Hi! I have problem with Loft Loader and caching plugin. After installing the “Once per session” option doesn’t work any more. Loader is on on every page load. Any chance to work good with cache enabled?
Hi,
Thanks for contacting us.
Could you please provide the information listed below so that we can look into this issue for you?
1. Please send us your website URL.
2. Please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your site so we can check your site environment and settings of the plugins. Because every user might have a different site environment, that would be the best method to find out the exact cause of the problem.
3. Could you please also provide your FTP login credentials, so we can modify our plugin code when needed? Because it’s a safer way to modify plugin code via FTP instead of through the WordPress dashboard.
Please email these details to general@loftocean.com .
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

can this plugin be used for fading out to black an internal page and then fading into another internal page? no loading animation.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Yes, this can be done by LoftLoader Pro. You can choose to hide the loader, progress indicator and message, set the background to black, then enable the “Smooth Page Transition” option, to create the fading out/in animation. Please check this screen recording video to see the results: https://d.pr/free/v/d0PU6x .

Can you have a pop up loader when clicking a specific button? For example, add product to cart button click, with a loader to show customer they successfully are adding it to cart. Also, when on checkout page and you hit place order, a popup to show it’s loading and processing. Maybe even a progress loader until Order Complete.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Sorry but currently LoftLoader doesn’t have this feature. Since the working logic of this feature is completely different from the current logic of LoftLoader, it is not easy to add this functionality to this plugin. Moreover, there are some logical conflicts between this feature and some of the existing features of LoftLoader.
We have recorded this feature request and will see if there is anything we can do about it in future updates.
Thank you very much.

Hi, a presale question: Can i use the pluggin in more than one site? thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
According to the policy of Envato, one standard license allows the plugin to be used in a single end product (a specific website/domain).
Therefore, if you’d like to use the plugin on multiple sites then you will need to purchase a separate license for each site.
You might like to read more details on the CodeCanyon License page: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard .

Thank you very much for your kind and quick answer. I would also like to know how could I be informed on future/new updates for the plugin? Thank you, Rafael
Hi Rafael,
You can install the “Envato Market” plugin. If there is a newer version for a purchased theme/plugin, it will display a notification.
For more details please check the documentation: Auto Update with Envato Market Plugin.
Thank you.

Hello. I’m using an image as a background for a text. On smartphones, the image is doubled (side by side) by the plugin. In order to solve it I have to clear the cache, but I believe that there is another and more elegant way to do it. My site is: i-somatic.com Beside that, the plugin is AMAZING and it gave our site a real boost! Thank you.
Hello Rafael,
Thank you for your suggestion. We have added it to the “Feature Request List”. In future updates, we will do some research to see what we can do to improve this feature.
Thank you again for sharing your idea, and thank you for your kind feedback!

Hi there, Can this plugin display infinity loading, so the page will open when the page is clicked? Thank You.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
When using LoftLoader Pro, users can set a “Minimum Load Time” to prevent the loading screen from disappearing too soon. You may like to read our documentation to know more details about this feature: Control Minimum Load Time.
By default, the minimum load time is up to 10 seconds. But you can change the limitation by modifying the plugin’s code (or shortcode). Please check the documentation for the guide: Increase Minimum Load Time.
Strictly speaking, the preloader cannot be displayed forever. But you can set a very large “minimum load time”. And there is a close button (in the upper right corner of the loading screen) that the visitor can click to exit the loading screen. Please check the documentation: Loading Screen Close Button.
Thank you very much.

When I go to the customer, fatal error memory size appears.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We have not received any similar issue reports yet. And there are no “Purchased” and “Supported” labels next to your username. Since our support is only available to customers with a valid support license, could you please provide the information listed below so that we can look into this issue for you?
1. Please send us your website URL.
2. Please create a temporary admin account for us, and let us log into your site so that we can check your website environment. Because every user might have a different site environment, this is the best way to find out the exact cause of the problem.
3. Please also provide your FTP login credentials, so that we can check the error log of your website. In addition, modifying our plugin code (if needed) via FTP rather than through the WordPress dashboard is a safer approach.
4. Please also provide your purchase code so that we can verify the support license. This is the support policy of Envato Marketplace (CodeCanyon). Thank you very much for your understanding.
We understand that you may have purchased this plugin with another Envato account, or someone else has purchased this plugin for you. The purchase code is the easiest way to verify your license. I set up the preloader to show once per session – opened incognito window and it still does not load
Hi Josh,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please provide more details about the problem you encountered? “it still does not load” – What still does not load? Do you mean, the preloader doesn’t show on your page? Or, your page content doesn’t load?
If it is not easy to describe the problem, you can make a video recording of your screen to show us the problem you saw. And then please send this video to general@loftocean.com .
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Was looking for a new WordPress preloader since the one I premium one I previously used is no longer supported. It looks like yours does support custom logos, but does it have a feature to act like the logo is being written? I can email you the version we are currently using if that helps answer the question. I would like to confirm before purchasing.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
With LoftLoader Pro, the custom logo can have a “loading” animation. Please check this example.
Alternatively, users can upload an animated .gif image and use it as the loader. Therefore, if your logo animation is a prepared .gif image, there is no problem using it in the loading screen.
If you have more questions please feel free to contact us. If you would like to email the preloader you are currently using, please send to general@loftocean.com .
Thank you very much.

@LoftOcean, thank you for your quick reply. I do have a few more questions, so will send off an email with the link.
Hi,
Just want to let you know that we have replied to your email. If you cannot find our reply in your inbox, then please don’t forget to check your spam/junk/bulk folder.
Thank you!
@LoftOcean, excellent, I received it. Will be purchasing an order. I wish I found your plugin first!
Hello first of all GREAT PLUGIN.
Is it possible to have minimum load time on specific page? for ex: I want the page to load for 2 second on “Page 1” and 5 seconds on “Page 2” I don’t see any feature for this but is there any documentation to do it manually in wordpress?
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, and thank you for your compliment.
Yes, you can set a different minimum load time on a specific page. Please enable the “Any Page Extension” of LoftLoader Pro. “Any Page Extension” is used to create different loaders on different pages, including different minimum load times.
You can find more details about this feature in the documentation: Display different loaders on different pages.
For example, if the minimum load time on most pages is 5 seconds, and the minimum load time for “Page 1” is 2 seconds, then you can just generate a shortcode of the loader for “Page 1” (set the minimum load time to 2 seconds, then export the shortcode, copy and paste it into the “LoftLoader Pro Any Page Shortcode” on page 1.)
If there is another page, such as “Page 2”, and the minimum load time of this page is 8 seconds, you can also generate a different loader shortcode for this page (set the minimum load time to 8 seconds).
Hope this helps. Thank you very much.
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
I love the minium load time feature but its only limited to 10 seconds. I want to create a coming soon page with animated logo and colors, is this something I can customize?
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
If you would like to change the limitation of “Minimum Load Time” option, please check the online documentation and follow the guide: Increase Minimum Load Time.
LoftLoader Pro is used to create a loading screen. Therefore, the loading screen will disappear when the loading process is complete. If you want to use this plugin to create a coming soon page, you may need to set a very large “minimum load time” and also hide the close button to prevent the loading screen from disappearing before the visitor leaves the page.
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team
Great – Thank you so much.
Few more questions sorry:
1) Changing custom message text – I want to change the text of random messages through shortcode or plugin files https://prnt.sc/ovrop0 Is there anyway I can re-import shortcode in LL customizer and change text or can this text be changed from plugin files?
2) Does using .css files improve performance? is there any easy way to check “Write Permissions”?
Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Please see below:
1). The message or random messages cannot be edited directly in the shortcode. Since message/random message support certain HTML tags, and there may be spaces between words, these can cause shortcodes to fail to convert correctly. So we use algorithms to convert plain text into unreadable, jumbled code to ensure that the messages can be converted correctly.
Therefore, please edit the message/random messages in the LoftLoader settings panel and export the shortcode.
2). This is an interesting question.
Please note: The internal/external CSS setting only works for the global settings of LoftLoader. When using shortcode to create a preloader for a specific page, the generated CSS will be internal CSS. Why is that? Please continue reading:
Internal CSS (styles in the head section of an HTML page) – An internal style sheet should be used when a single document has a unique style. The advantage is that no additional downloads necessary to receive style information, or we have less HTTP request. But it might increase page loading time.
External CSS – An external style sheet is ideal when the style is applied to many pages. The advantages: smaller size of HTML pages, and faster loading speed.
And there are many different factors that can affect website performance. The way to load CSS code is just one of them.
You can test your site with Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix and then follow the guidelines they provide to optimize your site’s performance.
To check the file write permission, please read this article for more details: WordPress File Permissions: How Do They Work?.
Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for the kind feedback!
Quick one, Ive bought plugins before that have limited function until activation, this is a problem for me because I make use of either AWS / Localhost – Does your plugin have limited function until activation?
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
No, LoftLoader Pro doesn’t have limited function. You can have all the features on localhost.

Can I use this pre-loader in the WooCommerce checkout screen after the visitor clicks “place order” and WooCommerce begins to process the order?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Sorry, but currently the plugin doesn’t support this feature. Thanks for bringing this up. We will add it to the “Feature Request List” and will consider adding this feature to the plugin in future updates.

Hi.does your plugin work well with RTL direction? does it have a Poedit file for translate?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see below:
1. Does this plugin work with RTL direction:
On an RTL website, the text in the preloader (such as message) is displayed from right to left. However, the progress bar still plays from left to right. We will improve this part in future updates. Thank you for bringing it up.
2. Poedit file for translate:
Yes, this plugin contains a Poedit file. It can be found in the plugin folder > “Language” folder. Please see this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/wQdQU6 .
Thank you very much.

Hi!
I cannot make the plugin work on tablet/mobile. I tested in safari with iphone X/ipad pro. I have ticked the box ‘Enable on all devices’.
Site URL. holtpaulsen.no
Best regards, Veslemøy
Dear Veslemøy,
Thank you for contacting us.
We checked your website on several devices, but it looks like the plugin is working on your site without any problems. We tested your website in Safari (and Chrome) with iPhone X / iPhone XR / iPhone 7 Plus / iPad Pro / iPad 3, and on all of these devices, the preloader on your site works properly.
Therefore, this problem may be caused by your browser cache. Please clear your browser cache (the cache of Safari on your iPhone and iPad), and then visit your website to check the results. Or, you can use other mobile devices that have never visited your site before to check the results (such as using your friend’s iPhone).
Best regards,
The Loft.Ocean Team

So, I re-downloaded the plugin (three times) and got the same result each time.
I posted you earlier, but the above is the exact wording of the failed installation process in Wordpress.
Carl Needham carl@carlneedham.com +61402 338 499Hi Carl,
Thank you for contacting us.
It sounds like that you have uploaded the incorrect file. When downloading the plugin file, you can download the “Installable WordPress file only”, or the entire package containing “all files and documentation” (including the plugin, license file and documentation).
If you have downloaded the entire package, you will need to extract and locate the installable WordPress plugin file: the “loftloader-pro.zip” file. Please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/q6lztr .
If you still cannot install the plugin, please create a temporary admin account for us and let us log into your website, so that we can look into the issue and install the plugin for you. (Please email your login credentials to general@loftocean.com .)
Thank you very much.

Hi
I purchased your Pro pre-loader Wordpress plugin as per the above code. However, The plugin will not load or activate as per normal plugins. I get the following error from the Wordpress Dashboard: “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins found.”
Never had that one before!
The free version installed in the expected manner.
Can you please assist?
Carl Needham carl@carlneedham.com +61402 338 499Hi, the plugin is great and almost meet my need, however does it really would’t Compatible with Edge? The plugin is works fine in all browsers but Edge, it is possible this problem would be solved if I get the purchased version?
You may see my web with Edge: http://xj6.d66.myftpupload.com/ The problem is once the perloader finished and jump to the cover page, two of the elements will repeat the action in very short period of time. This is an unexpected effect I got in Edge. Hope you reply me and thanks a lot in advanced.
Hi tkwing,
Thank you for contacting us.
Sorry, since the animations are created by CSS3, some animations don’t work perfectly in IE/Edge because these browsers do not support some advanced CSS very well.
Given the the usage share for IE/Edge and the amount of work required to support IE/Edge, we still have no plans to support IE/Edge so far.
Thank you very much.
