I left a review about this plugin and you responded. However, your facts are wrong. Completely and utterly wrong. And I’ve even had discussions with you and Yoast about this on Twitter and Git. Neither of you took action and did anything about it.
Your plugin is an SEO killer. For five years we’ve been wondering why none of our custom headings with H2 tags weren’t being seen by analyzers and come to find out your custom heading module doesn’t allow them to see the H2 tag. No matter what you say.
Oh, and I did write support last year about this and you guys still haven’t figured out why it’s not working.
Try it for yourself and see. I am not making this up.
Hello, The custom heading elements render using the tag which is specified in it’s settings. The yoast plugin analysis might not be able to detect it as it fails to parse the content rendered using the shortcodes. However, search engines like Google can detect the html code which is rendered and hence can index it.

Prove that Google can. I bet you you can’t. If Alexa, the biggest SEO analyzer in the world can’t than neither can Google bots.

You failed miserably on WooRank. Even on SEO site checkup you didn’t score well. However you are right. Somehow your headings are rendering, but that’s not the case with the 400+ clients we have that spent good money on your plugin.
I updated this morning but cannot save the Design Options. I do not use Woo Commerce: “Design Options could not be saved. Error: ’//www.saint-peter.org/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/less/vendor/woocommerce.less?v=6.0.4’ wasn’t found (404)”

Hello, As the license is purchased via envato, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

The latest version of the plugin 6.0.4 is not allowing photos to be inserted into posts. I had to downgrade the plugin to the previous version to restore media uploads.
Also, it has been nearly a month and the media post filter is still not working. Please give me a timeline when the filter will be working again. You can reference ticket #79330. You had me downgrade to version 5.7 which I am still running on a few websites until you fix the issue. Thanks.

It broke a site that I support through the client’s license. I couldn’t fix anything and they were getting mad, so I located the 5.7 version in their theme folder and went back to it. Everything works again. Version 6.03 is a turd. For all of you having issues, find your prior zip with version 5.7, which came out in February. Deactivate 6.03, then delete it, then upload js_composer version 5.7. You will be able to use your editor again.

Custom CSS on single pages/portfolios not introduced on final html.
I recognized that since version 6.0.3 (coming from 5.7) in my theme the custom CSS (the one you put into the gear icon pop up) is no longer rendered in the final html.

Hello, we have found that the error was being generated due to a problem in the database, which we have already corrected. When fixing this problem, the visual layout has started to work correctly again.

It looks like oEmbeds no longer work in the WPBakery “Text Block” module. Previously you could dump for example a Youtube video URL into a text block and it would render the video on the front-end not it only displays the URL.
Also, any chance you could add a filter to the $content variable in the text block so that the content can be parsed as needed via a child theme or plugin?
The Text Block should basically function just like the WP editor (allow embeds) since if you enable the builder on a standard post, everything gets added into a text block.

I use Wpbakery (version 5.7) with the Route theme, and I have the problem that the text blocks don’t keep the p (paragraph) tags, neither multiple br (break line) tags. This is a problem since I can’t control the spacing between text sections.
Is there any solution to this, or is it a bug…? (I see this same problem described in the past by other users).

Hello, but this would require to buy a direct license? (I have WPBakery included with the theme). By now, I just need it to get the BR and P tags to work in the text blocks, which don’t work currently… As I workaround I am spacing the text sections with Shortcodes Ultimate, but I don’t understand why I can’t use BR tags….
