to products work as expected.
In your case the issue is caused by a 3rd party plugin that alters product and eventually item cart managment interfering with the plugin. This however doesn’t not depend on any malfunctioning of WooCommerce Upload Files.
