Hello. Pre-sale question: I have a client with a magazine that currently uses Issuu for PDF’s. Issue allows unlimited full page advertisements with the PDFs that can be clicked on, which takes the user to the advertiser web site. Your demos look like a link can be created from within each PDF page, but they want an entire page to be clickable as a link to the advertiser. Can this be done, and if so, how hard would it be for the client to do this each month on their own? Thanks!
Yes it is possible to make that. On each page you can add any HTML content, so you can add also full page link

You can fix that by disabling Font Awesome 5 in Real3D flipbook -> Settings.

Hi there—
I tried to get in touch via the contact form but no luck. It seems that for me, the plugin simply doesn’t want to work.
Backend wise, it seems ok, as the flibook seems to save all the references to the pdf, I can preview it in the admin etc. However the PDF is not showing at all on the frontend and it gets displayed as an empty div basically.. I tried to apply everything that is on your support page and it doesn’t changes a thing.
On top of that, if I try to use the webgl layout, I get the following error in my console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘prototype’ of undefined at flipbook.webgl.min.js:5 ….
I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed by the lack of response, and the documentation is very rudimentary. I wish to get some help please, after all I have support available as I paid for this plugin like everybody else.

Hi. Updated now from v3.7.16 to the latest 3.9 and all my flipbooks stop working. I reverted back to v3.7.16. Can you please test from your end and release a new version that can fix the issue?

Hello. My site was done by a developer who used your plugin. He is currently on vacation but I need this fixed ASAP. The links in the PDF flipbook are not working. They work fine in the PDF file when opened in my PDF viewer however when viewing the flipbook it only shows a hand style cursor and never changes when hovering over links and does not allow any links to be clicked. Are there solutions to this issue??? I’d rather not share the link publicly because it is a private company training site, so hopefully you know of this issue and have a solution you can provide. Hi, you can email me the link at my profile page. PDF links should work out of the box, if they don’t work most common issue is with internet download manager that needs to be disabled. Cheers
I am having weird colour changes when uploading jpg / pdf. I tried different RGB colour profiles (not CMYK!) but it never does it right… can anyone help what’s wrong?

if you want to have exactly the same colors as the original jpg / pdf then you need to disable lights in WebGL settings.

I’m working with Elementor. On “normal” pages the Lightbox works great. But not on product pages, here the thumbnail is not shown, only the shortcode… What is the reason??
I’ve just purchased this plug in and really like it. Couple of issues:
1. When I disable the Current Page button the book takes ages loading. I don’t want current page because it isn’t the same as the page numbering in the book.
2. The text in the book isn’t clear unless I zoom it to 100%. I want a clear view of text at any level not just fully zoomed in.

Hello! I have 2 Flipbooks with lightbox mode with the same ID (because of the column order on mobile) on one page. That was until one of the last updates no problem. Now Both Lightboxes are opened at the same time. How can I prevent this? Thanks in advance!
Hi, there were some changes with the way lightbox flipbooks are opened. Try setting unique lightboxcssclass for each flipbook via shortcode parameter, then add that CSS class to element that should trigger flipbook.

Method for adding top margin to bottom play menu so it doesn’t overlap any of the pages text?
There is option UI -> Bottom menu -> Over book which should be set to “Disabled”. Also you can change initial zoom to lower value, like 0.8 to make the book smaller.
