Did you have resolved the previous bug I have reported in this new release?? I am not able to see my custom shortcodes while adding shortcode page. I have added custom shortcodes with custom categories but not able to find on admin panel. Please inform me if you have resolved this issue in this release.

Even I have used “Content” default category still I am not able to see my custom shortcodes inside shortcodes section. Please provide me a technical solution. I am facing this issue after 6.0 releases and asked you two times for help. Please provide me a solution I got stuck because of this.
Hello, Please make sure that you are using a priority of 12 or more for custom element init or registration.

With the 6.0.5 update, I have big problems displaying images on my sites. The images are no longer well positioned and are displayed in large format. I also have several display problems at the CSS level.

I notice the new update 6.04, at the same time I see another update today 6.05, I’m having issues with the download it’s telling me that licenses is not registered, which the domain is registered, and everything in the settings is confirming that licenses is active.

Hello, Unfortunately, the WPBakery Page Builder does not have such a feature. However, we do have many third party add-on on codecanyon which might have such a functionality. Please make sure to re-confirm it with the respective add-on developer before making a purchase.

I updated the plugin to version 6.0.3 the last days and figured out yesterday that the plugin isn’t displaying shortcodes on custom post type singles.
Same behavior when I use the frontend editor. I am able to add content but I cannot see it. When I switch back to the backend editor, the content parts I added right before using the frontend editor are visible.
So far, I’ve tried the following:
- Updated to 6.0.4. Cannot download 6.0.5 at CodeCanyon yet …
- Disabled all plugins
- Disabled and re-enabled all post types in the role manager
- Disabled and re-enabled the whole plugin
- Disabled all scripts
Could you please have a look at this?

Good morning,
I figured out why shortcodes were not displayed on my custom post type single pages.
I used echo get_the_content() instead of the_content().
Maybe, you can add this somewhere to your knowledgebase or FAQs.
I always have to make at least 4 attempts to save “design options” after an update. this time the system will not let me save at all. I keep getting an error message: “Design Options could not be saved. Error: ’//www.myfloridalaw.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/fonts/vc_icons_v2/style.less?v=6.0.4’ wasn’t found (429)”

Never mind. It finally saved after a bunch of tries.
Man…this plugin has been an absolute MESS since version 5.7. I am still on version 5.7 and I just read the comments here when new versions come out to see if all the bugs have been fixed and apparently 6.0.4 just introduced new bugs. Guess I’ll just keep waiting to upgrade…

We use WPBakery for multiple websites. Now we starting to merge/combine these websites. But since the images use ID’s, we get wrong images on pages. Is there a way to proper merge websites with WPBakery that makes sure images work properly?
Hello, The images ids will be different for different websites. If the website cloned, then the image ids will be the same.

Any way how we can modify the ids? Or make ids more unique? If the ids would have more numbers then 4, i would help.
Hello, The image ids are assigned by WordPress when the image is uploaded and the page builder cannot modify them.

Hi again, seems indeed Wordpress is responsible for the ID’s. The pages and images work fine now after importing them. But we encountered 1 more issue; On the live site, we have a text block which has 3x a P tag. After importing, this becomes 1 big P, so the enters and whitespaces are removed.
Is this a known issue?
